After replying to them, Cynthia stared at the breakfast, lost in thought. Half an hour later, she decided to

block out all thosi thoughts in her mind and take it step by step.

Until the person behind Jayleen was dealt with, Cynthia could not ignore everything completely,

especially when that persor not only had a connection with Joshua but also with the rest of them.

With that in mind, she left to meet Shirley and her boyfriend.

Matthew had been sitting in the living room all this time. He knew Cynthia was going out, but he did not

go out this time. Instead, he was chatting with Mitchell.

At eleven o’clock, Cynthia arrived at the restaurant’s private room they had booked.

Shirley’s eyes lit up when she saw Cynthia, and she happily stood up and called out, “Cynthia! You’re

here!”

Cynthia had composed herself and replied, “Mhm.”

“This is my boyfriend, Zachary Neil Zachary, this is my sister, Cynthia,” Shirley introduced, a bit nervous

but trying to liven up the atmosphere.

“Nice to meet you, Cynthia,” Zachary greeted somewhat awkwardly.

Cynthia remained indifferent. “Nice to meet you too.”

She glanced at the two of them. One was cute, and the other was cheerful and sunny–they looked

quite compatible.

Shirley nudged Zachary with her elbow. Then, he immediately handed the menu to Cynthia, feeling

nervous.

“Cynthia, please take a look and order whatever you like. It’s my treat!”

Cynthia took the menu and ordered a few dishes that Shirley liked.

When it came to food, she did not have any preferences.

During the meal, Cynthia ate calmly, treating it like any other meal.

However, it was not an ordinary meal for Shirley and Zachary, the young couple..

The two observed Cynthia’s expression throughout the meal, fearing something might go wrong.

wanted, but she could not help but worry when it came to dating.

together.”

“You both look great together.”

“Zachary, right?” Cynthia did not want to get the person’s name wrong
