Safety: Her Beta Chapter 17

Chapter 17:

"I can't be yours." I stated trying to hold the fear back. I stayed tensely plastered to the wall as the young male cornering me to the wall took a deep breath. "I am already another's, so you may not have me. I found my mate, and we have already marked each other. So I can't be yours." I continued.

I waited for him to respond to what I'd said and let me go, hopefully. I could feel the terror inside of me rise with each second that I stood being caged by this young male that was addressed as Lord Adams. My heart continued to pound as we continued to stand in silence in the corner of the office.

Finally, I felt the Lord Adams move. He began to move away from me before he shifted his hands to a different part of the wall behind me and moved to be even closer to me. "You've marked each other, but you haven't finished the whole mating bond yet. You have to have slept with each other to fully complete it, and a silly little mark won't stop me from keeping you. That little mark of yours can fade away if someone such as myself were to take you the way that is deserving of me." He answered in my ear as he pushed himself even closer to me.

He retreated from the corner, but he grabbed me by the waist and pulled me into him tightly. I shrieked at the sudden movement, and he gladly took the chance presented to him and kissed me. He pushed his lips hard against mine as if he meant to bruise them to remind me that I was to be his in his mind. All I wanted to do was push him away and run, but I couldn't even budge him even a little. What's worse is that he chose to take my pushing the wrong way and shoved his tongue into my mouth; now all I really wanted was to push him away, throw up, and run.

When he moved his head back to allow me to breath, I turned my head away from him to ensure that he couldn't kiss me right away again. After a few moments, I felt him begin to kiss my neck slowly. It made me feel as if I needed another shower to wash him off of me. "Please stop Lord Adams. I really don't want this, so please stop and let me be." I pleaded out quickly as he continued.

But upon hearing my words, he stopped and moved away from my neck. He moved away enough to look at me fully. He grabbed my chin and turned my head to face him. A look of fear was plastered on my face at the unpredictable actions of this young male. Once my face was turned completely toward his, he used his hand to caress my cheek. I flinched away from his touch.

"Elric. My name is Elric Adams, but my pack call me Lord Adams due to my owning the land and this manor all to myself. But you shall only call me Elric." He informed me as I still looked at him in fear. He moved his arm down and under my legs before he lifted me into the air and began walking me out of the office. With each step he took, the fear inside of me began to increase.

He walked into a large bedroom with a huge bed dressed in blood red sheets and a slightly darker blood red comforter. He walked us over to the bed before setting me down on it. He climbed over top of me and began to kiss down my collarbone and into my exposed cleavage as his hands moved up my thighs toward my torso. I was ready to cry when his hands began to push the fabric of the dress up my thighs.

"Lord Adams! It's urgent! There are intruders on our land!" a deep male voice sounded from behind the closed door across the room. Elric growled but got up and headed toward the door. He turned for a second giving me a look as if to say 'don't you dare move' and then headed out the bedroom's door. Whoever had intruded onto this pack's territory had just saved me from being taken against my will. I had tried to push his hands away, but he had only grabbed my hands in one of his own and held it above my head, promising that I wouldn't push when he had gotten to really pleasing me.

I immediately sat up and ran to the window of the room. I looked out at the land outside the window noticing that Elric was heading out toward the woods outside this window. I was so consumed with watching what was happening outside to window that I didn't notice that there was another person in the room with me. I was suddenly frightened and ready to scream when a hand grabbed around my torso and a hand was placed over my mouth.

I began to struggle when a familiar voice sounded by my ear. "Shh, it's all okay! I've got you now, my little alpha wolf." He whispered in my ear. I immediately relaxed and spun around in his arms. "And I promise to never let you go again, Lili." He finished as he ran his hand down my face.

I didn't waste a second and jumped into his arms. I cradled his face between my hands and kissed him feverishly. I couldn't believe that he was here with me in person. "I love you! I love you so much, Oli! Please get me out of here, and bring me back home." I pleaded when I broke away from the kiss I had initiated. Oliver held me to him tightly and smiled.

"You've got it, my little alpha wolf. I will bring you anywhere you want to go." Oliver said breathlessly back to me. He immediately began to walk out the door and down the stairs still holding me. It was the moment we were almost to the front door that it crashed inwards. Elric entered; a shot of fear began running through me for a second before I noticed that Elric was pushing someone against the door and making out with them.

It was the moment that the person pushed him away that I noticed that it was Brittany. Good riddance, Elric wouldn't try to take me and Brittany wouldn't try to take Oliver. It was a win-win situation. I just smiled and hugged Oliver even tighter as he walked out the door. He walked through the woods quickly until we reached a car. The car was being driven by my dad, but I continued to cling to Oliver.

I didn't let go of my hold on Oliver until he had set me carefully on our bed in our assigned makeshift room until the new pack houses for both packs could be built. We were in the farthest room from everyone else. I think my parents purposely did that so that they didn't have to know what their daughter and her mate were doing at any given moment of the day or night.

I mostly let Oliver go when he put me on our bed; I only held Oliver around the neck lightly still. I was holding loose enough to see that Oliver was trying to be careful because he was worried about how I was feeling after everything. I just watched him as I tried to memorize every little detail of his face right now. But the minute Oliver started to pull away as if to grab something, I quickly pulled him down to me and kissed him.

Oliver was still for a second, but he responded feverishly when his mind caught onto what was happening. Oliver's hands slid from my arms down my torso to my sides where he clung tightly to him as if I would disappear again. I slowly moved to lay back against the mattress of our bed; Oliver climbed onto the bed keeping our kiss going. I smiled when Oliver began to kiss down my neck because he only caused me to feel sparks across my skin.

"Lili, are you sure? I'll stop if you're not a hundred percent sure." Oliver said before he kissed any further down my body. I smiled at his consideration and the love shining within his eyes brightly.

"Oliver, I love you with everything inside me. The thought of losing you scares me so much. I never want to feel like that again, and I know that while I'm in your arms, I will never feel that way again. I want this because I never want to imagine life without you, and I love you. I want this; I am more than a hundred percent sure." I whispered back to him as I placed light kisses on his face.

Oliver opened his eyes to look into mine before he placed his forehead against mine. He breathily whispered 'I love you,' before he began to kiss me slowly yet passionately. Every coherent thought in my head suddenly disappeared as his lips moved against mine. My hands moved back into Oliver's silky soft hair as he continued to kiss, but my movement caused Oliver's grip on my sides to grow even tighter.

Oliver's lips left mine as he began to kiss down my neck again. His lips slowly moved down to my collarbone before his lips creeped down toward my cleavage. He moved away and looked down at me as his hands ran up and down my sides softly before his hands moved to the top of the dress I was still wearing, and he began to tear the dress down the center until the dress was completely torn in half. Then, and only then, he began to kiss down my cleavage again until he reached my belly button where he sat up and pulled his shirt over his head deciding to throw it across the room before he discarded himself of his jeans.

The rest was all a blur of slow, loving kisses and soft love making. It was only five hours later that we emerged from our room showered and fully dressed. We walked hand-in-hand around the small compound we were stuck in until the pack houses were rebuilt. Oliver pulled me along by the hand to the makeshift office for my dad and Vane. When we walked through the door, my mom immediately launched herself at me. I hugged her back just as tightly while whispering assurances into her ear. Audra launched herself at me once my mom had let me go; she hugged me just as tightly. I moved over to my dad and hugged him tightly as he held me as if the world were to end if he let me go. Vane gave a small hug and a smile before I moved back to Oliver, whom put his arms tightly around my waist lovingly.

"We've been discussing where the pack boundaries are to be placed, and when the two of you are to be taking over this pack as your own." My dad spoke with a smile of love on his face as he held my mom in his arms and watched Oliver and I as we stood a few feet across from him. I smiled back at him.

"Your father and I have agreed that our packs should meet in exactly the middle of your old home in-between our two packs. It is the essential starting point between both of our packs; it is from there that you found your way to Onyx and from there that your mom found her way to Obsidian. It is also right in the middle." Vane continued for my dad. I smiled at him as held Audra in his arms and unconsciously rubbed her stomach.

"I presume that you need Oliver and I to decide when we're to take over the Obsidian pack as well." I stated looking back to my parents. My parents lightly nodded in response. I sighed before looking up at Oliver to see that he was just smiling at me. "I think the two of us should take over the Obsidian pack once we've situated everyone into the new pack houses. If we do it once everyone is situated, then we can celebrate the new treaty/alliance of our packs, the new pack houses being fully built and finished, and our ascension to Alpha and Alpha female of the pack." I explained as I looked back at my parents, Vane, and Audra. They all smiled and nodded.

"Told you that our daughter was ready to be Alpha of the pack." My dad told my mom with a smug smile. He kissed the side of her head as she just rolled her eyes at him. The rest of us just laughed at their behavior. "That means that you owe me a day of bedroom time next week." He spoke again, still smiling smugly. I gagged as everyone else laughed at my reaction. I was happy to be home with the people whom will always be my family.

"I love you, Lili." Oliver whispered in my ear softly. He kissed my temple afterwards.

"I love you too, Oli." I whispered back kissing the edge of his chin lingeringly.

"Tease." Oliver said back. I just laughed at the fake pout on his lips. He smiled and kissed my head again.

I got nothing to say besides I hope you've read this book and liked it. There will be an epilogue. I fear that I won't succeed in some things that I do. Rap battle between Whitney Avalon and Molly Quinn. So Funny, had to put it in.
