Chapter 38.

I sit down in the back room grabbing my phone out my bag, it's lunch break on my first day of work.

"Hey!" Saffron says sitting down next to me. "That film was so good last night!"

"Omg I know yeah! It was the funniest thing ever." I say chuckling, remembering last night.

After finishing off at the studio last night, me and Saffron went to the cinema to see the new comedy- it was hilarious!

"So, fancy coming out tonight with me and my boyfriend? You can bring a plus one." She says nudging me.

"Where you going?" I reply, locking my phone.

"Just to nandos." She answers with a smile.

"Okay, I'll text Perri." I nod.

"Perri- as in from diversity?" She says slightly shocked.

"Yeah? Did you not know?" I chuckle.

"Know what?!" She questions, edging closer.

"He's my boyfriend." I say laughing at her expression.

"No way!" She squeals, shaking me. "No way!"

After Saffron calmed down we begin to eat our lunch and decide what to wear tonight as Perri agreed to come.

"Right, I'm finished, wait for me after and we can walk back together." I say, standing up and re-tucking my top into my jeans.

"Coolio." She smiles.

I head back onto the shop floor and go over and help some families find the right size show for their toddlers.

"So, these Nikes are £30 and these Adidas ones are £25." I explain, holding two different shoes up.

"What do you think?" The mum says to what looks like her younger sister.

"I like the Adidas." She says pointing at them.

"Yeah, I'm liking them too." The mum nods. "We'll take the Adidas please." She smiles.

"Okay, good choice." I say boxing them back up. "I will pop them behind the till for you, once you've finished looking, just follow the queue and ask for your shoes." I continue, before passing the shoes to Dan behind the till.

"Right, let's go." I announce, slinging my bag over my shoulder and grabbing my phone.

"So tonight do you want us to pick you and Pel up?" Saff asks.

"I don't mind, if that's cool with you both?" I reply, pushing open the door do the shop.

"Yeah that's fine, Brad offered to." She smiles.

"Awh, that's kind of him." I beam.

We carry on walking through town and along the busy pavements until we arrive outside Pels house.

"This is my stop." I chuckle. "I will see you later."

"Okay, see you later- text me what you're wearing." She says nudging me.

"Will do." I smile, heading up the pathway.

I push the spare key they gave me into the lock and turn it, pushing open the door. I remove the key, dropping it back into my bag and closing the door behind me.

I slide off my shoes and place my bag on the floor, heading into the kitchen.

"Hey beautiful, how was your day?" Perri asks pulling me into a hug.

"Hey! And yeah it was good, are you still okay for tonight?" I say before kissing him quickly.

"Yeah, should be good." He nods, smiling down at me.

"I'm going to get ready, we haven't got that long." I state, grabbing an apple off the table.

"Okay, I will be up in a minute." He says, picking up his drink.

I jog upstairs and into the bedroom, going over to my clothes. I push away jeans and tops until I find what I had in mind.

I sit down in front of the mirror and retouch my makeup adding a nude lipstick.

"Wow." Perri breaths, stopping behind me. "Looks like I'm going to have to make more of an effort than I though."

"Oh please, even if you don't try you will probably look better than me." I chuckle standing up.

After 30 more minutes we are ready and waiting for Saffron and Brad to pick us up.

"Hey! You both look stunning!" Saffron squeals, standing in the door way.

"As do you." I chuckle, giving her a quick hug.

We follow Saffron back to the car and clamber into the back, buckling ourselves in and pulling away from the drive.

Within 15 minutes we pull up outside Nandos and step out the car, making our way inside.

"Table for four please." Saffron smiles.

"Okay, right this way!" The waitress replied bubbly.

"Thank you for a great night!" I say gratefully before sliding out the car. "I will see you tomorrow."

I follow Perri up the driveway and back inside the house. I kick off my heels and place my bag and phone onto the side.

"Mitch is staying over and someone's house." Perri states, looking down at his phone.

"Oh right, did he say who?" I ask.

Perri shakes his head.

He walks towards me, with a cheeky grin on his face. I holds my cheeks and places a kiss on my lips, that gradually becomes more passionate.

Perri pulls away and looks me in the eyes, waiting for my response. I nod slightly and Perri picks me up, carrying me upstairs. We collapse onto the bed, Perri tracing my body.

My body tingles all over and Perri leans down kissing me once more.

Just a huge apology for not updating in FOREVER... I've been super busy with dance workshops, Spanish exams, homework... Any ways you get the idea 👀

But I'm back with this part so I hope you like it 🙏🏼

I think I'm going to go to 40 parts with this story but I've already got ideas for the sequel 😏👌🏼
