When he saw the namelist, he had thought that Young Master Ye referred to Ye You, so he simply signed it without much doubt.

His hand froze. He looked down silently and looked at the audience. “From today onwards, Ms. Gu Mang will be the Head of the Council of Jijing Island.”

Gu Mang spoke in an indifferent voice, “I am Gu Mang, the new Head of the Council of Jijing Island.”

The girl spoke steadily. Her eyes were dark and there was a discernible sharpness in her gaze, bringing about a fearful sense of oppression.

It was as if everyone had to bow before her.

Huo Zhi looked at her side profile. He could not really believe that this was happening.
