Chapter Twenty-three: Clash

Aidan POV

We got the call from Ryland, being the sheriff he was summoned to the “crime scene". I wanted to

go and check on angel we knew she got a few hits but according to Ryland, we should see the other

guys. My angel makes me more proud of her every day, she took down three guys with only a few

hits.

Alpha is demanding we meet with the other pack dominates right now, our luna being attacked isn't

something we could let pass. The meeting is being arranged on neutral ground, pussies too scared

to meet us on our land. Well if they did come i doubt all of them would leave, so the meeting is on

neutral ground with Mr Sebastian Monroe, the college dean, a shifter and someone who's known

to be called during meeting like those to ensure that neithet pack will attack the other.

"Meeting in thirty, i want all of you with me, bring nala as she is"Christian orders.

"Yes alpha" i reply ,he's in alpha mode so it help to pay him the well-earned respect.

He left with the twins, and I'm back to waiting for nala and Jace to be home. Ryland had to finish

some papers and he didn't want to make angel to wait, and we only trust her safety between the

seven of us.

I can see Jace black SUV driving toward the front of the house and i can't wait, i jump out of the

door.

The door open and out came angel she's a bit bruised, and i see tears in her eyes i open my arms

and hug her close making sure not to put too much pressure on her wounds.

I tell them we have to go and not to bother changing alpha orders. We regroup in front of a bar, it's

owned by shifters but it's on neutral territories. Nala hold her head high while i take one of her

hands and Ryland take the other, to outside eyes she look all strong and powerful but in reality

she's leaning on both of us both physically and emotionally.

We get in and we can see the other alpha, he look like a dirty scumbag, dirty hair, clothes that

doesn't fit properly, and a look of pure arrogance. He got around ten guys with him, all muscular,

they look like muscles and no brain.

The three guys who angel hit are sitting with him too , one of them can hardly keep his eyes open

he probably got a concussion while the other look like someone used his face as a punching bag,

the third didn't look that bad, maybe she didn't get enough time to hurt him, damn it.

Seing them make me growl , i don't like them, i wish i could finish what angel started and kick these

assholes asses.

Christian offer his hand to Nala saying "luna", establishing her status and where he stand , right next

to her, in the bad and the good.

Christian POV

I still couldn't believe that someone tried to hurt a member of my pack, someone under my

protection. How dare they! My pack is well known for protecting his members, even before Nala no

one would've dared touch what i call mine. And this pack, his members, this land is all MINE.

When my baby came in the bar i could see she's helding her head high, good girl, she's still in her

bloody clothes it's a sign of strength my baby is a fighter and the blood on her clothes are of the

enemies as they are hers. She'll fight to protect and she'll hurt. When she stand next to me i give the

hand I'm holding a kiss, she's my luna, mate and lover.

The other alpba is watching us with disgust in his eyes, he got a luna but she ain't with him, he's

well known to be the kind who cheat on their mate with anyone and anything that moves.

What we got isn't that common, we're in a poly relation but we still respect her and treat her as our

queen.

"Alphas, we should start, we are here today cause three members of alpha steven pack attacked a

member of the alpha Christian pack. The luna interfered and the victim is now under surgery” said

Sebastian.

"My members didn't know she’s luna, she attacked them and all they did is self-defense i don't see

what's wrong here,” said steven in a bored voice.

I can feel the other guys’ anger, if I give them just a little nod they would probably kill the alpha and

his bodyguards. But a squeeze from Nala made me pause, she's been through enough today so let's

do this the civilized way.

"Your packmates attacked one of my wolves, luna attacked to defend one of her pack, so now do

tell me who's fault it is?" i reply in a quiet voice.

"I'm sorry to say alpha steven but your pack is the offender and all luna did was defend what's hers,

so how about we settle this down here and now" Sebastian intervene.

"Fine" says steven through gritted teeth " but do tell who's so important that the luna jumped in to

save"

"None of your business, but just to be clear I'll protect any of my pack, that's what being luna

means" replies Nala with a voice full of dominance, a voice i never heard before if i wasn't alpha I'll

probably flinch from it.

"Well little luna you should know a spoiled brat like you , only got some hits on my son and friends

cause you took them by surprise” alpha steven says with poison lacing his voice.

I didn't have time to stop my guys, I hardly had time to stop luna from tearing his throat out, but

Aidan had him pinned to the wall by his throat and growled.

"Any member of your pack is exiled from this neutral land, you broke treaty and attacked one of

ours then had the balls to disrespect our luna.

So let me be the good guy I'm giving you till the count of five we chase you off" Aidan says in a

dark voice, but i stood there looking bored , i knew first hand what Aidan anger can do and he’s

protecting our mate so I'm all in.

Steven look at Sebastian pleading Sebastian simply shrug and say what we requested is more then

fair.

Aidan let him go and did the count to five slowly before he turned to nala saying he'll be back by

dinner time then lazily turned wolf and went to run those dicks off the neutral land.
