Chapter 27

I woke up to a baby crying. I opened my eyes to see everyone up and a girl holding ashton who was crying.

“Oh its just that he was crying and i thought you could sleep a little” she said giving him back to me.

“Thanks and its okay. Can you do me a favour” i asked her and she nodded

“Can you tell everyone to be ready in 10 minutes because we going to back out there” i said to her and she nodded and walked to her place

“Hey ashton. Why are you crying” i said to him and stood up and bounced him on my hip.

“Its okay. ” i said to him and he stopped crying

“Are you hungry. I’ll get you something to eat when we get there. I promise” i said to him and he smiled at me.

Hey kira how long is to our pack oh yeh morning i said to her mentally laughing

2 hours and morning to you to she said and i nodded mentally.

“Every one is ready” the girl said walking back to me with everyone behind her

“Right everyone. We have 2 hours until we get to bloodmoon pack” i said to them and a few of them gasped

“Are you trying to kill us” a girl at the age of 15 said to me

“What why would i do that” i said confused

“Thats the most dangerous and strongest pack.” She said and most people nodded

“Oh no don’t worry. Thats my pack. I’m the luna” i said to them looking at ashton who was playing with my hair

“Really wow” she said

“Yeh now come one the more quickly we get there the better” i said to them and took the wall down. There was rouges standing all around us.

Shit i thought and quickly put the wall back up.

“Right guys we have a problem. How many men have we got” i said turning to look at them.

“Erm.... about 12” a girl said

“So how many of you can shift and how many women are a little strong enough to shift” i asked them

“Hmm...all of us can shift and i think half the girls can” a boy at the age of 18 said

“Ok then i will need you to shift now and put at least one person on your back who can not shift. I will distract them. When the wall goes down you guys run ahead.” I said to them.

They went behind some trees and shift and the ones that couldn’t, sat on their backs.

I closed my eyes and thought about going into the rouges minds. I made an illusion of their biggest fear. I opened my eyes and took the wall down. Everyone ran in their wolf forms. I saw that every rouges was on the floor screaming. Illusions only last 20 minutes so its enough for us to get away.

I held onto ashton tightly and ran following everyone.

We ran for 30 minutes as fast as we could. I didn’t shift into my tiger because i could help with my powers. When i’m a tiger i can’t use my powers so yeh.

After 1 hour and 30 minutes everyone shifted back and we started walking the rest of the way.

I should mind link cole. Give him a little suprise i thought and opened my mind link

Hey cole i mindlinked him

Skylar sky baby is that you he replied back and i could feel that he was worried and shocked

Yeh. I escaped with a few others. I’ll be back home in 30 minutes or so i said to him and started playing peek a boo with ashton

“Peek a boo” i said to him aand he laughed and i smiled

Where are you. I’ll come and get you he said to me

Oh no its okay cole i’m coming home and i have a little surprise for you i said to him looking at ashton

Ok i’ll be waiting and surprise really he said and i could feel he was confused

Yeh i said while walking

Hey skylar i know your a tiger. How come you didn’t tell me he said

Remember when i was telling you about my powers well i was going to tell you but then liam came thats why i said to him

Ok he said and i blocked him

“We only have 10-15 minutes until we get to the border” i said to everyone.

I could tell they were all tired i mean i am as well. We walked for another 15 minutes until we got to my packs border.

“Were here come on everyone” i said to them and let them cross it. I followed behind the and then showed them to the pack house. I opened the door and was shocked to the walls punched.

“Cole you did it again” i said walking into the living room

“Skylar your here” he said and ran to me and hugged me tightly with ashton in between us.

“Cole your squeezing ashton” i said to him and he growled

“Who is ashton. Your MINE” he said to me and ashton started crying and i pushed cole away a little.

“Its okay baby. Mommy is here” i said to ashton bouncing him on my lap

“Who is this” cole asked confused.

“I’ll tell you. First can someone get rooms for these people. They were at the cells with me” i said to him and looked at the people behind me.

“Liam take them and make sure they have the best rooms.” Cole said to liam and he took all the people out of the living room.

“Where’s bethany” i asked him

“Shes upstairs in my room come on lets got there” he said and held my hand and walked upstairs.

I went inside coles room to see bethany sat on the bed watching t.v.

“Mommy” she said and ran to me and hugged me.

“Hey bethany. Look who i have here. A brother for you” i said to her and made ashton sit on the bed. Bethany started playing with him and watched some t.v.

Cole held my hand and sat down on the sofa and made me sit down on his lap.

“I missed you” i said to him

“i missed you too” he said and held onto me tightly.

“Ashton. When i was in the cells there was a women called sarah. And ashton is her son. When we escaped she got shot by alpha jack and i promised her that i will look after ashton as my own son. I know i didn’t ask you but i will take all his responsability” i said to him

“Bqby i’m proud of you for what you did. And i will look after ashton as my own son as well. And you mention alpha jack how did you kniw he was alive” he asked confused

“So you knew. Why did liam tell us that he was dead” i asked him

“Even though he was bad he was still your alpha and we didn’t want to tell you guys that he was a coward and ran away” he said

“Yeh you have a point. And did carter tell you about the experiments and the powers he has and bethany” i asked

“Yeh he did. He said he felt a connection with bethany when he saw her. I can’t believe my daughter and mate have powers” he said in awe.

“Yeh anyways the person who is behind all the experiments is alpha jack. He wants me for my DNA so he can use it on himself and become strong” i said to him and cole tighted his hands around me

“Nobody is going to take you away from me” he said and laid his head on my chest. I tangled my hands into his hair and played with it.

“Cole i’m not going anyway. I promise”i said to him

“Mommy can we sleep with you” bethany asked walking towards me

“Yeh sweetie” i said and got up. I walked to the bed and and picked up ashton.

“Hey baby shall we get you something to eat” i said to him and threw him up and catched him laughing

I took bethany and ashton downstairs to the kitchen and made them sit down on the stool.

I made some rice for them and gave a plate to bethany and sat down next to aston and help him eat. Just then cole came downstairs.

“I made some rice you can have it” i said to him and gave some rice to ashton.

“Ok. Oh yeh i forgot to say that i made the papers for bethanys adpotion. It was meant to be a surprise for you but...” he said

“Oh really cole thank you so much” i said to him and kissed his cheek

We finished our food and went back to our room. I changed into one of cole’s shirt and some shorts and laid in bed with ashton close to me and bethany next to cole.

“Night” i said to cole

“Night mommy” bethany said

“Night skylar” cole said

I hugged ashton close to me and drifted off to sleep
