Chapter 0245 Judging by the look on their faces, I was not going to like this. The hallway was dark but the footsteps ! heard coming down the hall were quicker than I wanted to hear. I expected to hear screaming or yelling but I didn’t hear any of that.

Darin opened the door as Alpha Rip put his finger over his l*ps, signaling for me to be quiet. The room was pitch black except for one chair that sat in the middle of the room.

Jasper had been tossed on the ground but his face was pointed upward. “Actually, you may not know Ms. Kristen here. Judd stood in front of me. To his credit, he kept his face passive the entire time. “I don’t know these people.” He said in a confused voice.

Alpha Rip nodded to the warriors who grabbed Judd and drug him to the chair. “I did hope this would go smoothly.”
