44 A New Manager

Lu Zhao and Luo Ying’s residence was not very close to the Luo family’s house. It would take about half an hour to drive, and they would have to pass by a highway.

Lu Zhao reached out and touched the top of Luo Ying’s head. “Cancel your contract with Lin Su. You don’t have to be an artiste anymore. I can support you.”

“Then I’ll open an acting agency for you, and you can terminate your contract with your current company,” Lu Zhao said.

“Madam Xia, let me introduce you to my new manager, Chi Tong.”

The boy looked at Xia Lan and nodded.

She had specifically come to Luo Ying for these projects, but Xia Lan didn’t want Luo Ying to become famous through these projects, so she had suppressed the projects and prepared to give them to Su Ran.

“I just thought that Luo Ying wasn’t very suitable…” Xia Lan’s voice wavered.

It was a taboo for managers to turn down an artiste’s project without permission and keep it in their hands.
