Chapter 30

(Ash POV)

Most of the week Gabriel was sleeping because of the medicine, even though she didn’t want to take them anymore I forced her to, yesterday she finished taking the last two she needed to take and I had to make her use the cream or put it on her when she was asleep since she didn’t want to use it.  So now it’s Thursday and she can go to school today because her face and arms have finally turned to the normal color they originally were.

“See aren’t you glad you’re back in school Gabby” I said swinging her arm back in forth as we walked hand in hand down the hallway she frowned at me

“No I’m sleepy” She said I laughed at her

“Well no one told you to stay up last night” I said smirking at her while she blushed I’m glad her face was back to normal I missed seeing he blushing face.

“It wasn’t me it was you” she said I laughed at her

“Well If I remember correctly you started the whole thing,” I said smirking as her face heated up again we had fun last night and not the fun you’re thinking about we played poker but it turned to strip poker and her on top of me making out half of the night, it was fun.

“You suggested it” She mumbled we went into the class and sat down out friends were in the back chatting away as usual.

“Ash Gabriel you two finally came to school it been a week and a half ” Sean said I laughed sitting down.

“Yeah she was sick and she needed someone to watch her,” I said laughing as Gabriel hit me and frowned.

“You act like I’m a little kid” She said

“Well you didn’t want to take you’re medicine so yes you are a little kid it would have taking the full two weeks if I didn’t make you take the medicine” I said she huffed and turned away from me, yes it took way longer than I expected, her swelling came back again in the middle of last week so we had to go back to the doctors for more medicine, I’m never taking her anywhere near plants again.

“Ash what are we doing this year for Christmas, it’s coming soon it’ll be around the corner before you know it” Sean said I glanced over at Gabriel she was having a conversation with Aly and Alex.

“Well like we usually do I guess then we’ll go out of town this year I’m think 2 days and 1 night in Las Vegas and on new years eve we can all fly to New York for the fireworks” I said he nodded his head agreeing.

“Sounds like a plan we can drive to Las Vegas on Tuesday night on the 27th and stay still the 29th and catch a flight at night time or early the next day and then we can stay in New York until 3rd and get a direct flight back here” he said looking at his planner

“That exactly what I was thinking and we can rent 2 trucks and a car since there are nine of us and we can leave them at the rent a place in Las Vegas so we don’t have to worry about bringing them back up here” I said he nodded writing everything down.

“Wait why do we need the car if we have the trucks” He asked so me and Gabby can ride together by ourselves duh.

“The girls have a habit of packing too many things and if someone doesn’t want to ride in the truck or wants to take a break they can drive the car instead” I said he nodded.

“Seems like a solid plan now we can tell the others about it and we should be good” He said I nodded at him.

“Make sure you don’t mention it to Gabby and tell the girls to I want to do it for her as a present” I said he nodded grinning at me I already had everything planned for Christmas I getting her gifts soon and I have to call her dad to see if I can take her out of town later too.

“So you two are together” He asked I chuckled

“No just friends” he shook his head at me I laughed lightly sitting up as a substitute teacher walked in.

“And you didn’t want to come to school today” I said to Gabriel she rolled her eyes going back to the conversation with Aly about some new clothes designer since she was talking and I was going to be bored I raised my hand and asked to go to the bathroom he let me I walked out the door and roamed the hallways only to have some chick latch onto me I pushed her hands off of me.

“Who the hell are you” I asked she did look familiar but I couldn’t tell who she was she had dark brown hair that stopped at her shoulder and dark brown eyes with freckled going over her nose she was okay looking she wasn’t someone I would go after.

“You don’t remember me Ash” She asked pulling me down kissing me I tried to pull back but she had a tight grip in my hair I felt her tongue slide across my lips I think she had a tongue ring also I gave her a push and she let go of me smirking as I wiped off my mouth in disgust.

“Do you remember now,” She asked grinning

“No I don’t leave me alone” I said walking past her

“Ash how can you not remember me we made love 3 years ago and you told me you loved me” She said I stopped and turned to her what the hell I don’t remember this

“Look I’m sorry but I still don’t remember” I said to her I never told any girls that I loved them I may have sex with them but I don’t put false hopes in their heads.

“It’s me Scarlett” she said I looked at her with memories coming back I remember her but I never had sex with her trust me I know who I have sex with.

“I remember you but I never had sex with you Scarlett” I said slowly she frowned at me getting angry.

“Yes you did I don’t forget things like this” She said I laughed at her

“Neither do I, I know who I have or had sex with and you’re not one of them” I said walking away to the bathroom leaving her seething. I shook my head and went in the bathroom ignoring the girls standing by the sink looking over at me giggling and smiling at me I went in the stall and did my business and came back out to wash my hands the girls were still by the sink.

“Hey Ash” the pretty orange hair said I smiled at her and gave her a small hey as I washed my hands before I left out waving goodbye to them the sighed as i walked passed them and out the door. I chuckled as I walked down the hallway three months ago I would have picked one of them and took them somewhere to have sex with them now I just walk away I feel good about it even if I’m frustrated.

“Ash please listen to me,” Scarlett said

“Leave me alone I don’t love you and I never will”

“Is it someone else,” She asked

“Yes now leave me alone”

“But Ash I love you and I know you love me too” She said stepping closer I groaned before I sprinted down the hallway and to the classroom I got in there out of breath I went to the back and sat down Gabriel and Aly were still yapping.

“Dude what were you running for” Alex asked Sean looked at me

“Do any of you remember Scarlett,” I asked Sean and Alex nodded.

“The chick with the freckles and brown hair” Sean asked I nodded

“Yeah her she keeps bothering me so I ran away from her” I said Sean shook his head and Alex laughed.

“Why”

“Apparently we “made love” and I told her that I quote “loved her” I air quoted made love and loved her Alex started laughing again.

“Oh man this is what you get for sleeping around all those years” Alex said

“That’s the problem I never slept with her and she swears me down that we slept together” I said Sean looked at me nodding.

“Yeah I know for a fact you didn’t sleep with her you told me everyone you slept with” He said thank you he even knows I didn’t sleep with her.

“But I may be wrong Ash you might have slept with her” He said I groaned

“How, I know who I slept with hell I even know that I slept with Cynthia and I was drunk as a skunk that night so, I think I would remember her” I said Alex nodded his head.

“Eww Ash you slept with Cynthia” Gabriel asked with her nose scrunched up in disgust I groaned.

“It was a drunken mistake that I will always regret” I said to her she was scrunching up her face I rolled my eyes.

“Stop ease dropping and go back to your conversation” I said she stuck her tongue out at me.

“Anyway I would know” I said Sean nudged Aly.

“Aly do you remember Scarlett” He asked she nodded

“Yeah why” She asked Sean looked at me I shrugged not caring.

“We just wanted know in freshmen year did she ever say that she slept with Ash” He asked

“Yeah she did I remember something about a romantic night went to someplace had sex or made love that’s how she put it and then something about them telling each other that they loved each other” Aly said I groaned

“So basically the female population knows I slept with her but I wasn’t aware that I slept with her” I asked she laughed

“I didn’t believe her anyway you wouldn’t tell someone you loved them unless you meant it and you definitely didn’t say that in our Freshmen Year ” She said I grinned

“Good because she’s back and apparently as she tells me we made love a I told her that I was in love with her which I didn’t because I never slept with her” I’m positive I didn’t sleep with her I wouldn’t sleep with her.

“Well I’m pretty sure you didn’t because she was a virgin and that was you’re motto in 9th grade never sleep with a virgin because they become to attached” Aly said quoting me I groaned she would say that in front of Gabriel.

“That’s not the point Aly, I just need her to stay away from me” I said

“Well did you try talking to her” Aly asked I nodded

“Yeah and she kept telling me the same thing I told her I didn’t sleep with her”

“Are you sure” she started to say I threw my hands up in the air

“Yes I’m sure I know who the hell I sleep with or who I slept with and she wasn’t one of them” I said frustrated Aly looked at me shaking her head at me

“Ah the life of a player this is what happens when you mess around with people Ash” Alex said wagging his finger at me I swatted his hand out of my face I’m not in the mood anymore.

“Excuse me everyone I have an announcement to make I am Scarlett me and Ash have been in love for 4 years Ash was my first for everything and we plan on getting married soon, Ash I love you and I know you love me to, see you at lunch baby I brought you’re favorite” the intercom went off everyone turned to me I groaned and slumped in my seat.

“Okay the girls kind of crazy” Alex said looking at me shocked I wanted to curl up and cry in the corner now.

“You guys have to help me I think that the same girl who attacked me last week” I said Gabriel was looking at me shaking her head.

“Tell her you don’t like her” Aly said

“You don’t think I’ve tried that already,” I wanted to stab something right now.

“Um tell her you have a girlfriend” Sean suggested I groaned again

“That’s not going to work” I said

“Just try it and see if she still hounding you run” Sean said I frowned at him he’s no help I put my head down and turned to Gabriel.

“Gabby you know how girls think help me” I said

“This is what happens when you mess around with people” She frowned at me

“I didn’t mess around with her were you listening to the conversation Gabby” I asked she nodded her head.

“I don’t know what to tell you,” She said shrugging her shoulders I groaned again can my life get anymore complicated the bell rung we all stood up Alex patted my back sympathetically while I glared at him   .

“Hang in there Ash” He said grinning I pushed him out my way and walked out the room with Gabriel everyone in the hallway was staring at me I glared at all of them.

“Ash stop glaring at them just go talk to her and set everything straight” Gabriel said from beside me.

“Fine but if it gets worse I’m blaming you” I mumbled she laughed and took hold of my hand.

“I’m trying to help you,” She said

“I know but still I don’t want to deal with this right now” I said she nodded her  head while I let go of her hand and but my arm around she smiled up at me.

“Hey whatever happens can you promise you won’t get mad at me if she does something stupid” I asked her the girl had a tendency of doing stupid things around me like kissing me.

“Yeah I know you don’t like her so I’m fine with it just fix it soon” She mumbled I smiled down at her and kissed her forehead.

“Thanks Gabs” I said as we enter the classroom again everyone was staring at me surprised before they looked at Gabriel confused I groaned they are going to be like this all day if I don’t fix this.

(Gabriel POV)

It was actually kind of funny watching Ash groan and complain all day whoever this girl is she sure knows how to ruin her day and she wanted to come to school today. I didn’t really have an opinion about the girl who said she slept with Ash I don’t know what Ash was liked in her freshman year so I really couldn’t judge her on this matter, personally I think she needs to fix this fast before something happens which is why me and Ash are walking to the lunch room slowly hell I was dragging her to the lunch room.

“Ash I’m hungry” I said pulling her

“We can leave and go out to eat Gabs please don’t make me go in there” She begged I stop walking and turned to her.

“Ash you have to fix this” I said frowning she wrapped her arms around me pressing her forehead against mines and closing her eyes.

“I know but I’m tired I’ve been running away from her all day I need some peace and quiet” She said I laughed frowning at her.

“You can have that after you talk to her” I said she opened her eyes smirking at me her eyes were different now that I’m looking at them closely they seemed to look like clouds and something else.

“If I do, do I get a reward,” She asked I blushed slightly

“Ash we talked about this already” I said she laughed

“I know but I wasn’t talking about that” She said kissing me lightly on my lips I pushed into her making the kiss longer before I pulled back she frowned at me.

“Fix it and we will finish,” I said with a sly grin on my face she pouted kissing me again before she sighed and pulled back.

“Fine” She mumbled grabbing my hand we walked in the cafeteria ignoring the stares she got it’s been like this all day ever since the morning intercom thing we got our lunch and went back to the table.

“Ash I didn’t know you had a girlfriend and you were getting married ” Jenna said Ash groaned

“I don’t what you heard was a crazy girl who claims that we love each other” She said stabbing her chicken with her fork I shook my head and grabbed her fork out her hand.

“Stabbing it’s not going to work” I said she frowned at me before she groaned again looking over my head I turned around it was a girl with dark brown hair and dark eyes she was smiling at Ash as she walked over here.

“And speak of the devil” Alex said shaking his head

“Just tell her you’re not interested” I said everyone nodded their heads in agreement Samantha was looking at me with her eyebrows raised.

“Ash sweety I was looking for you everywhere here I brought you you’re lunch so you won’t need that” She said happily and took her tray placing a lunch box down in front of her she walked to the trash and threw it away while Ash looked at the lunch box seething Ash doesn’t like people messing with her food.

“Ash calm down” I mumbled grabbing her hand on her lap she frowned while the others laughed as the girl came back grinning.

“So I was wondering if you wanted to come with me after school today and hang my parents want to meet you and they want to plan the wedding for next summer to’

“Stop I stop stop it” Ash said frowning at her she looked at her and smiled

“What’s wrong Ash” She asked putting her hand on her shoulder rubbing her arms up and down I frowned at it as jealousy flared up inside me. Ash pushed her hand of of her and the girl pouted.

“Whats wrong umm let me see one you threw my food away two I told you I didn’t like you and I wasn’t interested in you three you went on the freaking intercom and told the school that we were getting married and that were in love four you’re starting to piss me off and five I didn’t sleep with you six I don’t love you and I never will I think that’s all” She hissed at her the girl frowned at her.

“Is there someone else that I don’t know about” She asked angrly Ash groaned again

“It doesn’t matter if there is someone else I don’t like you nor do I love you so leave me the hell alone and go find someone else look he’s single” She said pointing to Alex who looked at her with wide eyes shaking his from side to side with his hands up.

“No I’m not” He said quickly lying I rolled my eyes at him the girl looked at Ash.

“Well if there’s no one else then I don’t see how we can’t be together” She said running her hands over her arms seductively Ash cringed again.

“There is someone else” She said quickly I laughed at the look on the girls face

“I’m sure she can’t be better than me right” She said placing her hands on her legs Ash twitched with wide eyes.

“She is better and I don’t think she’d like you touching me” She said the girl smirked I heard a faint sound of a zipper coming undone I frowned as another wave came through me I looked at her hand as Ash grabbed it.

“Well she’ll never know because she isn’t here and she’ll be gone once she see’s that you love me” She said the others were looking at them with wide eyes as I glared at her who does she think she is putting her hands all over her.

“I told you I already have a girlfriend and I love her so move you’re hand off of me Scarlett” Ash hissed at her Scarlett looked at her smirking

“Really now then who is it,” She asked looking at her Ash was trying to figure out what to say.

“It’s it’s” She began hesitating looking around

“It’s me” Jenna and Samantha blurted out quickly I looked at them with my eyebrows raised really you guys, Ash groaned quietly I had to stop myself from laughing at them the others looked like they were in the same position.

“I’m not stupid” Scarlet said glaring at them while they laughed sheepishly.

“Actually we are in a relationship I love them both and we all loved each other the same so we are all in a relationship” Ash said smoothly I shook my head as Scarlett glared at Ash.

“I don’t believe you” She said I wouldn’t believe her either Ash sighed and looked at Samantha and Jenna.

“Well we are together and we don’t have to prove anything to you,” She said taking Jenna and Samantha hands lovingly they gave her a fake smile while they stared at each other I coughed slightly trying to hold back my laughs.

“I told you I’m not stupid Ash” She said frowning at her Ash stood up and went on Samantha and Jenna side she mumbled something to them before she kissed Samantha quickly and kissed Jenna quickly I felt a pain in my chest but it quickly went away when I saw them look disgusted with each other. Scarlett gasp

“I will be back Ash and these two won’t be around because I’ll have you soon” She said walking out the cafeteria.

“Ew” Samantha said frowning Ash frowned back at her.

“How do you think I feel these lips weren’t made for you,” She said getting up and walking back to my side.

“Eh it wasn’t that bad, but I will never do it again” Jenna mumbled wiping her mouth Samantha handed her some wet wipes I started laughing hard along with the rest of the table.

“You guys are so stupid” Aly said laughing I agreed with them

“I was just trying to help out I didn’t know Jenna was going to say it to” Samantha said frowning at us Ash groaned.

“Never ever try to help me again,” She said

“If It wasn’t for us her hands would have been down you’re pants” Jenna said Ash grimaced at that.

“Yeah I think I would have rather kissed you two instead,” She mumbled.

“That was too funny” Tyler said still laughing

“Yes I was trying to hold in my laughs the whole time you guys are stupid for that” Matt said chuckling Ash looked at me as if asking was that alright I nodded my head laughing.

“It’s fine,” I said to her she nodded

“You owe me right” she asked I looked at her confused.

“Remember you said if I fixed it we could finish” She smirked at me while I blushed she laughed grabbing my hand.

“I’m taking my payment them” She said standing up taking me with her

“Guys we will be right back” She said smirking they looked at us confused

“Make sure you don’t run into Scarlett” Sean said Ash nodded walking away and out the cafeteria I looked around Scarlett wasn’t anywhere.

“Ash can’t you wait until later” I whined behind her she laughed.

“Nope” she said grinning at me as she pulled me into an empty classroom I looked around this room doesn’t look like its being used at all.

“Ash what room is this,” I asked as she lifted me on the table

“Don’t know it hasn’t been used in years,” she said I turned to her she was grinning at me as she stood in between my legs.

“Now for my payment” She said leaning in I laughed and kissed her she grinned into the kiss making me laugh again as I bit on her lip I parted her lips and explored inside her mouth enjoying the taste of mints her hands were roaming my body occasionally brushing up my skirt but going back down my her other hand went up my shirt I smirked and lifted my hands undoing her collar of her shirt my mouth left hers as I licked her neck before I bit down on it softly while sucking on her skin I want to leave a mark like she always leaves on me I grinned when I heard her let out a moan I sucked and nip at her neck until I was sure it left a mark a noticeable one I kissed it grinning before she pulled me into a skin I heard her grunt when my hand went up her shirt I love the feel of her abs I smiled when she pulled back she was grinning at me with cloudy eyes.

“You have officially driven me mad” She said against my lips making me let out a short laugh.

“Are we finished” I asked she nodded buttoning her collar up again.

“For now we are” She said smirking lifting me off the table and setting me down on the floor I shook my head at her we walked out the room no one was anywhere in the hallway as we went back to the cafeteria.

(Ash POV)

We got back to the cafeteria with out any problems on the way

“You guys really have to stop disappearing on us” Alex said the other nodded agreeing I rolled my yes at them as we sat down.

“Yes we are starting to think that something is going on between you two” Matt said they all looked at us it’s funny because it is true something is going on between us I think Gabriel just stiffened next to me we looked at each other and started laughing.

“Right something going on between us” Gabriel said trying to play it off between laughs ah the art of acting

“The day Ash has a girlfriend is the day the world ends” She said I laughed and high fived her agreeing.

“I’m agreeing with her me and Gabby nope never no offense,” I said looking at her.

“None taking I feel the same way” She said nodding her head smirking

“Yeah plus she has the MP you guys are always talking about he seems like a nice guy” I said nodding my head the girls looked at me excitedly

“You’ve met him” They asked I nodded

“Yeah I can’t have her going out with crazy people that’s where we were when you guys were at my house” I said explaining everything to them

“How come she got to meet him,” Jenna asked she shrugged

“Because she can’t take no for an answer” She said frowning at me I laughed at her knowing what she was talking about.

“I’m persistent so what, if I wasn’t I wouldn’t get what I want” I said rolling my eyes at her she huffed and turned to the other.

“Anyway Ash what’s he like” Jenna asked I laughed and turned to Gabriel who wa.

“Nice guy, I can tell he loves her,” I said smirking at her as she blushed the girls awed at her.

“Awe Gabriel when do we get to meet him” Aly asked Gabriel muttered something under her breath.

“I don’t know, when I figure everything out” she said

“Figure what out, if she sees that he loves you what is there to figure out” Samantha asked grinning at us.

“I don’t know its complicated I guess” She said okay maybe it is kind of complicated.

“We are so having a girls talk when there not around” Amber said  nodding to the boys the girls all agreed to it.

“Yay girl talk whoo hoo” I said with fake excitement they all glared at me.

“Ash you don’t count” They said I held my hand over my heart and gasped.

“Why not I’m a girl,” I said with a shocked faced Gabriel shook her head beside me

“I told you Ash that you don’t count as a girl we had this conversation already” She said I looked down at her smirking.

“Why not, you and I both know that I’m a girl” I said winking at her, her face to a light rose color as she frowned at me I chuckled at her.

“Anyways Ash you aren’t invited you can hang with the guys” Aly said I rolled my eyes

“I didn’t want to hang with you girls anyway” I said they sighed shaking their heads while they stood up and told me to move to the side with the guys I groaned and moved with the guys as the girls talked to Gabriel who was looking at me frantically I laughed slightly and sat next to Sean.

“You’re chick just initiated a girl talk” I said looking at Matt we all turned the girls who were now huddled up squealing and talking while Gabriel was there blushing.

“Yeah but anyway Ash I told them already about the Christmas thing everyone agreed all we have to do is book the flights and hotels” He said I nodded looking at them.

“Ok, so how are the hotels going to work is there going to be two to a room or do you guys want more than two,” I asked

“Well I was staying with Aly, Tristan with Jenna, Matt with Amber, Alex and Tyler can room together, and either you room with Gabriel, you can room by yourself or Gabriel can room with Samantha either way some ones going to end up rooming by themselves” he said I could room by myself and just get a suite.

“Yeah she can stay with Samantha that way I can get the suite instead” I said he nodded

“I’ll book the hotels and Sean you can make sure we have the trucks and car,” I said he nodded we have to book everything early because they were always busy around this year.

“Okay then everyone should be ready right” I asked looking at all them they all nodded.

“That means everyone got the clear from their parents and has gas, cab, food and spending money right” I asked.

“Yeah I’m always covered every year and so is Alex what about you guys” Sean said “Yeah I should be fine” Tyler said nodding his head for some reason I still don’t like the guy.

“Same here” Tristan and Matt said.

“What about the girls” I asked referring to Jenna, Samantha, and Amber

“Yeah they said they would be fine to all we need is Gabriel” Matt said

“I have her covered already, I’m going to talk to her father about it to see if she can come with us” I said glancing over at them they were still yapping there mouths.

“ Are you sure he’s going to let her go” Tyler asked I nodded

“Yeah I’m sure he can’t say no to her plus I already met him he seems to like me” I said he nodded

“And her mother”

“Haven’t met her yet,” I said shrugging my shoulders just as the bell rung I stood up I haven’t thought about her mother I guess I’ll have to meet her sooner or later.

“Alright girl talk is over” I said taking a blushing Gabriel away from them

“So what you guys talk about” I asked she looked up at me with her adorable pink face I never realized how much taller I was to her she barely came up to the middle of my upper arm.

“You basically” She said frowning I laughed at that

“It was good things right” I asked she frowned at me with her cheeks getting darker.

“Sure” she mumbled I shook my head grinning at her as she leaned against me.

“Do you know when you’re dad will be home today” I asked randomly I needed to speak to him about the trip as soon as I could so I could book everything by the end of this week.

“No why” She asked curiously I shrugged

“Nothing just trying to figure out how much alone time I’ll have with you today” I said smirking at her she blushed and shook her head.

“Well you’re not coming over today” She said I groaned

“Why not”

“Because I need some me time I’ve been with you for almost two weeks” She said smiling I pouted at her and stop walking.

“Really Gabby you’re just going to throw me away like that” I asked she laughed and patted my cheeks.

“I’m not throwing you away Ash, I just need some sleep” She said I laughed at her.

“Gabs you can’t sleep without me” I said smirking she rolled her eyes at me

“I have been for 17 years 2 weeks isn’t going to change that” I shook my head at her.

“If you say so just call when you can’t sleep,” I said she pushed me and walked into the gym leaving me behind.

“I walked into the gym after a couple of minutes, I grinned walking up the bleacher looking at frowning Gabriel.

“Oh my god” Aly gasped I looked at her confused as I sat down she was staring at me with a shocked face.

“Um what” I asked she didn’t say anything but sit with her mouth agape I looked at Gabriel and tyler they both had no clue what was going on either.

“Ash” She squealed jumping on me and pulling my collar down grinning at me.

“Who marked you” She asked I looked at her confused

“What” I asked

“Don’t play dumb with me you never let anyone mark you so who gave you this big ass hickey” She asked I frowned and touched my neck Gabriel did this

“No one just a person I know” I said pushing her off of me I turned to Gabriel who was laughing I frowned at her she is going to get later on. Aly knew I hated having marks on me it would mess me up with other people I didn’t mind it though.

“It can’t be just a person you never let anyone near you’re neck you didn’t even let me near you’re neck” she said I shrugged

“It was a accident and she’ll be in trouble for it later on ” I said glancing at Gabriel who stopped laughing at me.

Well at least I know when her father will be home I’ll ring his house tonight and talk to him and since I’m not going over hers today I can go Christmas shopping for her.

(Gabriel POV)

So today lunch was embarrassing the girls have no boundaries on the questions they ask, I’m glad Ash had moved because she would have found the situation a little entertaining. They ask all possible questions from her personality to what she’s like to the big sex question of course my face was red the whole time and they started teasing before they beg me to meet the person, who they already knew. I was so happy when the bell had rung for gym and when Ash swept me away as usual she always comes in handy with situations like these. The day had ended the girl that kept messing with Ash was nowhere to be found after the cafeteria thing which I still found amusing, now I was on my way home Ash kept bugging me about letting her come over but I couldn’t let her come over today both of my parents were home today and I my dad would probably kill her if she did anything inappropriate with me while he was in the house and Ash is always a daring one that the main reason why we always got caught in her house and plus she had to be up to something after the hickey thing in gym. I got out my car and went inside the house locking the door on my way in the house I walked up to the stairs spotting my father in the living room reading a newspaper with his glasses on.

“Hey daddy” I said he looked up at me smiling

“Hey sweety how was your day” He asked a mess I thought

“Good what about you” I asked

“The same made some deals went to some conferences and you know the rest” He said I nodded understanding him.

“Is mom here” I asked

“Yes I believe she’s upstairs with you’re sister” He said I said bye and went upstairs where I heard my little sister screaming something and my mom arguing with her I sighed and walked into my sisters pink room she was running around with a little pink leotard tutu on with her little blonde tight curls flowing behind her, my mom chasing her around the room like a mad women yelling for her to put her ballet shoe on before she ripped her pink stockings.

“Kenzie come here hun” I said she turned to me with her bright eyes and smiled running over to me I picked her up.

“El you’re home” She said hugging me around my neck I laughed at my mom as she sat down tiredly giving me a weary smile.

“Are you giving mommy a hard time” I asked her she shook her head no

“No she was trying to put those shoes on me” She said I nodded and looked at my mom.

“You need help” I asked her

“Yes she needs to go to her ballet practice” She said I walked over to her grabbing the shoes looking at Kenzie who was giving me a toothy smile.

“Now I’m going to take you to you’re ballet class” I said her face lit up as she nodded her head I slipped her shoes on as my mom thanked me before she laid down on the bed probably going to sleep I walked back down stairs and grabbed my keys.

“Dad I’m taking her to ballet” I said stopping in front of the living room entrance he looked up at me.

“Drive carefully” He said I nodded and walked out I strapped Kenzie in her car seat before I drove off to the ballet studio while she was rambling in the back about a talking cucumber I had no clue what she was talking about I just nodded and smiled at her like I was supposed to. We got to the studio quickly I pulled her out the carseat and took her in the studio to her room.

“Hi this is Mackenzie’s room right” I asked the instructor he turned to me nodding I put Kenzie down and she scampered off to some of her friends I think.

“Are you her mother” He asked I laughed

“Oh no I’m her sister my mom couldn’t make it today” I said he nodded her was a nice looking guy but I wouldn’t be able to date a guy in a leotard even though it looks like he has a nice body.

“So that means I can’t use the line about how youthful you look” He asked I laughed nodding my head.

“Being seventeen would defeat that purpose” I said he laughed

“I tried you can wait in the waiting room or you can go home”

“How long does it usually takes” I asked

“Only a half an hour today lessons are cut short due to a missing instructor I have to fill in for too” He said I nodded

“I’ll just wait then” I said he nodded before he told the little girls to line up I left out to the waiting and sat down in one of the lounges with the other parents who were watching some boring channel I sighed this was going to be long.

(Ash POV)

Once school was finished I went straight home and changed into a some swear pants and one of my under armor shirts I still can’t believe she left a hickey on me and it was a nice sized one too. I had found the hotels and booked them along with me and Gabriel’s flights the others had to book there own flights, before I went to use the phone I picked it up and dialed Gabriel’s house phone hopefully her father will pick up. I waited for someone to pick up the phone I didn’t think anyone would but by the 4th ring someone answered.

“Hello” I think this is Gabriel’s father

“Hello Sir this is Ash” I said playing with a piece of sting.

“Oh hello Ash Gabriel isn’t home right now she had to take her sister to ballet you want me to leave her a message” He asked oh good she wasn’t home

“No no I actually wanted to talk to you sir” I said polity

“About” he asked pausing

“Well I was wondering if it was okay if I took her to New York and Las Vegas during our Christmas Break as a present for her” I said I could tell he was contemplating whether or not she could go.

“Is it just you two,” He asked

“No sir it will be nine of us total our friends our coming with us we usually do this every year during Christmas break after Christmas” I said

“Will you two be sharing rooms”

“No sir she’s rooming with her friend Samantha and I’ll be rooming by myself” I said telling him the truth well I think I’ll be rooming by myself there was a long pause on the phone I hope he’d say yes I really wanted her to go but if she couldn’t I would stay here with her.

“Okay she can go” he said yes I grinned into the phone.

“Thank you sir” I said happily jumping up and down like an idiot.

“Do you know how much the tickets and hotel and all the other expenses are going to be” He asked I could hear some scrummaging around in the backgrounds I think he was writing everything down.

“Actually I plan on paying for everything for her sir so you don’t need to give her anything” I said since I planned the trip I would pay for her tickets

“No I can’t let you pay for everything” He said I laughed

“It’s no problem at all sir I had already planned on paying for everything I already booked her room and the round trip flight” I said I heard him chuckled

“So you knew I was going to say yes,” He asked I laughed nervously

“No I got the flights and hotel just in case you said yes the seats and rooms goes fast this time of year” I said he laughed at me.

“Well I still can’t let you pay for everything” He said I sighed

“Okay you can give her spending money I guess” I said knowing I wasn’t going to let her use any of it well not when I’m around.

“Sounds like a plan even though I prefer to pay for the tickets” He said I laughed there was no way I was letting him pay for the tickets.

“It’s her present for Christmas sir you can’t pay for a present I’m giving her” I said laughing he laughed too.

“Okay well I think Gabriel will be excited to hear this” He said my eyes got wide

“Can you not tell her sir I want it to be a surprise she doesn’t know anything yet I was going to tell her on Christmas” I said

“Okay that’s fine with me I won’t say anything” He said

“Thank you for letting me do this sir it was nice speaking to you again” I said

“It’s no problem she always wanted to go to new york so I’m glad she gets to go and it was nice speaking with you again too I’ll talk to you later” He said I said my good bye I hung up smiling yes now all I had to do was get her gifts and I’ll be done I stood up and put my shoes on before I grabbed my keys and walked out the door I need to go to the mall. I got in my car and drove to the little mall close by if I couldn’t fine anything in here I’ll go to the bigger one this weekend or something.

I pulled into the mall lot about 20 minutes later I got out and went into the mall thinking what would Gabriel like the most I sighed walking into a department store I went over to the perfume section and looked around not finding anything she isn’t a perfume kind of girl I never seen her put perfume on before I think she only used scented soap, shampoo and lotion. I groaned this is going to be harder than I thought I left the store and went into a clothing store this time, I walked to the junior girls section and went through the racks looking at various clothes I pulled up some jeans and shirts looking at the side ways I sighed I really don’t know how to shop for a girl I don’ even know what size she wears, I stood there thinking when an idea popped into my mind I grinned and walked to a different section.

(Gabriel POV)

“Ice cream, ice cream going to get some ice cream” My sister sung in the backseat I rolled my eyes at her as I park the car in front of the mall I agreed to let her get some ice cream if she behaved and she did, so, now we were at the mall. I got out the car and unstrapped her taking her out the car she grabbed onto my hand as she skipped to the mall I sighed kids.

“El can we get chocolate ice cream” She asked with big eyes I nodded and smiled at her for some reason she’s been calling me El I have no clue where she got that from either.

“Really can we get sprinkles too” She asked pulling me through the mall to the food court how she knows where the food court is I don’t know we made it to the ice place and I picked her up so she could see what ice cream she wanted.

“I want that one with sprinkles,” She said to the lady over the counter pointing to the lady smiled at her.

“Waffle cup or cone or regular cup” She asked me I looked at Kenzie

“Kenzie what do want a waffle cup or cone” I asked her she looked at me frowning.

“What’s a waffle cup” she asked the lady laughed and showed her a chocolate covered waffle cup her eyes lit up at it.

“Yes yes I want that one” She said nodding her head vigorously and pointing to it I sighed at her.

“Yea I take the same but strawberry ice cream instead and a regular cup” I said she nodded still smiling at Kenzie who was bouncing in my arms excitedly.

“Kenzie you have to stop bouncing or you’ll fall” I said she nodded head eager to get the ice cream she was looking around again when her eyes lit up she had a huge grin on her face before she looked me grinning with her little dimples I looked at her confused before I felt someone arms wrap around me I already knew it was Ash.

“Hey Ash” I said looking up at her she grinned at me

“Hey what are you doing here” She asked

“We came to get Ice Cream because I was being good” Kenzie said grinning at her Ash gave her a big smile.

“Well congratulation I guess you do have to celebrate that don’t you” She said laughing as Kenzie nodded her head up and down squirming to get out of my arm Ash laughed again taking her from me.

“You look like a little ballerina today” She said poking her in her stomach she giggled

“Because I am I had ballet classes today they taught me how to spin around and around, around” She said moving her head around over and over again I laughed at her while Ash just grinned at her the lady handed us our ice cream and rung us up.

“I’ve got it” Ash said handing her the money the lady smiled at all of us as I frowned at Ash who was grinning at me.

“I told you you’re not paying for anything if I’m around” She said kissing me on my cheek I could feel my cheeks grow warm.

“Awe you guys are like the most adorable little family” the lady said me and Ash looked at her I blushed again.

“No we aren’t a family this is her little sister” Ash said laughing while Kenzie nodded her head agreeing.

“Yes but we can play family then we’ll be like a real family right Ash ” Kenzie asked Ash nodded her head.

“Then El can be the mommy and you can be the daddy and I can be the baby” She said happily I shook my head at her where does she come up with these things.

“Sure but first lets get you’re ice cream” She said giving her a soft smile Kenzie nodded as the lady handed her the ice cream I hope she doesn’t spill it on Ash I took my ice cream and thanked the lady who was still smiling at all of us.

“Ash what are you doing here anyway” I asked her she usually doesn’t go to the mall

“Shopping for Christmas presents” She said as we walked through the mall I looked down at her hand I just realized she had a bag with a big wrapped box inside of it.

“Wait what’s today date” I asked Christmas can’t be coming that soon.

“The 10th” she said looking at Kenzie in her arms as she ate her ice cream I sighed I still had time to shop for her present oh man it’s going to take me forever to shop for her I don’t know what she likes.

“Kenz’s don’t spill it on me” I heard Ash say I looked at her she was looking at Kenzie who’s face was covered in chocolate ice cream I laughed realizing that Ash had on a nice white shirt which looked really nice on her, for some reason I love seeing her spandex shirts especially this one it was the muscle kind yummy and she had on some black sweat pants that also looked nice on her digging into my purse I pulled out some wet ones and wiped her mouth and hands off she had finished the ice cream and the cup.

“Can I walk” She asked Ash nodded putting her down she took hold of her hand as we walked through the mall.

“Guess what Gabby I still get to have that me and you time” She said I rolled my eyes at her.

“That’s because you’re stalking me” I said she laughed

“Why would I stalk you when you come to me willingly” She said I groaned at her as we walked past stores.

“Ash can I go in that store” Kenzie asked pointing to build a bear workshop I groaned I hated going in there with her she always wanted something.

“Sure if you sister is ok with it” Ash said they both looked at me

“No” I said Kenzie pouted along with Ash I groaned

“Fine lets go” I said they both slapped each others hands before we walked in the store the scheming little brats I rolled my eyes at them as Kenzie ran off once Ash said something to her.

“What you doing after this” She asked as we sat down on the bench in the store

“Home I’m wiped out she’s way to hype” I said leaning back on the bench and putting my head on her shoulder she chuckled looking at Kenzie who was talking to a worker god what is she up to now.

“ She’s not that bad I know children who will drive people crazy” she said grinning at me I guess she’s right kenzie isn’t that bad as long as she is listening to what you’re saying but she still is hype.

I guess so” I mumbled to her she chuckled again.

“She reminds me of you just a mini version of you,” She said smirking when I frowned at her.

“No she doesn’t we just look alike” I said protesting she shook her head

“No you guys act alike remember when you had that sugar rush like 2 months ago” she said I frowned at her again.

“That was because I had to much sweets that day” I said she laughed at me

“There were other days to like when we went in the candy shop or when you jumped me in the kitchen or when” I held my hand up stopping her

“Okay, Okay I get it” I mumbled just as Kenzie ran over to us with a teddy bear dressed in a pink leotard tutu like the one she had on complete with the ballet shoes and the pink ribbon on its head.

“Look what I made El” She said excitedly I groaned this is why I don’t bring her in here I didn’t tell her she could buy anything now I have to buy it.

“It looks nice come on lets go pay for it now” Ash said getting up smiling as Kenzie latched onto her hand.

“Ash no I’ll buy it she shouldn’t have made it with out my permission” I said looking directly at Kenzie.

“Ash said I could make one,” She pouted I looked at Ash frowning she looked at me s scratching the back of her head.

“You caught me red handed I couldn’t deny her a teddy bear” She said grinning at me sheepishly I shook my head smiling at her she’s way to kind she’d make a good parent one day, we walked up to the register where Kenzie was waiting impatiently.

“Hurry up you guys” She whined bouncing up and down Ash laughed and picked her up. Kenzie handed the worker her bear she rung her up and put the bear in the box and Ash paid for it the freaking bear was 50 dollars no wonder I never let her come in here.

“Now what do you say” I said to kenzie she looked up at Ash.

“Thank you Ash” She said hugging her she laughed.

“Anything for a little cutie” She said to her Kenzie cheeks turned pink oh god she’s reeling in my family with her charms also, Ash looked at me grinning I took Kenzie out of her arms and put her on the floor she grabbed onto my hand as Ash grabbed the box with her bear in it.

“I have to say Gabby you’re little sister as a fine taste in women,” She said laughing as I frowned at her.

“Shut up Ash she probably thinks you’re a guy you’re confusing my innocent little sister” I said she laughed again picking Kenzie up who was complaining about walking she put her on her hip and grabbed my hand with her free one.

“She still has a wonderful taste it must be a Smith thing” She said winking at me I blushed at her she smirked chuckling at me as she wrapped her arm around my waist.

(Ash POV)

“Do you need to go shopping for anything else” I asked Gabriel she shook her head looking into the windows as we past the store we’ve been here for a little over an hour Kenzie was sleeping while I carried her through the mall I had finished my shopping for Gabriel here I just needed to get one more thing for her and I would be done, Gabriel also had a few bags in her hand I think she was Christmas shopping also.

“I don’t think I need to I’ll finish the rest later I’m just going to take her home so she can go to bed” She said looking at her sister who was knocked out sleeping peacefully.

“Well then since I’m finished too I’ll help you take her to the car” I said I only had two bags in my hand since I was carrying Kenzie through the mall the whole time.

“So how would you like to be honored and go on another date with me tomorrow since its Friday ” I asked smirking at her she blushed a light pink color.

“We can’t” She said I raised by eyebrow confused.

“And why not” I asked she shook her head

“Because you have a game tomorrow if I’m correct it’s the game that gets you guys into the championships and UCLA recruiter for you is going to be there you can’t miss this game” She said I laughed shaking my head while we got on the escalator riding it down

“Wow I totally forgot about the game and the scouts” I said she shook her at me.

“You really need to pay attention when the coach is speaking” she said we both walked back to the mall entrance hand in hand.

“I don’t need to pay attention when I have you” I said grinning down at her she laughed at me.

“Then what are you going to do when you don’t have me” She asked playfully and I opened the door for I frowned at her as I walked behind her.

“I never really thought about that” I said she smiled like I was an idiot.

“It’s time to start thinking, what are you going to without me” She said teasingly again I sighed dramatically as we walked across the parking lot to her car.

“I don’t know Gabs the world would probably end if I didn’t have you, who would rub my feet when they need rubbing and who would scratch my back and massage my shoulders after a big game I just don’t know what I would do with out you but then again I could probably find some to replace you like that” I said snapping my fingers as she frowned at me I laughed as we reached her car I put Kenzie in her car seat and turned to Gabriel who was still frowning at me.

“No worries Gabs you’re not easy to replace in fact I wouldn’t be able to replace you” I said kissing her lightly on the lips while she blushed at me I pulled back and opened her door for her grinning at her.

“Now go home and I will get a date with you soon” I said she laughed and nodded her getting in the car when do I not have a game if Friday is the last playoff game then the championships if we win will be the week after and we’ll be out of town.

“Gabs when is the champions” I asked she looked in her phone.

“Um the week before Christmas break it’s the 17thand the 18th I believe we are going to fly to Seattle we leave about 12 on the 17th then we get the hotel rest and go to the game at 7pm then we leave early the next day I think that what the coach is trying to plan” she said I nodded well if we make it into the champions we are going to be practicing like crazy until its time for us to go.

“How about after the game can we go out” I asked she laughed as I leaned into the car so that I could see her while I talked.

“No Ash if we win the coach is celebrating” She said I rolled my eyes.

“Okay then if we loose can we go” I asked she shook her head.

“You better not loose the game just to go on a date with me” She said frowning I smiled

“Darn there goes my plan,” I said grinning

“How about brunch on Sunday” I said she nodded smiling.

“Then it’s a date,” I said kissing her again before I leaned out her car and closed her door waving at her as she drove off I grinned to myself as I walked to my car brunch on Sunday with Gabriel where can we go for brunch put all the bags I had for her in my car I already got them pre wrapped since I sucked at wrapping presents now all I have to do is get the tickets for her and a small box to put them in.

I started my car and drove home answering my cell phone.

“hello” I said into the phone

“Ash honey I was wondering if you can come over for dinner Sunday my parents want to meet you” the car swerved as I looked at the phone frowning how the hell did she get my number.

“Scarlett I told you already there is no us and we aren’t getting married at all so stop stalking me” I said throwing my phone out the window I groaned did I really just throw my phone out the window dad is going to kill me for that he just brought it for me I turned my car around and went back for it only to see another car roll over it.

“No” I hit my head on the steering wheel before I headed to the nearest phone store for a replacement.

(Gabriel POV)

I got home and carried a sleeping Kenzie in the house my dad was still in the same place I left him in. he looked up at me smiling

“I see she had fun” He said looking at the box in my hand raising his eyebrow.

“Yeah I told we could get some Ice cream at the mall and when we got there we saw Ash, she went kind of crazy and Ash brought her this stupid teddy bear” I said holding up the box her laughed at me.

“He seems like decent kid Gabriel I actually like this one compared to that knuckle head you were dating before” He said frowning I laughed if only he knew that she was a girl.

“Mike wasn’t that bad” I said he shook his head.

“No he was an idiot I’m so glad we moved you away from him” I laughed at him Mike wasn’t that bad honestly he was a little slow sometimes I haven’t talked to him since we left and I don’t think we broke up either, well I can always call Mia my close friend who I still talk to, to ask if he moved on.

“I’m taking her to bed then I’m hitting the sack” I said he nodded

“Goodnight” he said

“Night dad” I walked up the stair to Kenzie room thankfully my mom wasn’t in there sleeping like she was when we left I took Kenzie tutu off of her and her ballet slipper off before I tucked her in. I went to my room and flopped down on the bed grumbling I was so tired I sighed before I stood back up to take a quick shower, once I was finished I changed into my PJ’s and went to bed I closed my eyes hoping sleep would over take me. I started tossing around trying to get confortable I groaned I can’t go to sleep I’m so tired though. I looked at the clock 2 hours had past it was now 10 oclock I looked at my ceiling trying to count sheep in my head before I gave up and called Ash some reason it went straight to her voice mail I groaned again now what am I supposed to do I really wanted to go to sleep. I closed my eyes again and pulled the covers over my head I don’t know how long I was like that before I peeked out my covers again looking at the red digits glowing in front of me it was now 12 I groaned again and screamed into my pillow frustrated before my phone started vibrating I looked at it I didn’t know this number.

“Hello” I answered cautiously I heard a chuckle

“Hey Gabs just wondering if you were still up” she said I sighed

“Yeah I can’t go to sleep Ash, what do you need” I said wondering what she was doing up.

“I called to give you my new number and to tell you to open up you’re window” She said I looked at the phone confused and went to open my window I looked out of it and saw Ash sitting in the tree casually grinning at me she had a small bag with her.

“What are you doing here my dad will kill you if he sees you” I whispered frowning and looking for her truck which I didn’t see anywhere.

“No worries I parked like a block away from here now move so I can get in” She said I sighed and let her in once she was through the window she closed it and locked it.

“Why are you here” I asked quietly locking my room door she chuckled while taking off her shirt and pants.

“Well I couldn’t sleep and you obliviously can’t sleep so we both will go to sleep together” She said getting into my bed patting the space beside her I frowned.

“Ash I don’t think you’re the reason I can’t go to sleep” I said she laughed.

“Then lets test my theory, now get you’re ass in the bed” She said I sighed and got in the bed with her grinning at me I slowly slid in while she threw the cover over us.

“Ash what happened to you’re phone” I asked laying my head on her chest I felt her body rumble as she let out a chuckle.

“My stalker called and I kind of threw it out the window while I was driving and a car ran over it” She said stupidly I lifted my head up at her while she gave me one of her dumb smiles I laughed at her.

“You’re such an idiot sometimes” I mumbled to her yawning she laughed

“I know but go to sleep we have a long day tomorrow manager” She said kissing my forehead I nodded and moved against her she shifted to her side like I was and wrapped her arms around me while I snuggled into her comfortably.

“Night Ash” I said she mumbled something incoherently while I fell asleep I guess this means her theory was right.
