Lu Qing perked up, a flame of interest flickering in his eyes. He put down his cup and turned to the man. “It’s her, right? Where is she, where did you see her?”

“She’s in Room 401. I saw her go inside myself.”

“Oh?” An evil grin appeared on Lu Qing’s face as he slowly smoothed out his shirt. “Go and invite Miss Yao over. I want to have a nice, long chat with her.”

Then, he finally raised his foot. He retrieved his wallet and threw a small stack of money at Xu Xuan.

“Get lost while I’m still in a good mood,” he barked disgustedly.

Xu Xuan grabbed the cash and scrambled to her feet. She wasted no time pushing her cart out of the wretched private room.
