18. BLOOD

FAISAL'S POV

Today I'm not feeling well since morning so I thought to take leave today and came home early. Zoya is also at home. I was feeling thirsty so I go in kitchen for drinking water but glass fell from my hand as my vision became blurry and I was feeling dizzy. Zoya came to help me but I shouted at her. I am not behaving well with her because I don't want to get hurt again. I cannot trust anyone. She is just distracting me. I get in my room I was going to sit on bed but I fell down and don't remember anything after that.

I feel something wet on my face and heard Zoya's voice. I opened my eyes and saw her face was worried. My eyelids fell heavy they began to close but Zoya didn't let me close my eyes. After sometime she getup and left then I saw a doctor came and checked me.

After nearly 10 minutes Zoya and Lucifer entered in my room. The doctor called her Mrs. Khan. I kinda liked this name it shows that she is mine. When everyone left she came near me and I told her that I'm hungry I have not eaten anything since morning. She smiled and left.

My mind is not working properly. I don't know what to do. Sometimes I feel that she is acting this all and showing fake concern. And sometimes I feels that she really cares for me.

I don't understand what should I do how should I feel? The more I try to ignore her the more I found myself thinking about her. I can't understand what is happening to me.

I was lost in my thoughts when she came with a tray of food. She put it on side table and helped me sit properly.

-"What you have made?"

-"Soup."

-"NO. I don't wanna have it I want something else."

-"Just shut up and finish it doctor told me to give it to you."

-"That f*cking doctor."

-"Mind your language and finish it."

I finished it as per order then she gave me medicines and made me lye properly on the bed and covered me with comforter. She closed the curtains, switched off the lights then left wishing me night. I immediately slept because of the medicine.

-"Faisal wake up! It's 9:00 am."

I immediately woke up and saw Zoya there. I never sleeps this late but today I was feeling very weak maybe because of yesterday.

-"So morning came."

-"Well good morning to you too. Are you feeling well?"

-"I'm good just feeling little weak." I said while sitting straight.

-"Don't worry you'll be feeling stronger after eating something. Now get fresh then........."

I immediately ran to bathroom and puked in washbasin I was coughing badly she came behind me and started rubbing my back. I washed my mouth and she helped me get out but I again ran in and puked, this time it had blood. I was feeling very weak and dizzy by now I can't even stand properly it was feeling like I'll fall down any moment but Zoya was there she held me and made me sit on bed by taking support of headrest. She sat beside me looking at me worried, holding my hand

-"Faisal......"

-"My stomach is burning."

She cupped my face and said

-"Faisal you'll be fine. Don't worry."

She said then got up and moved near glass wall calling someone.

-"Hello! Dr. Park yesterday you said that he is fine and there is no need to worry. Was it true?"........ "But I don't think so. You know what? He vomitted blood. Would you please care to explain?"........"Just now. Yeah."........."Fine I'll take care."......."Okay I'll call you if needed. Thank you."

ZOYA'S POV

The doctor told me that he vomitted blood because of the effect of poison and his body is also very weak. That poison had affected his immune system very badly. He told me that I have to take care a lot of him. He should eat food and medicine on proper time and have to rest properly otherwise he will be badly sick. Who would have tried to kill him? How can someone be that cruel to kill a person? Firstly that men attacked me, then that truck and now someone gave poison to Faisal. I glanced at Faisal who was sleeping peacefully on the bed and I was wandering in the balcony of his room. I cannot see Faisal suffering, since morning he was in pain I was not able to bear it. What if someone again try to hurt him? I'm feeling very scared. Just then my phone rang. It was Rehan Bhai

-"Hey Cutie! How are you?"

-"Still alive."

-"Why are you talking like this?"

-"Oh I'm really sorry I should not talk like this." I said sarcastically.

-"Cutie are you angry?"

-"No Bhai why I shall be angry. In this whole month you had called me everyday, right?"

-"I'm so sorry. I was very busy......."

-"Yeah. I understand. You were very busy that you didn't even remember us........"

Tears fell from my eyes.

-"Cutie what happened?"

-"Nothing. Everything is alright."

-"No. You are crying tell me what happened."

-"Bhai....." I sobbed

-"Cutie please don't cry. Tell me what happened?"

-"Bhai Faisal....."  I told him everything. I can't hide it from my Bhai."Bhai I'm so scared. I don't want him to get hurt."

-"Nothing will happen to him don't worry. We'll find it soon, okay?"

-"Hmm. Lucifer Bhai is trying to find the culprit."

-"Yeah of course."

-"Bhai are you fine?"

-"I'm good. You tell how everything is there between you and Faisal?"

-"Everything is going well...."

I lied to him. How can I tell him about his rude behaviour? I went inside closing balcony door and curtains. Bhai was telling me about Faisal. Bhai always knows how to lit my mood. He told me how choosy Faisal is in everything. He always want the things as per his choice and if he want something he'll get it by hook or by crook. He also told me how Faisal used to scare away girls in college whenever they tries to came near him. I don't know for how much time we were talking and our topic was Mr. Faisal Khan.

I opened my eyes only to find myself in a different surrounding. I saw around and then remembered that I'm in Faisal's room and I slept on couch. I would have slept while talking to Bhai my phone was kept on table. I looked for time in my mobile it's 7:00 am. I was covered with blanket but I don't remember taking a blanket how it came? I looked at bed Faisal was not there. I immediately get up and moved to bathroom but the door was open means he is not there. Then I noticed that the curtain of balcony's door was little open. I go there and he was sitting on the couch his face was pale. Oh God! How I'm gonna make him healthy and strong like before? Just one poison had this effect on him, no wonder the doctor said that Faisal was very lucky to survive from that deadly poison. He noticed me standing there.

-"You woke up."

-"Yeah just now. But what are you doing here this early you shall have been taking rest."

-"Little walk don't hurt and also I'm bored of sitting on the same place."

-"Sure. But when you had woke up?"

-"Pretty early and got surprised to see a little girl sleeping on couch clutching her mobile and was shaking with cold that too in my room."

So that means he put that blanket over me. So who would have done that, a ghost?

-"Sorry I just dozed off there. I'll go and make breakfast you go fresh up then you have to take medicine also."

I told him then left downstairs but not before folding the blanket on couch and making his bed proper. I get in my room take a bath and wore my usual joggers and t-shirt and let my hairs open as always. I love my clothes they're comfortable. Then I go in kitchen and start preparing breakfast. I have told the maids to not come. I'll tell them to continue once the culprit behind everything get caught. After what happened to Faisal I can't take any risk.

I was making omlette, vegetable porridge, fruit salad and banana shake. I'm gonna give him all healthy food to make him fit and fine. And I've also asked doctor about food.

-"GOOD MORNING!"

Someone shouted from behind I screamed closing my eyes.

-"AAAAH.... FAISAL!"

-"Hey doll it's me don't be scared."

I opened my eyes and saw Savio. He was the one who shouted. Faisal came running downstairs

-"Zoya! Zoya what happened?" He came in kitchen and hold my arms asking worried "What happened why you screamed?"

-"I'm sorry bro. I just wanted to surprise her. I didn't knew that she'll be scared. I didn't wanted to scare her. I'm sorry!"

-"Really? Lucifer before doing this you should have thought once that she is cooking, she can be scared and hurt herself here. What if her hand would have hitted this hot pan or this hot oil fell on her, then?! Tell me!"

-"Faisal don't scold him it's not that big thing......"

-"Seriously Zoya? You are taking his side? What if you got hurt and........"

-"Faisal. Calm down. Look I'm not hurt. And you're just stressing yourself by yelling. Go and sit outside the food is just done, okay?"

He nodded and left muttering "Why both of my friends keep scaring her?"

I giggled hearing him and continued my work.

-"This was unbelievable!" Savio exclaimed.

-"What was unbelievable?" I asked transferring food in serving bowls.

-"You know magic right?"

-"What are you saying?" I asked him holding bowls and walking out.

-"Or do you know hypnotizing?" He asked following me till dining table.

-"NO." I said arranging dining table, then I turned to go back to kitchen but he comes in my way.

-"Or you have a mind controlling device."

-"Why are you asking such ridiculous questions? Savio tell me truly are you drunk?!" Then we heard Faisal yelling

-"LUCIFER MONTANO!!!!!!"
