After hearing Bai Shao’s words, Lu Junnian frowned deeper.

He queried suspiciously, “Really?”

The man nodded confidently, “It’s true.”

After saying this, Bai Shao yawned again and plopped onto the chair, closing his eyes to get some rest.

Lu Junnian frowned even more as he observed Mu Zhi sleeping soundly in the seat next to him…

Lu Junnian glanced at Bai Shao next to him once more. He looked confident and calm. Naturally, Lu

Junnian did not doubt Bai Shao’s diagnosis.

opened the door, it was empty inside.

Xiao Qingqing frowned in disapproval. Is Lu Jinye not back yet or what?

She was sitting in the dark, so Shen Mobo could only accompany her in the dark the rest of the time.

Time passed by minute by minute… It felt like forever.

Sunlight gradually seeped into the room.

Suddenly, Shen Mobo’s phone rang. The butler’s excited voice was heard, “Lu Jinye is in Room 09 of

Building C.”

Xiao Qingqing stood up almost immediately and rushed out of the door.
