Ning Shu really didn’t know what Xia Xiaoman was thinking to be repeatedly changing her mind like this. She would be determined about something one day, then completely change her mind the next day. It was impossible to figure out what exactly she wanted.

Ning Shu couldn’t understand Xia Xiaoman’s bottom line and personal principles at all. Although she was hurt by Chu Xiaoran, part of the reason was because she kept conceding without any personal principles. Ning Shu felt that it was quite lamentable that a person ended up living this way. Xia Xiaoman hastily waved her hand as she said, “No, Chu Xiaoran didn’t say these things to me. I was the one that decided to come here. Big Brother Wenlang, I don’t want you guys to be fighting so fiercely like this. No matter which of you gets hurt, I’ll still feel sad.”

Ning Shu didn’t speak and just looked at Xia Xiaoman. There was no way she and Chu Xiaoran could coexist anymore. In the original storyline, Xu Wenlang had died. However, that won’t necessarily happen again.

Xia Xiaoman didn’t have any right to say this to her. She had betrayed Xu Wenlang, yet she was now asking Xu Wenlang to let the past go and interact peacefully with Chu Xiaoran?

Please just get as far away as possible. The sight of her induced vomit.

She was trying to use the flag of thinking on Xu Wenlang’s behalf despite being such a selfish person. The Xia Xiaoman who was in love was truly disgusting. Ning Shu had never disliked a woman this much before.

It couldn’t really be said that Xia Xiaoman was hateful since she was a very powerless woman who only chose to submit and accept any hurt that came to her. However, her actions caused the people who truly loved her and wanted to protect her to be hurt. She caused other people calamities, but she was only tolerant towards the person who was hurting her.

If this wasn’t an illness, what was it?

If Ning Shu had encountered something like this, she definitely would’ve just gone for a life-and-death struggle rather than go with Xia Xiaoman’s method. Furthermore, making a person compromise with threats and promises was a sort of hurt on its own.

“Xia Xiaoman, has anyone ever told you what trash you are?” Ning Shu was seriously annoyed with Xia Xiaoman showing up in front of her all the time. She had already overdrafted what feelings Xu Wenlang had for her. “Does Chu Xiaoran know that you’re here?”

“Big Brother Wenlang, you...” Xia Xiaoman’s expression was filled with shock. She couldn’t believe that these words had come from the gentle Big Brother Wenlang’s mouth.

Xia Xiaoman’s face flushed with indignance and embarrassment. Her voice trembled as she said, “Big Brother Wenlang, do you know what you’re saying?”

“Of course I do. I, said, that, you’re, trash!” Ning Shu slowly repeated her words.

Xia Xiaoman was so angered that her breathing became unsteady and she shouted furiously, “Big Brother Wenlang, how can you talk about me that way!? Big Brother Wenlang, you’ve changed. The past you never would’ve said something this rude. I came here to talk to you out of good intentions, how can you curse at me this way?”

Xia Xiaoman clearly hadn’t snapped out of the shock from hearing Big Brother Wenlang curse at her. Her expression was filled with indignance and embarrassment. She sat there in silent anger like she was sulking.
