“The things he told you at the hospital were instructions he gave me beforehand. During the journey to

the hospital, he regained consciousness once and told me to relay those messages to you if his

condition worsened,” Sean explained.

Cynthia frowned.

Sean continued, “He doesn’t want you to feel guilty or blame yourself. He believes those things are his

responsibility.”

“So, you’re saying he didn’t wake up at the hospital?” Cynthia quickly concluded.

“Not only did he not wake up, but his condition was severe,” Sein revealed openly. After all, it was all in

the past. “If it weren’t for me treating him, he would’ve been dead long ago.”

Cynthia froze, unable to express her feelings.

“I’m not particularly clear about what happened between you, but based on Joshua’s actions after he

got injured, he truly loved you,” Sean spoke as an observer.

Sean admired Joshua’s willpower. Despite the circumstances, he managed to wake up and

communicate so many things.
