Chapter 19

19 | welcome home

here we are, again | billie eilish

"baby, are you ready?" billie asked me as she walked into my apartment in new york.

it's been some time later and tour is over. so, since billie isn't busy at the time, she's been back and forth from LA to NY staying with me while im still modeling with the angels.

but right now we're getting ready to fly to hawaii to celebrate our wedding anniversary. we thought it'd be super sweet to celebrate where we got married, and we definitely wanted to take this chance considering i rarely get breaks/ vacation time during modeling with big deal companies like this.

"yeah babe," i said as i rolled my suitcase out. "ready."

-

we arrived in hawaii, excited for our time with just us two. no work. no managers. just us.

we made it to my home and set our stuff down. i sighed with a smile as i walked around my kitchen. "wow i thought after being here for so long when i was sick, i wouldn't miss it as much."

"i've missed it here too," billie said. "not gonna lie."

"you know what i've missed the most about this place?" i looked at b.

"what?" she asked me.

"the sex we'd have."

billie rose her eyebrows before laughing. "that's not what i was expecting," she said as she leaned back on the counter, texting on her phone.

i laughed too. "but you know exactly why i said that though."

"yeah because i fucked you on the balcony that one time," she chuckled as she ran her fingers through her hair.

"that was a great day," i grinned as i got flashbacks.

"your nasty ass just likes being bent over," she bit her lip.

"true," i shrugged. "you should do it again."

billie paused while still looking down at her phone, then glanced up at me through her eyelashes.

-

"fuck!" i moaned loudly as billie had me bent over the balcony, fucking me.

the balcony is pretty big, might i add. so technically it's really a terrace. but it sounds better to be fucked over a balcony.

"baby," i whimpered.

"mm- mm," she shook her head. "take it."

i gripped the ledge tightly as she went harder and harder.

"b- billie-"

"this what you wanted huh?" she asked, still railing me.

i squeezed my eyes shut as i continued to whimper.

"huh?" she asked again.

"yes baby," i moaned. "yes."

"then fucking take it," she said in a deeper tone. "you hear me?"

"yes baby i do," i moaned.

"good," billie told me. "now be a good girl for me, okay?"

"okay ba-" i moaned.

then she really started pounding my shit deeper and deeper, causing my mouth to fully drop open. at this point, i was making sounds i didn't even know i could.

groaning, moaning, whimpering, screaming, you name it.

"billie!" i screamed.

"i know," she said. "i know."

she then slowed down a bit.

"cum for me lani," she said softly. "let it out baby."

and that's exactly what i did.

-

"where are we going?" i asked billie as she led me to my jeep where she opened the passenger door for me to get in.

"hush my child," she said as she got in on the drivers side. "just be patient."

i playfully rolled my eyes as she began to drive.

we soon arrived to a very familiar scene and i got super excited.

"oh my god!" i exclaimed in excitement.

we had arrived to a luau. if you don't know, a luau is a hawaiian feast featuring lively music and vibrant cultural performances from hawaii. they're so much fun and so cool to experience if you're not from here.

i brought billie to one a couple years ago when i was sick and she had moved out here with me. it was super fun to experience with her.

"billie!" i squealed in excitement.

she giggled. "cmon, so i can show you up in hula dancing."

my mouth dropped in laughter. "girl you wish."

we sat down at a table and was served food.

"mahalo," billie and i told the server.

translation: "thank you."

i ended up eating some of my favorites like haupia and kalua pig, which are also more of the popular hawaiian foods.

billie had poi and a poke bowl, of course having the plant based meals.

while we were eating, the pro hula dancers were calling out for people to come on stage and attempt to learn a dance.

"still gonna show me up?" i rose my eyebrows at billie.

suddenly, miss thang got shy.

"that's what i thought," i tilted my head.

"oh cmon," she said to me. "if i do that shit wrong, someone is gonna post it and the whole world's gonna clown the hell outta me."

"girl fuck them people," i furrowed my eyebrows. "cmon," i grabbed her hand and led her to the stage.

the crowd started cheering as we walked on the stage and the pro dancers put leis around our necks.

"good to see you again leilani," one man/ dancer said.

"you too," i hugged him.

i grew up dancing at events like this for tourists so the community is very familiar with me.

"im gonna teach my wife here," i told them.

the dancers backed up and let billie and i have the floor.

"come here baby," i grabbed billie's hands. "face me and follow my lead."

i started hula dancing slowly, so that billie could catch on. but it honestly did not take her long at all before she was doing a full dance with me, having the audience in awe.

it was the cutest thing ever, just watching her dance and smile and be in the moment.

i love her so much.

i'd marry her every day if i could.

we were leaving the event and i was in such a good mood. "thanks so much for that babe," i told b. "we haven't been in so long."

"of course baby," she said, still driving. "why do you think i wanted to come back so badly? no better place to celebrate your wedding than where you actually got married. well, at least when it's in hawaii."

i smiled. "well just wait til you see what i have planned for tomorrow."

"does it involve going back to the tiki bar?" she chuckled. "im itching for a sunrise sunset."

i looked at her. "whatever you want, my love."

today, lani and i swam with sea animals in the ocean. we had so much fun, even though i got scared every time i saw a jellyfish.

hey, i don't wanna get stung. don't judge me.

lani kept her promise of getting me a sunrise sunset so we headed to the beach where that specific tiki bar is.

as we approached the bar, i immediately sat down. "i wonder if riley's at work."

"when am i not?" riley asked as she came out of nowhere.

"hi honey!" lani smiled to her.

"hello my two favorite homos!" she smiled. "how's the angels?" she looked at lani. "and how was tour?" she looked at me.

"great," we both chuckled.

"cool," rhy started. "so do you guys need a menu or should i just-"

"yup," lani nodded.

"k great be right back," she chuckled, shaking her head.

some time went by and suddenly, riley was setting down two sunrise sunsets in front of us, along with the same food choice we usually get when we come here.

"you know us so well," i grinned.

"at this point if i don't, it'd be concerning," rhy playfully rolled her eyes before walking off.

lani and i sat at the tiki bar, eating and enjoying our time together.

"i can't believe we met right here," i said. "at this literal bar."

"i wonder what life would be like if i hadn't sparked that conversation with you guys," lani said.

"i mean," i started. "we really owe it to drew for mistaking you as a worker and asking you to take our order."

"true," she nodded. "but i could've given you guys the smoothie and left. but i don't know, i just wanted to stay and talk for some reason."

"cause you were gay and didn't know it," i mumbled.

"shush," she pushed my shoulder with a laugh. "cut me some slack."

"no lani cause i hinted to you in every way possible that i liked you," i laughed. "most times were accidental though."

"even margie knew before me," she shook her head with a chuckle.

"she was rooting so hard for me too," i continued to laugh.

"do you ever think about the night you actually told me you liked me?" she looked at me.

"why do you ask?" i looked at her.

"because sometimes i feel really shitty that it took you crying and sliding down my wall for me to see that you had feelings for me," lani explained. "and on top of that, i still told you no."

"baby you didn't understand your own feelings at the time," i shrugged. "i rather you be honest with me than to have said you liked me too, and not actually mean it."

"i guess you're right," she said lowly.

"oh stop," i put my arm around her shoulder. "we've been together for 5 years and married for 3 now," i kissed her cheek. "you're forgiven for all your obliviousness from the past."

"fuck off," she laughed.

after awhile, we were just about done eating when we suddenly heard a group of people coming down the beach.

we both turned around to look.

"oh it's just some surfers," lani shrugged before turning back around and sipping her smoothie.

"oh," i said as i continued to squint to look. then my eyes shot wide as i noticed a familiar face headed towards the bar where we were.

"hey um," i quickly turned to lani. "can you go get my wallet out the car?" i asked her.

she tilted her head. "b, you know riley never chargers us here," she whispered.

"well i wanna tip her," i shrugged.

"well can't you just zelle-"

"go get my wallet lani," i lowkey snapped, but not in a mean aggressive way.

"okay okay," she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion as she got up from her seat. she grabbed the keys from my hand and walked away, looking back at me with a playful stank face every couple seconds because of my behavior.

that'll buy some time...

because my wallet's in my pocket ;)

i sighed and leaned forward on my elbows, having my face sit in my hands.

soon, i heard a voice. "hey wassup riley, lemme get a uh kiwi mango smoothie," jacob said as he sat right next to me.

i was shielding my face with one of my hands so he couldn't notice me.

riley brought him his smoothie and he handed her a $10. "just keep the change."

she grinned at him and then looked at me, slightly chuckling knowing that i was hiding.

"yeah you have to do a better job than that eilish," jacob said to me.

i rolled my eyes and moved my hand, now turning my body towards him.

"i mean cmon," he started. "the top of your head is red, im starting to think you wanted me to notice you."

"you should really leave me alone," i suggested.

he rolled his eyes. "im just fucking around. we not cool?"

i squinted. "you got jokes huh?"

"something like that," he chuckled. "anyway, why are you here?"

"i live here," i tilted my head.

"yeah but," he rolled his eyes. "i thought you were on tour or some shit."

"it's over," i shrugged.

"well where's lan-"

"don't mention her," i cut him off.

he smacked his lips. "oh here we go."

don't billie, don't.

i just ignored him and continued to sip my drink.

"what's the issue now?" he caught an attitude.

"no issue," i shook my head, trying to hold back.

"great," he smirked. "then we're good here-"

"don't. you. ever," i got in his face. "show up at our house, knowing im not there."

"i don't give a fuck," i continued.

"and don't ever ask to stay there."

"i don't give a damn about you being drunk, you could crash for all i care."

"and don't you ever, and i mean EVER, say another word to lani."

"whether it's about me or her or you guys' past. if you step within 20 feet of her, you'll have to see me."

he just sat there shocked. he had no idea i knew, because at the time when it happened, lani told him that she wouldn't mention it to me.

"oh," i said as i got up from my seat and grabbed my bag. "she spared you last time when she put that knife to your face. i won't though."

his eyes got even wider.

i smiled and winked at him before turning and walking away.

i made it back to the jeep and poor lani was still searching for my wallet.

"babe i've looked everywhere," she shook her head. "you think it's probably at the house?"

"damn probably," i nodded. "sorry baby, cmon let's go. you wanna nap?"

"oh my god yes," she sighed as she reclined her seat. "im so tired."
