Chapter 19

(Ash POV)

I was sitting in first period waiting for Gabriel I finally asked her to the dance and yes I did make a fool out of myself but at least she said yes now all I have to do is find a costume and I'll be set I grinned to myself.

"Ash what are you so happy about you've been like this all week" Alex asked looking at me Aly turned in our direction and grinned.

"I know why she's so happy it's because Gabriel said she'll go to the dance with her" I looked at her and rolled my eyes.

"No it isn't," I said not looking at her

"Yes you are" she said teasingly I turned to her frowning as she smirked at me.

"Sean get your girlfriend," I said pushing her slightly Sean laughed at us as Gabriel walked in looking as perfect as ever I smirked at her and she smiled back sitting down next to me.

"Ash your bruise is gone well mostly gone add some more heat to it and it should be gone by tomorrow" She said I nodded its finally Friday tomorrow is Rachel's dad's business dinner or function.

"OK" I said not really listening to what she was saying I had a lot to do tonight for tomorrow I needed to get my hair trimmed again I think I'm going to let it grow out after that, anyways I need to get a my shoes shinned, and cuffs my dad is making me wear a my regular tux according to him it would be inappropriate to show up in an all black tux even after I told him that she said it was alright so now I'm in a tux with a white shirt and a stupid bow tied I mean does a black shirt really make a difference its still a tux, I also have to get my tux pants fitted again I think I've gotten taller since I last wore it so my dad brought me a new pair so I have to get them hemmed and sowed in oh and my dads also going something about business partner and investing.

"Ash are you listening to me," Gabriel asked interrupting my thoughts I sighed.

"Sorry what did you say," I asked she frowned at me

"I was asking if you wanted to hang out this weekend with us" She said I was about to say yes but I had to go to the dinner with Rachel.

"As much as I would love to I can't I have something to do on Saturday but I'm free on Sunday" I said frowning slightly

"Oh ok that's fine," She mumbled to me I really wanted to say yes but I cant cancel on Rachel after I told her I would go.

"What are you doing on Saturday" Alex asked I groaned he's always in someone's business.

"Nothing just a business dinner I have to attend with my family" I said partly lying technically I was going to a business dinner and technically my dad would be there at some point during the night because of his business and he was invited to discuss some business partnerships.

"Oh sucks to be you" He said I frowned at him and turned to Gabriel.

"Gabby why am I sitting next to him again" I asked she laughed

"Because I asked you to," She replied smiling at me I shook my head

"Oh yea I remember, I want my seat back" I said smirking as she looked at me with a horrified expression.

"Hey there is nothing wrong with me I just express my love for the female anatomy" Alex said holding his head up high

"No I'm not moving" She said quickly I laughed at her as the teacher walked in starting class.

(Gabriel POV)

I was disappointed and sad when Ash declined my offer to hang out with me on the weekend I really wanted to hang out with her I barely see her unless its at school sure we call each other over the weekends but its not the same as seeing each other in person. I guess we can hang out some other time maybe next week but that's the weekend of the party so I guess we'll see each other anyway since I'm going to go with her but it should be fun.

"Gabby you want to hang out after school with me since I can't hang out this weekend" Ash asked I looked up at her as she towered over me.

"Sure but where" I asked

"I don't know I have some things to pick up from the mall so I guess we can go there you can help me shop"

"Shop for what" I asked confused as she paid for both her and my food before I could protest.

"Well I have to get my hair cut, get some cuff links and get my pants fitted then we can do whatever you want to do for the rest of the night" she said picking up our trays and going to the table I sat down first and she sat next me an put my tray in front of me.

"Can I pick which hair cut you get," I asked excitedly she looked at me and laughed.

"No" She said shaking her head I pouted

"Please" I begged giving her my best puppy eyes she looked at me frowning before she sighed.

"Fine I'll think about it if I don't like it I'm not going to get it" She said I nodded my head happily

"I can guarantee you'll love it" I said she laughed and turned her attention back to her food while I played with mines.

"Ash did you just agree to let someone else pick a haircut for you" Alex said in shocked Ash rolled her eyes.

"Yea so," she said shrugging her shoulders popping a fry in her mouth He looked at me.

"Gabriel what power do you hold" He asked I opened my mouth to say something but he held up his finger and went in his bag and pulled out a pen and notepad.

"Ok you can continue," He said holding his pen ready to write.

"Shut Alex it's not big deal" She said to him he shook his head

"Yes it is she never lets anyone pick out her cuts or touch it for that matter so any way like I was saying what kind of technique do you use" I laughed at him as Ash threw a apple at him hitting him on the forehead.

"Shut up Alex and Gabby how many times do I have to tell you to eat and stop playing with your food," she said pointing to my food I rolled my eyes at her and started eating my nuggets for some reason the schools nuggets are delicious if I could eat them everyday I would.

"Gabby we have to stop by my house first before we leave for the mall" she said I nodded

"Fine with me as long as I don't have to get out" I said she looked at me confused before understanding what I was saying.

"Don't worry only Sarah, Mitchel, my sister, and my father are going be there today" She said I never met her father before.

"Oh man she met Jesse and Nathan didn't she" Aly said scrunching her face up as Ash nodded.

"Gawd you're brothers are disgusting sometimes that's why I don't visit you anymore Ash" She said

"What are you talking about you never visited me before anyway" Ash said looking at her as she looked at her puzzled expression.

"I did, I use to visit you all time during our freshmen and Sophmore year" she said grinning triumphantly, Ash scoffed at her.

"Whatever you and I both know that there was only one reason you visited me during our freshman and Sophmore year" Ash said smirking as Aly frowned at her and blushed.

"Wait a sec I thought it was only freshman year" Alex said Aly glared at Ash and Ash gave a slight cough and looked away putting another fry in her mouth.

"It was only freshman year now drop it" She said as Sean laughed at her he obliviously knew what they were talking about but I wanted to know I'll just ask Ash later but I think I have a pretty good idea of what they're talking about.

"Now, now Aly don't be ashamed of your past" Sean said Aly glared at him and pushed him away from her.

"Sean shut up or you won't be getting any anytime soon" She said Sean looked at her with wide eyes and apologized to her.

"Gross you guys we don't need to hear that at the lunch table" Matt said everyone nodded in agreement while Ash laughed at them.

(Ash POV)

After lunch school went past pretty fast, I'm sitting in front of Gabriel's house waiting for her to change her clothes she didn't want to go to the mall in her school uniform I didn't really care what she was going in because I was going to wear my uniform too.

She is taking forever how long does it take to but some pants on and a shirt we still had to stop by my house to get the money for the adjustments from my dad and Mitchel and Sarah want to talk about something. Gabriel finally came out of the house looking as beautiful as ever to beautiful if you ask me she going to draw attention when we get to the mall she was wearing a yellow top that showed part of her stomach and jean short shorts that drew attention to her long legs that never seemed to end. She opened the door and got in I stared at her again I would tell her to change if wasn't in a hurry.

"Ash eyes up here" She said laughing I shook my head and grinned at her before pulling off to go to my house.

"So what's on the agenda" She asked I glanced at her I wanted to say you but I decide not to.

"Um pants fitting, cuff links, and haircut them we are free to do whatever the hell you want" I said she nodded

"Do I still get to pick the hair cut," She asked as I pulled into my driveway and got out with her following behind me.

"Yes Gabby you can still pick the cut out only if I like it" I said adding the last part in I didn't want anything to dramatic because I'm going to grow it back out again I opened the door to my house and let Gabby in first before I went behind her.

"I wouldn't pick a ugly cut," she said as I directed her into the kitchen Gabriel stopped making me bump into her I sighed and looked over her head where I found Mitchell and Sarah making out against the kitchen counter I covered Gabriel eyes and pulled her to me as she tried to move my hands away.

"Guys that disgusting and we have guest" I said making them jump apart they turned to me Mitchell grinned while Sarah blushed.

"Ash let go of me I'm not a little kid" Gabriel said grabbing my hands and pulling them down she turned around and glared at me.

"What you shouldn't be seeing those kinds of things it's not good for you" I said smirking at her she punched me on my shoulder before turning back to Sarah.

"I'm sorry about that," Sarah said apologizing to Gabriel I laughed and went to the fridge and grabbed a can a cola and Fanta strawberry for Gabriel.

"It's no problem its not like I haven't people make out before" Gabriel said while looking at me I raised my eyebrow at her and handed her the soda.

"What" I mumble sitting down next to her

"Nothing" She said rolling her eyes opening the soda oh well

"Hey Mitch is dad here" I asked

"Nope he left for a meeting or something he said the money and tux are in your room and something about you have to get the whole tux fitted because he brought a new one today" He said I groaned and nodded before standing up.

"You coming up or staying down here" I asked Gabriel but Sarah answered

"Actually I wanted to talk to her about something so you can go up and get your stuff" whatever I shrugged and went up stairs to my room to change and get my stuff. I went through my closet and got out a simple white V-Neck and a pair of black jeans with a black beanie I got undressed and pulled the shirt on followed by my pants I then got my leather jacket its supposed to be a little chilly tonight I put my shoes back on then grabbed my tux and money off the bed before going back down stairs I entered the kitchen. Gabriel and Sarah were talking animatedly about something.

"Gabby you ready" I asked she turned to me and stared at me I smirked and raised my eyebrow her cheeks turned a light pink and she nodded. She stood up and gave Sarah a hug thanking her and saying bye before we left out.

"What did she want," I asked curiously

"She asked me to be one of her bridesmaids for the wedding," She said excitedly I grinned

"I guessing you said yes" she nodded her head

"She wouldn't let me say no anyways, "I laughed Sarah would force her in the wedding even if she didn't want to be in it.

"Good now you can go shopping with her I'm tired of picking out different shades of purple," I said she laughed at me

"We are we're going next Saturday to look at the brides maid dresses with 3 other friends of hers" She said I nodded thankfully Mitchell is letting me be one of his best men or women I don't know but I'm going to be a tux for the wedding and I going to be standing on the with him and my brothers and my father I refused to be put in a dress.

"Alright we are here after this we'll head to the mall," I said parking in front of Men's Warehouse we got out of the car and went in the store I went straight to the alteration desk in the back with Gabriel following behind me looking around.

"Hi I have a appointment for alterations" I said to a lady behind the desk she looked at me a gave me a warm smile.

"And what is you're name" She asked

"Ash Davis" She nodded and typed something in the computer before telling me to go in the changing room to but the tux on I turned to Gabriel she was looking at purple ties I rolled my eyes Sarah probably told her to look at them while she was here.

"Gabby really" I said she turned to me with two purple ties in her hand.

"Which one do you like Ash" She asked grinning I sighed and pointed to the lighter shade of purple she nodded and put it the one I chose down.

"What the point in asking me which one if you're not going to take my opinion," I asked tugging her to the dressing room with me.

"Because it'll help me chose the ones we don't want" She said grinning I frowned at her and pushed her into the seat in front of the changing stall I was going in.

"You stay here," I said grinning as she huffed at me and grossed her arms as I went into the dressing room. I took off my clothes and took the tux out the bag and put it on I buttoned up the shirt and put the tux jacket on the pants were a little big and long along the jacket was a little long to I guess the lady can fix it I stepped out the dressing room and Gabriel was gone I sighed she never listens. A short old lady came in the room and directed me towards the mirrors where she proceeded to pin up the pants and measure my sleeves. The lady didn't really talk that much she only said something when I moved or when I complained at she pricked me.

"Ash which one do you like now" Gabrielle said out of nowhere I looked up and saw her through the mirrors looking at shades of green now I rolled my eyes.

"Gabby I told you to stay here and the dark green" I said she nodded and looked up at me

"Ash don't you look sophisticated" She said smiling at me I frowned at her.

"Gabby can you just sit down and stay put until I'm done" I asked politely she glared at me.

"No it's going to take you forever and I don't want to be bored" She said I sighed and turned my head to her.

"Turn back around" the old Lady snapped at me I rolled my eyes and turned around.

"Fine since you're going to be roaming around you can find me some cuff links" I said smirking at her through the mirror she nodded and walked off.

"That's you're girlfriend" The lady asked I looked down at her she was still focused on the hem of my pants.

"No just really good friends" I mumbled I wish she was.

"Hmm you like her" She asked I raised my eyebrow not that it's any of here business.

"Yes of course she's my friend why wouldn't I like her," I said lying through my teeth

"Hmmm " She mumbled and dropped the conversation

Man my feet were killing me I swear I've been here for an hour Gabriel never came back but I've seen her walking past the changing room through the mirror carrying swatches while she was on the phone talking probably to Sarah. I hope she remembered to pick the cuff links.

"I'm finished" the lady said I looked in the mirror when she moved away hmm she did good it fitted exactly how I wanted it to.

"It's perfect," I said turning around and looking at it in different angles the lady left just as Gabriel came in I turned to her.

"So what do you think," I asked smirking as she looked me up and down.

"I like it, you look good," she said nodding coming towards me pulling on the sleeves.

"I always look good" I said she rolled her eyes

"You're missing this," She said wrapping a bow tie on me I mentally groaned when I smelt the scent of strawberries and kiwi god she going to kill me one day she backed up and nodded.

"Now you look handsome or whatever you call it," She said I frowned what's that supposed to mean.

"So did you get the cuff links" I asked she nodded and handed me a bag.

"You didn't have to buy them Gabby" I said she shook her head.

"I wanted to plus you always buy me things so I decided to buy you something for a change' she said grinning as I opened the box it was in I looked at them they where black cuff links but they looked like a piano keyboard with music notes around them I liked it no I loved them.

I looked at her and grinned.

"Thanks Gabby I love it" I said pulling her into a hug and giving her a kiss on the cheek she smiled and nodded.

"Now go change so we can go to the mall" She said trying unsuccessfully to push me into the dressing room I laughed and went in quickly changing back into my clothes and carefully putting the tux back in the back. I grabbed my jacket and put on my beanies before leaving the dressing room.

"Alright Gabby I'm ready" I said but she wasn't there I groaned cant she stay in one place for 5 minutes.

"She went to the front" I heard from behind me I turned around it was the old lady.

"Thanks" I said she nodded

"Don't be afraid to tell her how you feel" She said I looked at her with my eyebrow raised.

"What are you talking about" I asked knowing what she was saying

"Hmm I may be old but I'm not stupid I see the way you look at her tell her she might feel the same way" she said I was going to ask her what if she doesn't but I didn't I turned to leave only to hear her respond.

"You'll never know unless you try," She said as if reading my mind I turned around with a wtf look but she was gone that was so weird old people scare me now. I went over to the alterations desk and paid before I walked to the front seeing Gabrielle talking on the phone again I crept up behind her and grabbed her she jump and turned around to me frowning.

"I'm ready" I said she nodded and told whoever she was talking to that she would call them back later.

"Who was that" I asked as we walked out the store the mall was right around the corner so it should take no more than five minutes to get there.

"Just Samantha and Jenna" she said shrugging I unlocked the door and hung my tux up in the back before getting in.

"Now where to" she asked as I pulled off and around the corner to the mall.

"The mall the hair cuttery is in the mall then we are free to do whatever you like," I said she smiled and I looked at the time it was only 6 oclock we had plenty of time to stuff.

"Is there a time you have to be home" I asked pulling into a parking space I put the car in park took the keys out and opened the door watching her get out I locked it and met her in front of the car.

"Nope as long as I'm back by one" she said I nodded and tugged on my leather jacket and adjusted my beanie while looking at myself in the reflection of the door.

(Gabriel POV)

I'm glad she liked the cuffs I figured she would when I saw them she popped into my mind I had to get them for her. The tux she had looked absolutely hot on her it fitted her perfectly I loved the way she looked in it. I watched her as she looked at her reflection in the door as she put her jacket on and fixed her beanie I also loved the outfit she had in now to the black beanie was a good touch on her to even though her outfit was simple with a plain white v-neck, black jeans, a black leather jacket, and a black beanies she made it look like she was modeling it.

"Ash seriously stop checking yourself out and c'mon" I said she looked at me and grinned before opening the door for me.

"I wasn't checking myself out I was fixing my beanie" She said as I walked past her and into the mall it was pretty crowded in here tonight I guess its because it's a Friday Ash grabbed my hand and pulled me into the hair shop we were immediately greeted by a lady in her mid twenties she was tall with long brown hair and with mud brown eyes.

"Ash what can I do for you today" She said smiling at her

"A haircut" Ash answered the lady nodded and told her to sit down

"Any particular style you want or just a trim" she asked Ash looked at me

"Gabby what cut did you say you wanted me to get" she asked the looked at her in shock then turned to me.

"A buzz cut but not to short" I said I think she would look nice with a buzz cut but not the extremely short one the ones that you have at least two or three inches of hair left she has the shape head for one to.

"I'll just get a trim" Ash said frowning at me I looked at her and frowned back

"You said I could pick the cut," I whined at her she rolled her eyes as the lady started to clean her scissors.

"No I said you can pick it if I liked it there no way I'm getting a buzz cut" She said I pouted at her

"Fine what about this cut" I said showing her a picture of a style I found she nodded

"See that's more reasonable hey Maddie you think you can do that" She asked Maddie looked at the picture and nodded

"Yea I should be able to do you want to dye it that color," She asked

"Nope" she said as she started to clip her hair I went and sat in the seat next to Ash and watched as the lad styled and clipped her hair it didn't take that long for her to finish all she had to do really was style and trim it evenly. Ash thanked her and paid her I looked at her hair and frowned.

"I still think you should have gotten the buzz cut" I said Ash rolled her eyes at me

"I told you I'm not getting one I'm growing my hair back out again now where do you want to go" She asked I looked around

"I don't know we can just walk around till I find a place to go" she nodded and we took off in a random direction.

"Do you need anything else," I asked her looking into one of the stores as we passed by I really need some more jeans and shirts I'm tired of wearing shorts.

"No not that I know off" She said we walked past another store and I stopped and walked back to it and smiled.

"Ash can we go in there" I asked excitedly she groaned when she looked in the store

"Gabby you don't need to" She started but stopped when I gave her my puppy eyes.

"Fine but you're only getting one thing" I grinned and pulled her into the shop it was a oversized candy shop where all the candy was ten times it's size I was looking around when I came across the worlds largest Jaw Breaker.

Omg I want this I looked behind me but Ash wasn't there I shrugged and went up to the cashier and she rung me up I pulled out my card but someone beat me to it and gave her cash.

"Ash I was going to pay for it" I said without turning around knowing it was Ash she always does this.

"Now where would the fun be in that," She said taking the bag before I could get it.

"Hey I want to eat it now" I said as we walked out the shop I tried reaching for it but she held it out of my reach.

"No you'll get it when you eat dinner first" She said scolding me I huffed and stopped reaching for it she thinks she the boss of me but she's not. We passed some more shops Ash was trying to talk to me but I ignored I walked into Hollister and immediately went the jeans I picked out 3 pairs of skinnies and shirts and went to the changing room with Ash on my heels.

"Ash do these look to tight and is this shirt to much" I asked walking out the dressing room looking at them when I didn't hear a response I looked up Ash was sitting there roaming by body with her eyes I blushed.

"Ash pay attention" I told her she cleared her throat

"Sorry what you say" She asked me

"Do the jeans look to tight and is the shirt to much" I ask turning around and looking at my butt in the mirror I don't think they looked to tight I love the shirt even though it's a half of shirt I saw Ash eyes roam me again I rolled my eyes

"Ash jesus pay attention" I exclaimed she looked up at me and smirked

"Sorry their fine I like it" She said I nodded and went back in the dressing room I guess I'll be getting it I didn't bother to try on the other clothes I really didn't feel like it either. I changed and went out to Ash she took the clothes out my hand and carried them to the cashier.

"Hi how are" She said looking at Ash smiling Ash looked at her.

"Fine and yourself" Ash said politely the girl fluttered her eyes at her I fought the urge to roll my eyes as Ash put the clothes on the counter

"Good now that you're here " She said ringing the clothes up

"Gabby where do you want to go next" Ash asked ignoring the cashier comment as she tried to discreetly lower her top I glared at her I hate people like her trying to flirt when she's obliviously with someone else.

"Food court" I said excitedly she laughed at me

"You really want that jawbreaker don't you" She said I nodded enthusiastically

"The total is 53 dollars and 83 cents" The cashier said Ash once again tried to pay for it but I took her card out her hand and hand the cashiers mines.

"ha I beat you to it this time" I said as the cashier swiped the card she handed me the card back wait this isn't mines. I looked at Ash she was grinning at me as she took her card out of my hand.

"You didn't beat me" She said laughing as I frowned at my card how the hell did she do that I swore I had my card in my hand awhile ago.

"Don't think about it you'll only get yourself confused" she said grinning at me the cashier handed her the receipt and she looked at it and frowned before looking at the cashier who flipped her hair and winked at her.

"I'm sorry there's something written on the back of this receipt can I get another one" Ash said I looked down at the receipt the little whore wrote her number on it the cashier looked at Ash shocked as Ash bawled the receipt up and threw it in the trash, the cashier printed another one and I laughed at her as she turned red she looked up at me and glared serves her right. Ash took the new receipt and gave me it.

"C'mon t the food court" She said grabbing my hand I grinned at her as we walked off I turned around one last time to see the cashier still glaring at me I smirked at her before flipping her off and sticking my tongue out at her I laughed again when I saw her grip tighten on the desk in front of her.

"Gabby stop harassing her" Ash said chuckling lightly as we walked out the store and made our way to the food court.

"I wasn't harassing her she started it, did you see her glaring at me" I said to her she looked at and smirked.

"yea I also saw you flip her off and stick you're tongue out at her" she said I frowned.

"So what did you see the way she was trying to through herself at you I mean what kind of girl gives their number to someone they just met for five minutes just because their cute or hot geesh" I said rambling off Ash laughed at me and I glared at her

"So you think I'm cute and hot now" she said smirking I glared at her as I felt my face heat up.

"No I don't" she grinned at me

"But you just said and I quote what kind of girl gives their number out to someone just because their hot or cute" She said making air quotes I frowned at her stupid rambling

"Shut up Ash you were hearing things" I said letting go of her hand and walking ahead of her hearing her laugh and walk up behind trying to talk to me.

"Gabby Gabby" she said I rolled my eyes and went into the pet shop I just saw adorable little puppy outside the window.

"Ash Ash look" I said pointing to the little puppy completely forgetting that I was ignoring her I think it was a husky it had the most amazing electric blue eyes they reminded me of Ash eyes I wanted a puppy so bad but my dad never got me one I watched Ash walk over to the pin it was in a pick it up It yipped a little and licked her face she laughed and turned to me gesturing me over with her head I walked over and she handed me it I giggled as it licked me.

"Ash it's so cute" I said she smiled at me and shook her head at me and looked at her watch.

"You have ten minutes to play with it then we leave for food" She said I nodded my head and played with it ten minutes seemed to go past way to fast one minute me and Ash are playing with the puppy the next minute she saying we have to go.

"5 more minutes please Ash" I begged as she took the dog out of my hands and place it back in the pin with the other puppies.

"No Gabby we'll come back later" She said with a firm tone I looked back at the dog longingly before I sighed in defeat.

"Fine you promise we can come back later" I asked pouting she nodded

"Yes now lets wash our hands so we can eat" we went to the sink in the back of the store and washed our hands before left and went to the food court.

"Ok which line" she asked looking around at the multiple food choices

"Chipotle" We said at the same time looking at each other she smirked, I grinned and pulled her into the line luckily the line wasn't long and we were the next one's up we both ordered a burrito and of course Ash paid I tried to give the cashier the cash first but Ash pushed me out the way then I pushed her out the way it went like this for awhile until the manager came out an yelled at me telling me to let the nice gentlemen pay for me and something about not a lot of guys pay for things anymore of course Ash grinned and winked at me while I glared back at her she's finding this to funny if you ask me.

"Gabby are you going to eat all of that" She asked I looked down at my burrito I was still working on my first half I looked at Ash and she was almost finished I frowned.

"I don't know probably not I'm already full" I said taking a sip from my soda I wrapped my burrito back up and put it in the bag. I held out my hand to Ash she looked at it confused

"My jawbreaker" I said she nodded and grabbed it out of one of my bags she had that she insisted on carrying I offered to help but she said the only thing I'm allowed to carry was my purse.

"Thank you" I said unwrapping it so here's the thing the jawbreaker doesn't fit in my mouth at all I tried to put it in but I was unsuccessful.

"Gabby you're not Ed, Edd or Eddy you cant fit it in you're mouth so lick it" Ash said I rolled my eyes I know I had to lick I just wanted to see if fi would fit after awhile I gave up on licking it, it was to much effort I wrapped it bag up and handed it to Ash who shook her head and put it back in the bag. (A/N Ed Edd in Eddy is a cartoon from 1999 they always ate oversized jawbreaker google Ed Edd and Eddy jawbreakers if you need reference just in case you don't know what I'm talking about.)

"So I guessing you got tired of licking it" She asked as we stood up

"No it was sticky" I said lying she chuckled at me and smirked

"Want to go to the movies" She asked I nodded I haven't been to the movies since I moved here.

"Good I get to pick" she said I frowned something tells me that I don't think I'm going to like her picking the movie she took my hand and led me through the mall frowning at some of the guys that were looking at me I held in my laughs as she glared at one who looked like he was about to approach me. We finally made it to the movie Ash went and brought the tickets while I stood in the line to get popcorn and a snack.

"I got them" Ash said from behind me

"What are we seeing" I asked she grinned at me mischievously as we went next in line

"It's a surprise can we get a large popcorn yes that's all" She said wait a second I wanted gummy worms I didn't say it since she was paying but I really wanted some though I followed Ash into the darken theatre I grabbed her hand as we climbed the stairs all the way to the back they were the best seats in the back middle we excused ourselves as we made our way to the middle and sat down Ash handed me the popcorn as the movie came on.

"Ash what movie is this" I whispered watching the screen she shushed me and told me just to watch it I groaned internally and watched it was security camera type of view I scrunched up my face confused until the title paranormal activity 3 came on the screen my eyes grew wide as I turned to Ash who I could see grinning at the screen.

"Ash I hate scary movies" I said she looked at me a smirked

"And I hate chick flicks so I picked something neutral now be quiet" She said popping popcorn in her mouth.

"Ash this isn't a neutral movie you idiot" I whispered she turned back to me and put her finger over her mouth.

"Don't worry it isn't scary like everyone says trust me" She said I glared at her and turned back to the scene it was the camera going into one of the closet I looked at Ash

"Gabby calm down they don't show monster at the beginning" I nodded and watched the closet opened and something jumped out I screamed along with half of the females in the theatre.

"Cool" Ash muttered under breath I glared at her trust her right.

~2 hours later~

I swear I was jumping and screaming throughout the whole movie even when Ash lifted the arm rest up and pulled me closer to her I even jumped when my head was buried in her arm and under her jacket she loaned me in the middle of the movie when I was cold. I'm never going to let her pick the movie again I swear I almost pissed myself not to mention I dropped the bucket of popcorn in the movies Ash found it funny but I didn't.

We pulled up to my house iit was pouring down raining and the house was pitch black and my parents car wasn't there either I looked at the time it was exactly one o-clock I groaned and got out the car just what I needed to be in a big dark empty house by myself when I just saw a scary movie looks like I'm not going to get any sleep tonight.

"Hey Gabby you going to okay by yourself" Ash asked concerned she must have came to the same conclusion as I had come to.

"Yea I should be" I said she nodded and waited for me to run to the door I unlocked the door and walked in they could have left a light on for me my dad knows how I feel about coming home in the dark I felt my way to the kitchen the light switch was on the other side I heard something fall followed by a scampering noise and I screamed it just like the movie, I should have left when I had a chance to when I saw the title I walked to the other side of the kitchen and turned on the lights I sighed and turned around only to scream again.

"Gabby what the hell are you screaming for" Ash said I didn't hear her come in I held my chest as my heart beat slowed down.

"You scared me you idiot you don't sneak up on a girl like that and what are you doing here anyway" I said frowning she held up my bags of clothes I got earlier

"You left them in the car" she said raising her eyebrow at me

"Oh thanks" I said taking them from her and setting them on the counter I found a note on the counter saying that they'll be gone till next Friday and Kenzie was at my aunts again. Now im stuck in the house by myself.

"You're parents home" Ash asked I shook my head no.

"Oh well I catch you later" She said

"Yea see you later" I said not wanting her to leave personally that movie scared the poop out of me I was never a fan of horror movies I would be up all night thinking about it.

"What wrong" Ash asked she must have saw my face.

"Nothing" I said and pushed her out my house

"Bye Ash thanks" I said closing the door just as a big boom came causing me to screech again I slid down the door I'm going to kill Ash for letting me see that I felt the door move from behind me and push me out the way.

"C'mon Gabby lets go to bed" Ash said shaking her head stepping in my house she took her wet jacket off and hung it up in the closet she grabbed me off the floor and cut the lights out and dragged me upstairs to my room I didn't protest because I didn't want to stay here by myself tonight. I glared at her as she took off her clothes keeping her beater and boxers I was going to go in my closet but I stopped right outside of it and frowned at the handle I heard Ash sigh and open the closet door and pull out my pajama shirt and shorts.

"Nothings in there Gabby" She said smirking at me I looked at her and stalked off into the bathroom and changed before going back out seeing Ash sitting on the bed waiting for me she had turned out the lights leaving only my bedside light on. I slowly made my way to the bed and she pulled the covers back letting me in first she climbed in after me and turned the lights out. A flash of lighting and loud clap of thunder echoed throughout the room I jumped slightly and tried to hold in my squeak that came out Ash turned to me so she was facing me grinning.

"Scared Gabby" I blushed and glared at her

"This is your entire fault miss don't worry its not scary Gabby" I said mimicking her she chuckled lightly.

"Don't worry I'll be right here so go to sleep" She said I frowned at her as grinned at me.

"I hate you" I mumbled scooting closer to her she wrapped her arm around be pulling me closer the tension from my muscle immediately relaxed at her touch. I moved my head to her collar and started to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

"Night Ash" I mumbled wiggling into her more.

"Hmm night Gabby" She said laughing slightly as she kissed me on my forehead I like being around her, she makes me feel safe at stupid times like this even when she caused it I fell asleep with a smile on my face.

Question for readers costumes ideas for Ash and Gabriel no they don't have to be couple costumes they can be mismatch or contradicting. Like and angel and devil etc...

SOooo sorry it took so long I had a writers block and I've been sick for the last few days and taking my Nyquil didn't help either the stuff knocks you out so I was K.O most of the weekend... Any way what did you think
