Chapter 18

After hearing Lin Suiyan’s words, Su Yuli’s face sank. He grit his teeth, thinking who wants to take care of you? I would be happy to go back to class. This ungrateful guy!

After waiting for a while, seeing that Su Yuli didn’t speak, Lin Suiyan said, “Xiao Jin, what’s wrong?”

Su Yuli put the snack box in Lin Suiyan’s arms, got up and said with a cold face, “Don’t wait for tomorrow, I’ll go back to school in the afternoon.”

Aunt Xu brought freshly squeezed juice over. Before she got closer, she saw that Su Yuli had gone to the second floor and disappeared in an instant. Immediately afterwards, they heard a “bang” sound of the door being violently slammed.

Aunt Xu wondered: “What’s wrong with Xiao Jin? He was fine just now, so why is he angry?”

Su Yuli likes Aunt Xu’s craftsmanship and personality, and he’s a sweet talker, so Aunt Xu doesn’t have to call him young master, just call him by name. Aunt Xu couldn’t argue with him, so she called him that.

A helpless smile flashed in Lin Suiyan’s eyes, and he said, “It’s okay, the child’s temper will be fine in a while.” He picked up a glass of juice, took a sip, and said to Aunt Xu, “Send that glass to him.”

Aunt Xu was determined to reconcile them, and said, “Sir, why don’t you bring this juice to Xiao Jin.”

Lin Suiyan put the empty glass in his hand on the table, got up and said: ” No, I still have some documents to deal with. You can go.”

Su Yuli entered the room and thumped the pillow pretending it was Lin Suiyan.

With a “click”, the door was pushed open from the outside. Su Yuli hugged the pillow and turned his back. A faint smile appeared on his lips, and he forcibly pressed it down again.

Su Yuli put on a cold face, and decided that he would ignore what Lin Suiyan said. The footsteps finally approached, and Aunt Xu’s voice sounded behind him: “Xiao Jin, drink some juice.”

Su Yuli turned his head and saw Aunt Xu standing behind him, and Lin Suiyan didn’t even have a shadow.

Su Yuli angrily grabbed the pillow in his arms. Is it because he didn’t show his anger clearly enough? He didn’t even come up to apologize!

Aunt Xu handed the juice to Su Yuli, and then said, “Xiao Jin, Mr. Lin has been very busy these days. He is still a patient. Don’t be angry with him when he has a bad temper occasionally.”

Su Yuli lowered his head and drank the juice. Aunt Xu continued: “Look, your husband is very kind to you usually, isn’t he?”

Su Yuli was also angry with Lin Suiyan, who hadn’t tried anything to appease his anger. Su Yuli looked up and said with a smile, “Aunt Xu, I know. Don’t worry about it. I’m just… playing with him. I’ll tease him then go down to find him in a while.”

Aunt Xu was relieved, and she smiled: “Okay, I just saw your husband go to the study, you remember to go there to find him.”

Su Yuli replied: “Okay.”

After Aunt Xu left, Lin Suiyan never showed up.

Su Yuli lay down on the bed, the more he thought about it, the more angry he became. He had grown up so big and had never taken care of anyone – although Aunt Xu and the housekeeper are there, he doesn’t need much care from them.

However, Su Yuli didn’t think so. He wiped Lin Suiyan’s back every day and gave him juice and fruit from time to time, but it was hard work.

Su Yuli said he’d leave, so he packed up his textbooks and didn’t say good-bye to Lin Suiyan. He took the keys and drove to the school by himself. Not long after leaving, Lin Suiyan called him.

Looking at the flashing icon, Su Yuli’s lips twitched, then quickly flattened, and he clicked to connect.

“Xiao Jin, where  are you?” Lin Suiyan’s voice came from the earpiece, somewhat distorted, but still good.

Su Yuli said, “Gone to school.”

Lin Suiyan seemed relieved and said, “Okay, drive carefully, and message me when you get there.”

After hanging up the phone, Su Yuli got even more angry. He stared at  the phone as though he wanted to burn a hole into it.

Good on you Lin Suiyan. Su Yuli sneered in his heart, you are finished. You have completely annoyed this grandfather. Don’t think about this grandfather wiping your back anymore!

Next, Su Yuli had a unilateral cold war with Lin Suiyan for a week, and the daily atmosphere of the Lin’s house was quiet and depressing.

The housekeeper and Aunt Xu were worried, but Su Yuli’s temper was useless, as if he was really angry. Lin Suiyan, however, looked as usual. He did what he should do every day.

On this day, Su Yuli went upstairs after dinner, and soon the door was opened and Lin Suiyan walked in.

Su Yuli glanced at Lin Suiyan, and turned his back again. Lin Suiyan didn’t mind Su Yuli’s cold attitude and said, “Tomorrow is the weekend. Do you have any plans?”

Hearing that he was going to go to the hot spring, Su Yuli’s eyes lit up.

Now that the weather was getting colder, hot springs were a good place to go. Two days ago, Su Yuli also saw news about hot springs on TV, and he really wanted to go. Now Lin Suiyan mentioned going to hot springs, which was exactly what he wanted.

Su Yuli sat up and asked, “Really? Go to a hot spring?”

Lin Suiyan nodded, Su Yuli’s gaze slid over Lin Suiyan’s arm, “But your arm…”

Lin Suiyan smiled and said, “It’s fine  as long as I don’t touch the water.” He observed Su Yuli’s expression, ” Do you want to go?”

“Go!” Su Yuli jumped out of bed, as if afraid of Lin Suiyan’s changing his mind, “I’ll pack my things now.”

Lin Suiyan said, “I’ve already asked Aunt Xu to pack up.” He stood up, “Okay, it’s getting late. You can wash up and rest.”

After the cold war started, Su Yuli had kicked Lin Suiyan out. Lin Suiyan was sleeping in the guest room these days.

When Lin Suiyan walked to the door, Su Yuli suddenly stopped him, “Well, do you need me to wipe your back?”

After the cold war, Lin Suiyan’s exclusive right to have his back wiped by Sub Yuli had also been taken back by Su Yuli.

After hearing Su Yuli’s words, Lin Suiyan was stunned at first, and then laughed softly.

Lin Suiyan’s eyes were filled with a smile, and he said in his heart that he was really a pure-hearted child. After being angry for so long, after he’d made him happy, he’d forgotten all his original displeasure.

Lin Suiyan smiled even deeper: “Okay.”

The car started, and the Lin family villa quickly disappeared from sight.

Su Yuli and Lin Suiyan sat side by side in the back row. Lin Suiyan said, “It takes two hours to drive there, and it’s still early. You can sleep a little longer.”

Su Yuli slept late yesterday, and woke up early today. He was really sleepy. He nodded and closed his eyes.

When Su Yuli opened his eyes, they had already arrived at Qiongyu Mountain. All he could see was fiery red maple leaves. The scenery was breathtaking.

Su Yuli didn’t expect that there was such a quiet valley so close to the city. Su Yuli and Lin Suiyan checked in. Because it was a private resort, it only accepted wealthy VIPs, so there weren’t many people here.

Su Yuli liked this. It was tedious to have too many people, it’s like going to a market.

After putting his luggage away, Su Yuli couldn’t wait to go out for a walk. Breathing fresh air, his mood became very relaxed.

Sure enough, as Lin Suiyan said, there were many interesting entertainment facilities. Su Yuli experienced a handful, and when he finished lunch, he dragged Lin Suiyan out after him.

Lin Suiyan shook his head and took a bite of the ice cream and frowned. Su Yuli noticed it and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Lin Suiyan said, “The weather is cold. This is a little too cold, eat less, , and be careful of getting a stomach ache.”

Su Yuli was in a very good mood today, and didn’t argue with Lin Suiyan. So he nodded obediently: “Understood, I will only eat one.”

Lin Suiyan gave a hum, and after a while, he said, “What would you like to eat tonight?”

Su Yuli thought for a while and said, “The meal we had at lunch was good so let’s go back there for dinner.”

Su Yuli was thinking about soaking in the hot springs. So after talking to Lin Suiyan, he went away. The hot springs in Qiongyu Mountain were natural. There were lights on the sides of the pool. and he mist inside was very thick and wonderful feeling.

At first glance, Su Yuli didn’t see anyone else, and secretly said that he was lucky. But as soon as he arrived at the pool, he heard a gasping breathy sound not far away.

It was a boy’s voice, soft and charming with a bit of crying in it. Su Yuli was taken aback. Although he had no experience, he knew what the voice represented.

It’s just too bold for a public place like this.

It was foggy here so Su Yuli couldn’t see anything, but he still felt embarrassed. He hurriedly tried to exit, but he slipped and almost fell down.

Su Yuli had barely stabilized himself. The sound had stopped, so they must have sensed someone was coming.

The fog was thick, and then he saw a figure wrapped tightly in his clothes run out. The man was in a hurry, and when he passed by Su Yuli, he accidentally bumped into him.

The man apologized to Su Yuli: “I’m sorry.”

Only then did Su Yuli see the man’s face clearly. It was a boy about his age, with a handsome face and a gentle temperament. Was he the one who made the □□2  sound just now? Su Yulithought to himself, it’s really unbelievable!

The boy noticed Su Yuli’s gaze and seemed to feel a little embarrassed. He turned his head away and walked out quickly.

The boy walked in a hurry, and the jade bracelet on his wrist fell to the ground. Su Yuli picked up the bracelet and shouted, “Oh, here’s your…”

When he looked up again, the figure of the boy was no longer in front of him.

Su Yuli looked at the bracelet in his hand and felt inexplicable. What’s going on, shy? What about the other main character? Why don’t you go and coax.

Just as he was thinking, he heard the sound of water sloshing. Someone was coming over here.

Su Yuli was about to leave when he heard a smiling male voice sound in front of him: “Wen Jin? It’s really you. What a coincidence.”

When Su Yu-li saw someone coming, his eyes widened slightly. The person was Mu Lang.

Why was he here?
