“Understood.” Court Lady Qiu immediately had someone bring the dragon pearl over.

The dragon pearl Court Lady Qiu had been talking about was about the size of an infant’s fist and it glistened like snow. It was like a large pearl.

Ning Shu took the dragon pearl and sniffed it. It carried a fishy smell and when she lifted it next to her ear, she could hear the sound of waves.

She was a little shocked. This couldn’t be a real dragon pearl, right?

“Your Majesty, this is the dragon pearl that a wandering Daoist immortal had gifted you. It’s said to bring longevity,” said Court Lady Qiu when she saw that Ning Shu seemed interested in this dragon pearl.
