57. FAMILY

I opened my eyes and look at right side of bed. I saw this

Faisal is sitting on bed holding Maan.

-"Good morning Abhi's Dad." I said and he glanced at me.

-"Good morning Abhi's Mom." He said smiling. I smiles at him and sat up. He also put his left hand around me holding me closer. I put my right hand around him and put my head on his chest. I caressed Maan's back with my left hand.

-"You skipped your gym today?" I asked him.

-"Hmm... I woke up at time and was going but Abhi woke up and started crying. I hold him and made him asleep like this. And now whenever I tries to get up from bed he starts crying." He said and I giggles.

-"So my Maan is troubling his Dad?"

-"Well it's okay. I should spend some mornings with my family instead of going to gym."

-"You're right."

-"Jaan."

-"Hmm."

-"Today we will go for shopping. Our Abhi do not have much clothes and other stuff.... and we will buy toys too. And we will buy a gift for Zack's son too. I've never visited his home after his marriage. And we will visit to orphanage also and will give a party to childrens from our Abhi's side. And will go to Sheikh mansion too, we will bring your parents here."

-"It means you're taking leave from office today?"

-"Yes. As I said that I should give some more time to my family. I used to stay in office mostly and even after our marriage my routine was same. Now I realises that how lonely you would've felt being alone here. And I don't want my son to feel the same. I don't want him to think that his father loves his work more than his family. I don't want him grow up without the love of his father. So from now on I'm deciding to come home early from office. And I will take weekend holidays too." He said looking at Maan.

-"Faisal? You're not sick right?" I asked touching his forehead.

-"Jaan please......" He said whining, he removed my hand. I giggled.

-"I love you Faisal." I said kissing his cheek.

-"Love you too Jaan." He said and Maan started crying. "I love you too baby!" He said looking at Maan. And we both laughed.

-"So you want your Dad to love you more than your Mumma?" I asked and he smiles. "Look Faisal..... How naughty he is?"

-"I love you both equally. My Abhi and his Mumma..... you both have equal share on my love."

-"But I loves my Maan more than his father." I said and Faisal glares at me.

-"Don't you think that it's too much?"

-"Faisal! I'm just teasing you. You're being jealous of our own baby?" I said and he looks away.

-"No why I'll be jealous?"

-"You are. Because now I gives attention to Maan more than you. Am I right?" I said pulling his cheeks and he move back his face.

-"Jaan stop it...."

-"Awww..... My hubby is jealous?" I said pulling his cheeks again. Maan started laughing looking at us.

-"He's too on your side." Faisal said looking at Maan.

-"I know he is." I said taking him in my arms. I kissed his forehead and he again laughs. Faisal also kissed his forehead.

-"I love both of you." He said looking at me and I smiles.

IN EVENING 7 pm

-"Bhai I don't believe this."

-"But Doll I'm saying truth. Ask Rehan Or Faisal.... We all were there. He fell down from mountain."

-"But Bhai how can he die so easily? He is very clever. And I can never believe that he died until I myself see his dead body." I said stubbornly. We all are sitting in hall. Me, Rehan bhai, Lucifer bhai, Faisal and Jay too.

-"I also thinks that Zoya is right. I am with him since twenty years and I know what type of person he is." Jay said.

-"But Jay you've never told us that why we're you with him." Faisal asked and Jay's face turned to sad one. I know why he did that

-"Fiona had killed his father." I said and everyone except Jay looks at me in shock. "His father was murdered, the accident was fake."

-"But why she did that to you? " Rehan bhai asked him.

-"She killed my dad because he saw Fiona killing her father. Me and my mother pretended like we don't know about his murder and as I was just five years old my mother did that to save me. And I was the heir of my father's company and Fiona wanted that, so she pretended to be friend of my mom. I also remember that after one year a six year old boy came to live with Fiona.... It was you Mr. Khan. We've met in childhood."

-"You were that boy who used to visit me? You used to bring chocolates for me?" Faisal asked and he nodded. "But you told me that your name was Louis....."

-"I lied to you because of Fiona."

-"And then?" Bhai asked.

"When my mother died, I was in high school. So I took over my father's company and stayed as friend to David. I worked with him and gained his trust so that I can find his weak point....... Then I got to know that Mr. Khan is his step brother who used to live in California with them in childhood. By staying with David I got to know about everything what he did to you all and Roshni. I thought to use Mr. Khan for my revenge. It was the reason why I used to visit in same business party as you." He said looking at Faisal.

"The reason for becoming business partner with Rehan was part of my plan. And when I got to know that Zoya is your wife....... I became her friend so that I can come closer to Mr. Khan. But slowly slowly I got to know you all, I realised that I was doing very wrong. The thought that I was using Zoya, whom I called my friend made me feel ashamed."

"I realised that I was doing very very wrong. And when Mr. Khan's accident happened and the news of his death came........ I left meeting David completely. And when everyone left Zoya....... I started protecting her from his plans. I've not told anyone but he has tried to kidnap her several times."

-"What?" I asked being shocked.

-"Yes Zoya. I've not informed you but he had done so many attacks on you. He just wanted to get you."

-"You would've protected Zoya but you played game with us? You faked our friendship?" Rehan bhai said.

-"Rehan.... I would've pretended in starting but slowly I started thinking of you all as my own family. And now I can even die for you all. I promise. Trust me."

-"I trust you." Faisal said. Jay looks at him with admiration in his eyes.

-"Really Mr. Khan?"

-"Yes. I know how it feels in that situation. And I've called you as my brother Jay. I will not trust my brother?"

-"Thank you Mr. Khan." Jay said smiling. Then he looks at Rehan and Lucifer Bhai. "I'm sorry....."

-"We also trust you." They said together. I just smiles looking at them.

I heard crying sound. I got up and walked to Maan's bed. Actually Maan has two beds now. One is in room and one is in hall but design is same.

Maan was sleeping and now he woke up. I took him in my arms and put him near my chest patting his back.

-"Don't cry baby, mamma is here." He cried more. "Maan.... Please don't cry baby." I looks at his face and still he's crying loudly.

-"He cries this much?" Jay asked.

-"No Jay. He usually stops crying immediately after me or Faisal holds him. I don't know what happened today." I said and again tried to make Maan stop crying but he's still crying.

-"Jaan!" I turned to him. "I think he's hungry." He said walking to us. He took Maan in his arms. I prepared his milk and feed him but he's not drinking it. He's still crying. Looking at his tears I myself started crying.

-"Maan. What happened baby?" I asked crying.

-"Jaan.... Why're you crying?" He asked putting hands around my shoulders.

-"Faisal I'm getting worried. He never cries this much."

-"I think he's having stomachache or something as he's looking uncomfortable. Nihan also used to cry like this when he had stomachache." Rehan bhai said.

-"We should go to doctor..... He had pneumonia what if it's because of that?" Faisal said and I nodded.

-"I will also go with you." Jay said. "Please Mr. Khan. You've called me your brother so I'm Abhi's Chachu right? I will also go."

-"Fine. Rehan. Fero. You both go home we will manage okay?" Faisal said and they both nodded.

-"But I will send my men with you." Lucifer bhai said.

Then we three left. Jay is driving the car, Faisal is sitting beside him and I'm sitting on back seat holding Maan. He is constantly crying. Suddenly he vomitted and his eyes closed. It felt like my soul left my body

-"Maan.... Faisal look what happened to Maan!"

-"Jaan what happened?" He asked looking back.

-"He's not opening his eyes....." I said crying while trying to wake him up but he's not showing any kind of movement.

-"Jay drive fast!" He told him and looks at me "Jaan we'll reach hospital shortly. Nothing will happen to our Abhi."

-"Maan....." I whispers wiping my tears looking at his lifeless face. We reached hospital in ten minutes. Now doctor took Maan with him and we are outside of ward. I am sitting on bench crying.

-"Jaan....Remember what Doctor told you? Our Abhi is very strong." Faisal said putting hands on my shoulders.

-"Yes Zoya. Nothing will happen to Abhi." Jay said. I just cries looking down.

Doctor cane after some time. I immediately got up and went to him.

-"Doctor.... My baby is fine right?" I asked.

-"He's fine now Mrs. Khan. Don't worry. You should thank God that you took him here on time otherwise......"

-"Otherwise?" Faisal asked.

-"Someone gave him poison." He said and I halted in my steps. Jay holds me.

-"Zoya careful...."

-"Poison? Someone gave him poison?" I whispers in shock.

-"He's completely fine now. We will keep him under observation tonight. And he is sleeping because of medicines so he'll wake up in morning only. Don't worry." He said and left. Faisal came to me. I hold his hand

-"Faisal. You heard what he said? Our baby....." He puts his hands around my shoulders holding me closer.

-"Jaan. Calm down. Our baby is fine now."

-"But how can it happen? No one comes to your house except me, Rehan and Mr. Montano." Jay asked. "You went somewhere with him?"

-"Today we went to several places. At shopping mall, orphanage and then to Sheikh mansion." Faisal told him.

-"Aliya is in Sheikh mansion right?" Jay asked.

-"Yes but why're you asking it?" Faisal asked.

-"Zoya. Aliya took abhi with her?"

-"She did for some time but what you mean?" I asked.

-"Zoya..... You haven't understood yet?"

-"What Jay?" I asked being clueless.

-"Mr. Khan. You want to know how Zoya's name came in those abortion reports?" Jay asked and I looks at him in horror. He knows the truth?

-"Tell me Jay."

-"Zoya. You'll be quiet only?" He said looking at me.

-"You knows Jaan?" Faisal asked looking at me.

-"Aliya did that." Jay said. "Those reports were of Aliya not Zoya."

-"Jaan. What he's speaking? Tell me everything."

-"Aliya di called me one day. She told me to come to hospital. She was pregnant and aborted the baby saying that her parents will not forgive her for that. She requested me to pay bills so I did. But when I signed the papers I saw that there was ny name of reports. I asked Aliya di, she said that she put my name as I am married and if she put her name on that......"

-"ARE YOU F*CKING MAD?!" Faisal yelled holding my arm tightly and I flinched.

-"Faisal......"

-"What Faisal? You have any idea about what you did? Because of that abortion reports I thought you wrong. Why didn't you told me that time that those was Aliya's reports?"

-"Faisal.... I promised her....."

-"Your promise was more important than me?"

-"Mr. Khan. Please calm down." Jay said holding his arm.

-"Jay..... You heard what she said?"

-"Mr. Khan. Aliya gave you those reports right?"

-"Yes."

-"It was all planned. Aliya wanted to separate you that's why she did that. Rehan told me that they got to know about your well being just some months before you came back here. And Aliya knew about your return. So before some months she planned this all and put Zoya's name on abortion reports so that she can separate you after your return. And she wasn't pregnant, it was all planned to trap Zoya."

-"But Jay why will she do that?" I asked.

-"Because she loved Mr. Khan..... When you both got married she accepted the truth and moved on. But then she proposed me and I refused. She knew that Zoya was that girl whom I loved so she started hating Zoya as she snatched her love two times. And when Mr. Khan returned she thought to throw Zoya out so that she can be with Mr. Khan. And after failing several times now she tried to hurt Abhimaan."

-"How you know this all?" Faisal asked.

-"Since the day I got to know that Aliya gave you those reports, I started spying her. And one day my man got to know about that abortion incident."

-"Why didn't you told me?" I asked still being in shock.

-"Zoya.... I wanted to give you proof. Aliya is Rehan's cousin and Mr. Khan knows her since childhood. If I would've blamed her without any evidence no one would've believed me. But today I told you because of Abhi. She took him with her and now he's in this condition.... So it's clear that she is the one." Jay told.

I am feeling so much betrayed. I did everything for helping her and she faked it all? She took advantage of my kindness? She wanted to separate me and Faisal? And she trued to kill my baby.......

I will not leave her. She has tried to hurt my baby. I will show her what a mother can do when it comes to her child. She has only seen the cute, kind and innocent Zoya..... Today I will show her the dangerous Zoya.

I wipes my tears and walks to exit.

-"Jaan! Where are you going?"

-"To show someone their right place." I said in deep voice.

SHEIKH MANSION

-"ALIYA SHEIKH! ALIYA SHEIKH!" I shouted walking in mid of hall. Mom, Dad, my parents, Rehan Bhai, Nina di everyone gathered.

-"Zoya what happened princess? Why're you shouting like this?" Dad asked. I didn't spoke anything. "Faisal atleast you tell." He said to Faisal. He and Jay are also here and Zack, Justin are with Maan in hospital. I saw her coming down stairs.

-"Zoya...." She speaks. I marched towards her and slapped her so hard that she fell on floor. Everyone gasped.

"What the hell? Are you mad Zoya?" She hissed.

-"I am going mad! It's all because of you! You bloody b*tch!" I yells and she got up.

-"Zoya! Mind your words. She us my cousin." Rehan bhai said. I looks at him.

-"If you got to know about her truth then you will yourself hate her Bhai."

-"What rubbish are you speaking?" She said.

-"I am speaking truth." I declared and grab her arm very tightly digging my nails into her skin.

"What you did to my baby?" I asked in dangerous tone.

-"I.... I've did.... nothing....."

-"WHAT YOU DID TO MY BABY?!" I yells and she flinched.

-"Zoya. What are you doing child? What happened?" Dad asked.

-"Dad..... She gave poison to my Maan."

-"What?" My mummy exclaimed.

-"My baby is in hospital because of her."

-"But why will Aliya do that?" Mein m asked. "Maybe something fell in his milk...."

-"No mom! She has given poison to my baby. She will herself confess....." I turned to her and she looks at me terrified.

"What happened? Scared of confessing your deeds?"

-"Why.... Why I'll be scared? I've... I've not done anything...... Rehan she is lying....."

-"OH JUST SHUT UP!" I yells and holds her arms so tightly that she started crying. "Confess yourself or I will show you the worst. Don't think of me as a kind, innocent and weak girl. I am totally opposite of it when it comes to Faisal or Maan. You would've remembered how I beat that boy who was misbehaving with you in mall. And you've tried to kill my baby, so think what will happen to you." I threaten her and she started crying looking down.

-"I'm sorry..... I've tried to kill Abhimaan....." She said.

-"What?" Everyone gasped.

-"Aliya? You?" Rehan bhai said in shock.

-"And not only this Bhai. You will be more shocked to know complete truth. Am I right Ms. Aliya?" I asked.

-"No.... Please...." She whispered while folding her hands.

-"I am not going to melt because of your fake tears."

-"I am sorry Zoya...."

-"Sorry? What your sorry will do? Will it bring back those five six months that I've spend while dying slowly? Or will it vanish that pain which I've felt when my Faisal divorced me? Or will it vanish the sufferings of me and Faisal after I left? Tell me!"

-"Cutie..... What she actually did?"

-"Bhai you remember those abortion reports?............" I told them everything.

I saw Mom walking to us. She slapped her.

-"We permit you to live with us even after you had fight with your parents thinking that where this innocent girl will go. But you did this to us? You tried to separate my Zoya and Faisal? And today you tried to kill my daughter's son? Didn't you feel pity after seeing his innocent face?"

-"I was blind because of my revenge......"

-"What revenge?!" Rehan Bhai shouted.

-"What that small kid did to you?" My mummy asked.

-"He hasn't. Your daughter did." She said looking at my Mummy.

-"Look Aliya. We knows our daughter and she can never do wrong to anyone." Mummy said.

-"She is absolutely right. Our Zoya can never do something bad." Mom said.

-"She had! Firstly she snatched Faisal from me! I used to love Faisal. Mami you knows well. I told you that I loves Faisal." She said looking at Mom.

-"You said this before Faisal's marriage. And after he married Zoya ypu yourself said that you'll move on."

-"I said and I did! I forgot Faisal then I started liking Jay. I confessed but he said that he loves someone else. That someone is also Zoya."

-"What?" Mom gasped.

-"Yes. This Zoya is bloody cheater. She is a characterless girl who is with two men at same time and......."

-"SHUT UP!" Faisal shouts coming to us. "Don't you dare to speak anything about my Zoya."

-"Faisal you......"

-"Shut up! You want to know the truth? Jay. Tell them what is relation between you and Zoya."

-"I started liking her since I met her in opening ceremony. But I didn't knew that she is Mrs. Khan. And I never confessed my love to Zoya. She didn't even knew that I love her. She has always seen me as a friend, nothing else. And after knowing about her being married I myself took steps back. We're just friends now. My love changed into friendship and now I loves her just as a friend. She is my best friend. Nothing more."

-"Heard yourself?" Faisal asked.

-"But what if she also started loving him one day? Don't you looks that how they hugs each other, how they meets each other alone?"

-"I only loves Faisal. And I am not that type of girl whose love shifts every week. I have loved Faisal and will love him forever. And Jay is just my friend. And meeting a friend alone, hugging him is nothing wrong. But how can you understand what friendship is? Because you called me friend and backstabbed me."

-"You were never my friend. You have snatched my love two times. You're my enemy. And I will kill you and that dirty child too whom you're forcing on everyone."

-"I will not let you even touch my friend and my brother's child." Hay said.

-"Brother? So you made Faisal your brother? It means your love is now your brother's wife?" She asked laughing loudly. "I pity on you Jay. If you would've accepted my love then....."

-"Then that would've the biggest mistake of my life." He said.

-"Hello Mr. Sheikh. Hello Mr. Khan." A voice came.

-"Commissioner sir?" Faisal whispers.

-"I've called him. Arrest her." Dad said and a lady officer arrested Aliya di. "She has tried to kill my daughter's son by giving him poison and she made false abortion reports on my daughter's name. Here are the proof." Dad said giving him an envelope.

-"Sheikh Papa?" Faisal asked in surprise.

-"Action speaks louder than words. Am I right Jay?" He asked looking at Jay and he nodded.

-"Jay?" I asked in shock.

-"Actually I had told everything to Mr. Sheikh already. And he was the one who was collecting evidence."

-"Take this girl very far from my children." Mom said putting hands around my shoulders. Aliya di glares at me.

-"I will kill you and your son too. It all happed because of you!" She shouts.

-"Just dare to lay a finger on my wife and our son." Faisal threatened her.

-"You're very lucky that Lucifer is not present here otherwise......" Bhai said and colors drained from her face.

-"Officer take her." Commissioner sir said and that officer dragged Aliya di out.

-"You will not tell him anything! He will kill me!" She kept shouting and police left.

-"Zoya. Faisal. My children." Mom said and hugged both us while crying.

-"Reema..... You should be happy that trouble left our children's life." Dad said coming to us. He put his hand on my head looking at me smiling. Then he hugged me. "I'm so proud of you my princess. You did very right today by slapping her and by being brave."

-"Where is Abhi sis? How is he?" My brother asked.

-"He's is hospital. But is fine now. Don't worry champ." Faisal said patting my young brother's back.

-"I'm feeling very overwhelmed to see that how everyone loves my daughter." My mummy said.

-"Is she not our daughter?" Mom asked smiling.

-"She became yours the day our son in law married her."

-"We should leave now. I've to go near my baby." I said while trying to control my tears. I'm feeling very worried for him. My heart will not allow me to relax until I see my Abhimaan's smile.

-"Okay. We should go now. Jay you also go home okay?" Faisal said and he nodded.

-"Okay. Take care Mr. Khan." Then we left.

NEXT DAY

-"Wow sis! Your room is so beautiful." My brother said looking around in our room.

-"And how cute is this photo." My mummy said looking at our big picture. We've again changed it. Now it has a picture of me, Faisal and Maan.

-"Zoya. Come let's make dinner it's almost time for our son in law to come back."

-"Okay mummy. But Maan....."

-"I will take care of my nephew." He said and me and mummy came down stairs. Papa is sitting in balcony drinking tea. We both made dinner and now Faisal has arrived. Now we're all having dinner and Maan is sleeping.

-"The food is very tasty. But Jaan you haven't made it right?"

-"Yes. Mummy made it."

-"Your food is really very tasty." He said to her.

-"Thank you. But look at your plate.... how little you're eating? Have more." She put more curry and two parantha in his plate.

-"No. It's enough....."

-"It's not. Don't behave like Jubu."

-"Mummy! I eats well, look." He said showing his plate.

-"Only one parantha?" She put two more in his plate even after him refusing. Then she put more rice in Faisal's plate. Faisal is looking at plate in horror. I laughed looking at him. Everyone glares at me.

-"Zoya. Your plate is almost empty." Papa said and mummy put more good in my plate.

-"Mummy no!" I shout.

-"Shut up! Eat this all. Look at yourself, only your bones are showing. Don't tell me that you're doing dieting."

-"No mummy. Why will I do dieting? It's because I used to skip meals and......" I immediately stops speaking after realising. Everyone glares at me.

-"I will make you eat this much food in this week that it'll be enough for whole year."

-"Mummy!" I whined and she put a very bit bite of parantha in my mouth making me quiet. Faisal laughed at me.

-"That's how I'm feeling." He whispers to me abd I hit him with my elbow. He hissed in pain and everyone looks at him.

-"What happened Faisal?" Papa asked.

-"Nothing uncle."

-"Uncle? Faisal I'm Zoya's father, means your father. Call me papa or Dad."

-"And me Mom."

They both said and Faisal just looks at them with pain in his eyes. I know what he's remembering. I hold his hand under the table. He glance at me and I smiled.

-"Okay.... Mom. Dad." He said and glanced at me then. I smiles and he smiled back.

Maan started crying. I was going to get up but Mummy got up before me.

-"You eat. I've already eaten. I'll take care of him. Eat properly." She went to Maan and he stopped crying.

Then after feeding Maan. We slept in our room and Mummy Papa in another and Jubu in another.

They lived with us for five days. And in these five days Faisal started smiling, laughing and joking with my parents. And he has made a good bond with my brother. As my brother is also a football player, and he's trying to get selected in Indian team, and Faisal also loves football so he both used to go in park for playing football every evening. And yes, Faisal used to come home very early. Now they're leaving

-"Zoya. Take care of our son in law and our little Abhi also." Mummy said kissing his forehead, I'm holding him in my arms.

-"And you three have to come to India also. Remember you promised me Faisal?" Papa said and Faisal nodded.

-"I remember Dad. We will come as soon as Zoya gets well."

-"And Jiju..... We will play football there also." (Jiju - Sister's husband)

-"Of course champ. And this is for you. Zack." He speaks and Zack brings a suitcase. "You loves Ronaldo right? There are CR7 football shoes, Football, and shin guards also. And a signed Jersey of your idol." Faisal said and Jubu happily hugged him.

-"Thank you Jiju! I will miss you."

Then announcement happened so they went away. Tears fell from my eyes looking at them leaving. Faisal puts hands around my shoulders. He smiled at me

-"I will also miss them. And thank you Jaan, for giving me this beautiful family." He said and kissed on my forehead. Maan whined. He took him in his arms and kissed his forehead too. "Happy my baby?" He asked and he smiles.

Then we went in our car talking and laughing remembering moments spend with my parents.

I just hope that now everything will be fine. I'm scared a lot because even if that David would've died, but Fiona......
