Chapter 22: the nerves

Sophie and Filip both sat waiting anxiously, for the blood test results that were sent for emergency testing. It was nice for sophie to have fillip as support as her mum was unable to be with her . Sophie hadnt even asked fillip to stay with her , but fillip had decided to out of the kindness of his heart . Fillip tried to distract sophie from the current situation that she was in . He tried doing this by talking about what her futrure may hold , like becoming a paramedic , but sophie was completely distraught and told Fillip what if i cant have a future what if i die thanks to this , what if i never return home , what if i never see my mum again ,or my brothers or my cats , i wish i had never made the decision to go to school today , i wouldnt have been here if i hadnt.

Sophies doctor walked in and said her results had came back clear even after the scare , she couldnt have been so happy at any other time of her life , Fillips face also lit up with a smile and at this point sophies mum also arrived at the hospital.But justbefore her mum could walk in her room Fillip said : see look i told you everything would be fine and that you would be going home tonight.

The doctor gave sophie discharge papers , as this was happening Fillips radio went off , meaning he had to attend yet another call so sophie thanked the doctor and Filip and her and her mum returned home.

On the way home sophie had a really weird daydream where she was walking into a unknown place where everyone including her was wearing uniforms and they all looked about a similar age , there was about 800 people she honestly couldn't even understand her daydream at this point like all the people looked normal like they wernt worrying as like it wasnt a war dream or anything (she at this point had no clue but her dream was part of her futre reality)

Once Sophie got home her mind couldn't stop racing through thoughts of what futre was going to hold , even though she knew most of her thoughts would be imaginary.

After a while she finally managed to stop herself from worrying and decided to read part of a wattpad book while listening to music, until her eyes got so sore that she decided she needed to sleep so she shutdown her book and turn off her phome

She soon fell asleep.
