“What are you trying to say?” Evan asked in a deep voice.

He then fixed a cold gaze on Daniella. “If my mother were alive, she wouldn’t accept a woman so unlike her into the family.

“Then you won’t be welcome near the Xander Group!”

“Alright. I hope this is a decision you won’t regret, Neil calmly agreed.

With that, he turned and left Xander Residence immediately.

Caroline remained by Lily’s bedside constantly while in the hospital.

Caroline shook her head. “Scott, when will Ms. Smith be out of danger?”

Scott took a seat beside Caroline on the sofa. “Based on her current condition, it might take another day.”

Caroline looked visibly tired. “What’s the chance of her ending up in a coma? Can anything be done to reverse that?”

Scott responded, “It’s around 90%. Unfortunately, there’s little we can do except hope for a miracle Try to get some sleep. I’ll be here, so don’t worry.”
