Chapter 33 A Man’s Nature!

Mu Zhi did not even check what the sales assistant got her. She headed straight back to Lu Jinye’s villa

in a cab after collecting the underwear.

It was only until after dinner that Mu Zhi recalled having bought those underwear.

She immediately took them out for a look. Just after she took out the first underwear, she couldn’t help

but frown in disparagement. It was a pastel one-suit, made of a special material. But the coverage was

indeed minimum… It practically consisted of just straps and covered only her nipples and genitals.

However, it carried a girlish seductiveness.

Looking at this underwear alone made Mu Zhi’s heart race. She blushed profusely.

It was too much for her to take in so she quickly kept it and took out another set.

It was not a one-piece. It was separated into two items. The upper part consisted of a pair of small fur

Mu Zhi knew for a fact that Lu Jinye was normally uninterested in her shopping hauls. Besides, her

“What is this?”

Lu Jinye walked over gently, reached out and picked the bag up. He waved it in front of Mu Zhi.

Mu Zhi bit her lip and tried to act natural, “Those are my new socks.”

She couldn’t bring herself to say that the bag contained underwear, in fear that Lu Jinye would want her

to wear it and show him. She knew he would do so even if it was just some ordinary underwear.

She couldn’t say that it was clothes either. Lu Jinye was not gullible enough to believe that such a small

bag could fit clothes.

Therefore, Mu Zhi thought socks would be the most logical answer.

Lu Jinye looked at Mu Zhi’s expression while approaching her. He stared at Mu Zhi for several seconds

before teasing her, “Are we so behind eight ball that my wife could be so excited by the purchase of just

a few pairs of socks?”

He handed the bag to Mu Zhi and commanded, “Show them to me.”

Mu Zhi’s face flushed immediately. She took the bag carefully and glanced at Lu Jinye. She tried to

hide her emotions from Lu Jinye, “Umm… Honey, what’s so good to see about socks?”

“The socks may not look good, but your feet do.”

Lu Jinye chuckled lightly, delighted in the currently evident anxiousness on Mu Zhi’s face.

Mu Zhi hesitated, but didn’t oblige… She! She was too embarrassed to do so!

“Then shall I show my husband my bare feet?”

Mu Zhi tentatively asked Lu Jinye again, but Lu Jinye just chuckled and said nothing.

Mu Zhi knew that she had failed to divert his attention, so she could only withdraw her hand, and

pretended to rummage the bag of underwear.

“Which pair of socks should I show honey first?”

The first two pieces she went through were revealing enough, while the remaining three pieces of

underwear which she hadn’t seen… She didn’t know what it was like.

If she took it out… What would Lu Jinye’s reaction be?

She hoped that she’d have better luck and could randomly take out a pair that looked perfectly normal.

“I will take the socks out if you won’t.”

Lu Jinye continued his stare at Mu Zhi, raising his eyebrows. He purposely emphasized the words

‘socks’, as if intentionally reminding her!

“I’ll do it! Let me do it.”

Mu Zhi could hear the sound of her heart pounding wildly. She had never blushed to that extent before

with the many things she did with Lu Jinye in the past. But now!

She had really embarrassed herself this time!

With her eyes closed, she left her destiny in the hands of the gods, and quickly took out one piece at

random.

To her surprise… It seemed that the gods didn’t give a damn about her. The piece she took out also

spelt wicked!

Mu Zhi wondered why she’d never seen this sort of weird underwear before. She had been frequenting

this store for so many years. Why did they only introduce these after Qingqing went there?

Lu Jinye peered at the garment in Mu Zhi’s hand. It had so little fabric that it was negligible, and the

part that covered her privates were shaped like a small cherry.

Mu Zhi’s heart was beating violently. She regretted going back and asking for an exact piece of her

size.

She bit her lower lip. Looking at Lu Jinye, she was at sixes and sevens in explaining herself.

“I saw a beautifully dressed woman buying underwear at the underwear shop today. I didn’t even look

at what she got and ordered all those that she purchased. So… I had no idea… That it would turn out

like this.”

Mu Zhi could only tell the truth, but she omitted Xiao Qingqing’s name.

However, Lu Jinye held Mu Zhi’s hand and pulled her into his arms. He then gently bit her earlobe and

said, “Mu Zhi, show me how it looks on you.”

Mu Zhi completely gave in at this moment… She was blushed to the roots of her hair.

“Honey.”

Mu Zhi tried to call for a bargain. But as she spoke, she realized that her voice had turned hoarse.
