Today, Ye Zhen Zhen heard that the armory’s supervisor Zhang Feng was going to enter the palace to meet Ji Wu Jiu, so she also went to take a look.

“You smelled it?” Ji Wu Jiu said while pointing at the fragrant pot ‘the fragrant burning inside is “Hai Li Xiang””

“What is Hai Li Xiang?” Ye Zhen Zhen have never heard of it before.

“It is a type of wood that has been sent from Lu Song, it is grown on the beachside, when the water is in high tide it will cover the entire small island, and from far it would seems like the trees are growing on water, that is why it is called Hai Li Xiang (Fragrant from the Ocean). Previously they have also send them in every year, but because the wood that was sent in carries a strong sea smell, and the people from central plains are not used to it, so the people who knows about it are very little. A few days ago, the empress dowager asked someone to turn them into charcoal, to use it in the fragrance pots, not much different in terms of usage if compared to the normal charcoal, but it also emits a light scent. I thought that it smell quite good, so I asked for some” Ji Wu Jiu explained patiently.

Ye Zhen Zhen took another sniff “I find the smell quite nice as well”

“If you like, I still have a lot here, just take some, I will get someone to make more”

But he was busy with another thing: The empress’s weird disease, how can it be cured….

For this, he has dragged all the imperial doctors one by one to ask them, however, not even mentioning to cure, those doctors have not even heard of this before, not even the old farts or the knowledgeable Dcotor Tie has answers.

Ji Wu Jiu has asked everyone that can cure sickness, and still couldn’t get an answer. So he was very distressed.

When he was still distressed, Feng You De announced “Your majesty, Mr Dou came to greet you”

Trying his best to keep calm, in the end Ji Wu Jiu only ordered Feng You De to drag out big beard Dou out of Gan Qing Palace.

If it was from shock, then it would only be about the ghost matter two days ago, but Ye Zhen Zhen was clear that she did not get scared, but why did she get this type of pulse now? Ji Wu Jiu believed Ye Zhen Zhen’s courage, only she will be the one scaring the ghost, but she being like this now, there must be some other reasons behind it.

So that time, if Ye Zhen Zhen really passed away, then it would be blamed on to the ghost, such a good way, and most probably there would be no one taking the balme. If that day she really screamed out from being scared by the ghost that day, then perhaps maybe she might also believe that she was shocked to sickness.

Dismissing the doctor, Ji Wu Jiu was walking back and forth in front of Ye Zhen Zhen’s bed, Ye Zhen Zhen got drowsy from him walking back and forth, yawned and her body starts to lay back down on the bed.

“No, you cannot continue sleeping” Ji Wu Jiu pulled Ye Zhen Zhen up “Su Yue, help your master get ready, both of you will shift to Gan Qing Palace today”

Both of them got sick at the same time, most probably somebody already did something to Kun Ning Palace, no matter what, the best would be to bring the both of them to somewhere safe first. Ji Wu Jiu carries Ye Zhen Zhen up, and seeing that she is lacking her usual energetic self, he was both sad and angry at the same time.
