24. A LITTLE NIGHT OUT

-"Faisal..... Faisal...... I'm..... I'm scared."

She said clutching me tightly. Her body is shaking. I rubbed her back.

-"Jaan look I'm here nothing will happen. Don't be afraid." I said caressing her head.

-"Faisal..... he.... he....." She was not able to speak because of crying. I broke the hug and cupped her face.

-"Hey! Hey! Calm down." I made her drink a glass of water and wiped her tears. "Now tell me what happened."

She handed me her mobile. I look in it and what I saw I became shocked. It's a photo of Ana, her dead body. Her face is burnt and she is lying in pool of blood.

-"There..... there's one more."

I scrolled and it's that boy's photo who was in that photos with Zoya. His condition is also like Ana.

-"Zoya these?"

-"She is my friend Ana and I don't know who this boy is."

But I know who is this boy. We hadn't told her about that photos or anything. She is also unaware that Ana was betraying her.

-"How it came?"

-"I had got a call from an unknown number in evening. When I picked it a man was speaking. He said that he has sent something and told me to check it, that was these photos." She paused for sometime then continued " He was saying that he..... he will do the same with...... with....." More tears fell from her eyes. I cupped her face and made her look at me. "He.... he said that..... that he will...... he will burn you alive." She cried more after that. I hugged her.

"Jaan! Nothing will happen to me. He can't do anything to me."

-"But... but Faisal he is a murderer." I broke the hug and made her look at me.

-"Do you think that your Faisal is weak that anyone will do anything to him?" She nodded negatively. "So how can you believe someone unknown? Tell me did he told you his name or anything?"

-"No."

-"The man who is hiding his identity himself can do anything to me? How can you be afraid with these threats? Your husband is one of the most powerful and richest men of America, nothing can happen to him."

-"Promise me you will be careful and will increase security around you, promise?"

-"Promise." I said and smiled at her. "Now come let's have dinner."

Then we had dinner. I feed her. She is still upset. I'll not spare him. He had made my Jaan cry. He'll regret his birth. This time I'll kill him.

-"Come. Let's go." I said getting up.

-"Where?"

-"Don't you trust me?"

-"I trust you."

-"So come with me." I took my jacket and checked my wallet, mobile and car keys. Then I carried her in my arms in bridal style, she held my shoulder with left hand and I moved downstairs. Everyone was having dinner so I shouted

"Masi! We are going out!"

Then I made her sit on passenger seat and I drove my black RollsRoyce.

-"Faisal where are we going?"

-"Somewhere."

-"I know we are going somewhere. But where?"

-"Somewhere."

She sighed and pouted. Then I stopped the car and get out.

-"Faisal where are you going?"

-"I'll come in two minutes. Just wait." I answered and got in my restaurant. I took two strawberry milkshake, a black currant icecream and a choco-vanilla icecream for her. I remember her telling about it to Fero. I also took one for Rehan, he also loves icecream. I also took chocolates for her. Then I came back in car and put the bag on back seat.

-"What's in this bag?"

-"Strawberry shake."

-"Strawberry shake!" She said excitedly. I knew that she will get happy with this. I didn't tell her about icecream and chocolates. It's surprise. I handed her strawberry shake. She smiled at me.

-"Finally I got to see your beautiful smile." She again smiled shyly "Oh my! Again this smile." I said dramatically and put my hand on heart.

-"Stop this drama you idiot!" She said hitting my shoulder with her hand holding glass.

-"Now drink it."

She started sipping her milkshake. I drove the car. She again asked.

-"Where are we going now?"

-"Somewhere."

-"I know you are not going to tell me."

-"If you know then why are you asking?" She pouted cutely and continued drinking her milkshake.

I drove to my favourite place. I stopped the car when we reached there. She looked around curiously. I get down and opened the door of her side.

-"Don't tell me that you are going to leave me alone in this forest."

-"What if I tell you that I will never leave you alone." I said and carried her out of the car.

I made her sit on a bench nearby. It's a beautiful lake out of the city. No one comes here because this place is my property. It's my favourite because this place is lonely like me. But I'm not lonely anymore I have my angel with me. I looked at her face shining with moonlight and her eyes are twinkling, she is looking at the stars smilingly.

-"This place is very beautiful."

-"Not more than you." She looked at me and asked.

-"You said something?"

-"You know you are the first person who called me idiot."

-"Many thing happens for the first time in life."

Just like you happened in my life. I liked a girl this much first time.

-"Your first time." I asked her.

-"Meeting a person like you."

-"Like me?"

-"Yeah. An idiot like you."

-"Why you calls me idiot?"

-"My wish." She said in a sassy tone.

-"That's rude."

-"I don't care if you think that I'm rude or not. I don't want to come in your good list. And I don't care what you feel." She copied me.

-"You still remember that."

-"Yeah. How can I forget that? I still remember every single thing." She said sadly. I've hurted her a lot.

-"I'm sorry......"

-"You don't need to....."

-"No. I need to. I know I've hurted you a lot. You were always caring for me and I was being arrogant. I had shouted on you, I had insulted you but I'll not repeat that ever again."

-"Faisal can I ask you for something?"

-"Just order me."

-"Please always be the same Faisal who is here laughing with me. Please never behave with me like before. Whenever you shouts at me I feels so bad. It hurts me so much. Promise me that you will always be like this with me. Mr. Handsome."

-"I promise. I promise no matter whatever happens I'll be the same. I will trust you no matter what. I'll be the same. Your Mr. Handsome." She smiled at me. "And there is a witness also."

-"Who?"

-"Icecream." I gave her choco-vanilla icecream. She smiled at me. I opened the icecream cup and feed her myself. "This icecream is the witness. Whenever you'll eat this icecream it will remind you about my promise."

After eating icecream I clicked our pictures. Then we again drove back I gave her chocolate.

-"You have bought chocolate also?"

-"Yeah. I know you likes it."

-"Thank you!" She started munching chocolate. Then she moved it to me

-"You eat. I don't like chocolates."

-"How can you say that? You have to eat it. It's my order." I ate that. She grinned in victory. She is such a kiddo. What else can I expect from her?

The cool breeze coming from windows, beautiful weather, silent road and my Angel with me. Everything is perfect.

I noticed that she is silent. I looked at her she is sleeping clutching chocolate.

I took chocolate from her hand and put it on dashboard, then I made her seat lie a little back so that it's comfortable for her to sleep. Her body was cold. I closed the window, adjusted the AC and covered her with my jacket.

Then I drove back to Rehan's house. I parked the car and open the door of her side, someone shouted from behind

-"You came back so late!" I know who is it.

-"It's non of your business." He came near me.

-"It is my business. You know it's 1:30 am."

-"So you should be sleeping right now. Why are you wandering like ghosts?"

-"My little sister was out in night. How can I sleep? What if you'd done something?"

-"Firstly she is my wife."

-"SO WHAT!" He shouted. I closed the door of car.

-"Hey don't shout. She is sleeping. And I've bring something for you."

I opened the back door and hand him the icecream cup.

-"Wow! Icecream."

-"Now move away. I've to take my wife back to our room."

I lift Zoya and take her back to room like before. I made her lye on the bed properly and covered her with comforter and kissed her forehead.

I turned back and saw Rehan standing at door looking at us.

-"What are you doing in someone else's room?" I moved to him.

-"It's my house."

-"But it's my room. Now tell what you want?"

-"I got what I wanted."

-"What do you mean?"

-"Thank you for accepting her and taking care of her." He said smiling.

-"You was right that one day I will thank her for coming in my life. I am so lucky to have her. She is my Jaan." I said looking at her dreamily.

-"I'm so happy for you. But what you exactly feels for her?"

-"I don't know. But I just want her to be with me forever."

-"When will you tell her everything? Have you thought that?"

-"No. I will not tell her."

-"But he?"

-"I don't care about him. I will never let him do anything to her. I don't want my past to come between us. And she herself told me that she will always be the same even if I don't tell anything to her."

-"I know it. But you can't keep secrets in relationship. She is your wife, it's her right to know everything. But it is your personal matter I'll not interfere. But, keep that in mind that secrets can affect your relationship." Then he left.

I locked the door and sat on bed. I looked at my Jaan who is sleeping peacefully. I closed the lights and lye beside her holding her in my arms. She also moved near me holding my torso.

I know it's wrong to keep secrets in relationship. But I don't wanna lose her. If I told her the truth she will also hate me like everyone. I can't let that happen. I can't face her hatred. I can't live without her. She is my life. I will not tell her anything.

I believe in her that she will never leave me. I trust her. I trust my Jaan.
