Chapter 673 The Chloe Who Was Killed in the Fire
Jojo and Coco’s Unexpected Love
Over the years, Joseph firmly believed that Chloe was still alive. He never gave up on his
investigation into Chloe and the fire incident, but Lucas was unsure of the results of the
investigation.
There was one thing. Joseph had discovered Xavia in the surveillance footage of that incident,
which added further cracks to their already strained relationship.
"Yes, it was her," Jasper replied resolutely.
Lucas, without a second thought, turned around and knocked on the door of the meeting room.

By the time Joseph reached the hospital, Chloe had already left. Not bothered to search for her, he
went straight to the surveillance room. After adjusting the timeline on the computer, a woman
appeared on the screen. His gaze glued to her as a wave of emotion overwhelmed him.
In the video, Chloe sported a short hairdo and a pencil dress. The sleek leather jacket over her
shoulders accentuated her exquisite and alluring figure. She exuded a blend of charm and elegance
that captivated those around her, and her makeup-free skin was smooth and fair like that of a young
woman.
Lucas' jaw dropped as he exclaimed, "Ms. Chloe is really alive!â
Then who was the person that had died in the operating room that night?
"Check all the recent international flights," Joseph commanded in a deep voice.
"Okay, sir," Lucas quickly responded, "By the way, will you be attending the Walker party tonight?â
"Yes," Joseph answered promptly, but his gaze remained fixed on the image of Chloe in the
surveillance footage.
Noah had rejected Natalie a few years ago, causing the potential marriage alliance between the
Sullivans and the Walkers to fall through. The Sullivans were regretful over what happened, and
after Chloe's supposed death, Exotic Star appointed Natalie as their new ambassador. Both families
were reasonable, and even though Noah and Natalie did not marry in the end, it did not affect the
relationship between the two families. Noah would surely accompany Desmond to the party tonight,
and if Chloe had returned, Joseph had a feeling that she would also be in attendance.
As Lucas adjusted Josephâs afternoon schedule, the latter went to visit Harold. A passing nurse
muttered, "Why are they coming in groups? Do they have a schedule or something?"
Joseph gazed at the elderly man lying on the bed, his gaze filled with a myriad of emotions. "Looks
like youâre more important to Chloe than me."
Before Joseph left, Harold's attending doctor approached him and said, "The patient's condition is
improving and thereâs a good chance heâll wake up soon. Itâd be best for family members to visit him
regularly."
"Okay, doctor."

At 7 in the evening, the Royal Hotel was filled with people from all walks of life. They had come to
extend their blessings to the Walker family. The union between the princess of the royal family and
the eldest son of the Walkers, Quentin Walker, had greatly boosted the Walker familyâs prestige.
This caused the guests to shower the Walkers with a constant stream of flattery and compliments.
Chloe and Noah walked arm-in-arm, presenting themselves as the representatives of the Sullivan
family in congratulating the Walkers on this joyous occasion. As they ascended the stairs, Noah
gently lifted Chloe's dress out of her way to avoid her from tripping.
Tonight was Noahâs first public appearance since returning to the country. His presence quickly
caught the attention of many, but people's focus soon shifted to the woman walking next to him. She
wore a red custom-made gown that accentuated her alluring figure. Her shoulder-length hair framed
her delicate collarbones and her face was truly mesmerizing, radiating a beauty that was beyond
comparison.
Everyone wondered when such a beautiful woman had emerged in Docwood. All the make male
guests were utterly captivated, exchanging whispers about the identity of the mysterious woman.
Suddenly, someone in the crowd recognized her and exclaimed, "Thatâs Chloe Johnson! The
woman who was killed in that hospital fire five years ago!"
