Spencer

Winter break was done as it was our championship game tonight and I was currently at school. I haven't heard from

Y/N since I tried to apologize and she said she wasn't going to the championship game. I honestly missed her a lot but if she felt it was best for us to be friends then all I can do is respect it. There was also a difference between just being friends and us not talking to each other and every time she says we're friends she ends up avoiding me.

I was in class then seen a girl with light brown and natural dark brown curls walk into the class room alongside with a plaid shirt and a pair of ripped jeans. She then sat In front of me moving her curls out of her face as I looked at her.

I then realized it was Y/N. She just looked down at her bag taking her notebook and laptop out as I continued to watch her. She just looked at me as I was about to say something. "Oh my God is that yours?" A guy came up to her asking trying to touch her hair

as Y/N moved her head. "Don't touch me" she said snippy. "Yeah don't do that" I added as Y/N looked at me then back in her bag pulling out a pen.

She started writing what was on the board as I was about to say something but Olivia came and sat next to Y/N. "Hey Y/N I haven't heard from you in a minute" Olivia started off as I looked at Y/N concerned. Y/N just looked at Olivia and faintly smiled. "Nah I'm okay" She assured. Olivia and I just looked at each other. "You sure?" Olivia asked again. "Liv, yes. I am okay" she said with a smile. Olivia just smiled "I love your hair" olivia said.

"Thanks" Y/N simply said getting up to go get something from the teacher as I looked back at her and her outfit. I then realized she got her belly button pierced.

"Don't tell me you have something to do with her being like this" Olivia started off then looked up from her laptop at me.

"She's not talking to me" I simply answered "why?" Olivia asked. "It started off that way but now I think something is really going on" I started off as Olivia just quickly looked down at her lap and I looked at her concerned.

"You know something I don't?" I questioned her "no I don't know" she lied. "Yo liv seriously?" I asked. "Nothing is wrong with her" Olivia lied. "And you're still lying" I brought up as I looked at her crazy. "She's talking to some guy that's all I know, like I said I haven't been talking to her like that" Olivia said as Y/N started making her way towards the table as Layla sat next to me greeting Olivia and I. She then placed a kiss on my cheek as Y/N looked at us then sat down.

"Y/N your hair" Layla brought up as I just rolled my eyes "no" Olivia mouthed to Layla. "And what about it?" Y/N asked looking at Layla. "Nothing I was just saying-" Layla started off

"Well stop fucking talking then you wouldn't have anything to say" Y/N snapped. "Y/N" Olivia said as Y/N just rolled her eyes and looked over at Olivia. "What?" Y/N questioned.

"Spencer you're just going to let her talk to me like that?" Layla asked.

"Layla relax" I said looking over at her "she literally just told me to shut up and you're-" Layla started off. "And I'll say that shit again" Y/N added as I just looked at Y/N. "Stop" I said through my teeth as she just rolled her eyes. "You know I'm not about to let a girl who don't know shit about having class think she's about to punk me" she started off. "And I'm damn sure not about to let a girl whose father couldn't stay out the streets think she's going to disrespect me" She finished off.

"Layla seriously?" Olivia asked "why would you say that?" I asked Layla in all seriousness. "Nah you finished princess?"

Y/N asked as Olivia immediately placed her hand on Y/N's.

"The only reason I won't knock your head off your fucking shoulders is because I know once I start, I'm not going to stop and two your father probably won't even care to show up until tomorrow once he finds out you're in the hospital because of me." Y/N started off as Olivia and I looked at Y/N crazy. "If you want to get me to leave, baby girl you gotta come swinging harder than that because I'm way stronger than the hits your weak ass been throwing" Y/N said before getting up "now keep fucking playing with me" Y/N warned Layla before rolling her eyes and walking off to hand something to the teacher.

It was the end of school as I went out to the student parking lot looking for Y/N. She was in the car with a pair of sunglasses on, Talking on the phone and she seem frustrated. I just opened her car door sitting in the passengers seat as she looked at me crazy. "I left you like three messages" I started off

"Hey Spencer!" I heard serenity say. "What's up" I simply said and looked over at Y/N. "I thought you two weren't talking?" Serenity asked. "Yeah do you know why?" I asked while eyeing

Y/N. "Alright I'll see you when I get out there".Y/N simply said before hanging up.

"I had a long day. please?" Y/N asked "yeah what was that first period?" I asked as she just laid her head back on the head rest of her seat. "Why are you sitting here coming at me when it wasn't me?" She asked. "I'm not coming at you I want to know what's going on with you" she said as she just stared out the windshield window. "Nothing I'm good" she simply said.

"Y/N I can't do anything if you don't open up and say anything" I said. "Open up just for you to tell Layla my business so she can throw it back in my face?" Y/N asked hurt. "I didn't say anything to her" I honestly said. "So who did? Olivia? Jordan?" She questioned. "Aight don't believe me" I started off about to get out. "Okay Spencer" she simply said as I closed the door.

"What's going on with you?! Where you going?" I asked "I'm leaving out for New York tonight" she admitted as I looked over at her. "Why?" I asked "my mother has a fashion show and she wants me to attend it and it's out in New York" she said. "I'm going to go see my fathers side along with my fathers gravesite" she added.

"We'll talk when you get back" I simply said as she sighed and I opened the door. "Be safe" I said as she faintly smiled. I was about to get out but she placed her hand on my lap. "Have a good game Spence " she started off as I smiled. "Make sure what they say about you isn't going to get to you. You do what's best for you okay?" She asked "aight drive home safe" I said as she faintly smiled and I got out of the car.

I was at the championship game as Chris was taken off the field in a stretcher being placed on an ambulance as I looked around and noticed Spencer wasn't on the field at all. I got up "wait where are you going?" Olivia asked "I'll be back" I said before leaving the bleachers. I went off into the locker room hearing Spencer's father talk to him so I Just stood there listening.

His father looked back at me and smiled some before continuing to talk. "If you're not going to listen to me then you can try listening to someone you're going to listen too" Cory said as he walked out and I walked up hearing Spencer sigh while sitting on the bench.

"Layla no I told you we were done. That shit you pulled in the classroom wasn't cool" Spencer stressed as He finally looked up at me and we just looked at each other for a moment. "I thought you were supposed to be on a plane right now?" He asked. "I'm supposed to be but Spencer I couldn't not be here for you." I admitted. "This is the biggest game of the season and I know how much this is important to you. I couldn't miss you out there" I said as I stood in front of him.

"Y/N I should've never pushed you to do something-" he started off. "We'll talk about that when I get back to LA, right now you got to show Crenshaw exactly why they were rooting for you when you came onto that field. You give them so much hope" I said as he looked up at me and I wiped his tears. "What happened out there with Chris wasn't your fault, it was a clean play like your father said." I said grabbing his hand and rubbing his back with the other.

"You came here to win, people are going to talk regardless spence" I started off then looked back down at him. "Whether you win or not, Crenshaw will be happy" I assured with a small smile. "Now get up and get your ass back on the field and do what you need to do" I said as he chuckled to himself standing up. "You got it baby, just stay focused and have fun" I assured rubbing his back. He walked onto the field as I found my way back on Beverly's side of the bleachers. I sat back down next to Olivia. "Did you get his head right?" Olivia asked "hopefully" I said watching them line up to play.

The second half of the game finally finished as Beverly ended up beating Crenshaw. I just smiled as everyone was cheering for Beverly Hills. I seen Spencer look through the crowd as he smiled at his father. He smiled at Dillon and Ms. Grace then looked at me as I pointed to him and he patted his chest before pointing to me.

"I got to go" I mouthed as he nodded and smiled "I'll call you" He mouthed back as I nodded and started heading from the stands to the parking lot where my mothers chauffeur waited as her and Storm was already in New York waiting for me.
