DATE-22♡
YEH LAMHA ✅
Srishti was overjoyed to spend time with her family, knowing it might be a while before she saw them again. After playing with her niece Devika, she felt exhausted but didn't want to waste a moment. Aahan looked at his wife, marveling at her childlike innocence, and couldn't help but smile. Even though he talked with Srishti's father about business matters, his focus remained on her. Mr. and Mrs. Shah were proud of their decision to marry their daughter to Aahan, knowing that he cared deeply for Srishti.
Sneha had already left for Mumbai the day before, and Isha was nowhere to be seen after the wedding. It was time for Aahan and Srishti to leave and head back to Mumbai. Srishti packed some of her migration documents and books for her new college. Aahan held her hand and helped her into the car after saying their goodbyes to the Shah family. The drive to the airport was silent, but they were content in each other's company.
After reaching Mumbai, they were both exhausted. They ate dinner and exchanged thoughtful gifts from the Shah family. Srishti went to bed, tired from the long day, without thinking that Aahan would be sleeping beside her. As Aahan watched his wife sleep, he felt an overwhelming sense of love and gratitude for having her in his life. He leaned in and kissed her forehead before joining her in slumber, knowing that he would cherish every moment with her.
SRISHTI POV
Today is a stunning day, as I am filled with joy and anticipation about applying for migration. During breakfast, my mother broke the news to me and asked me to accompany Aahan to fulfill some of the formalities involved in the migration process. I was thrilled beyond words.
As I walked towards my room, I noticed Aahan standing there, his tie in hand, looking at me with a quizzical expression. His presence puzzled me for a moment
"Kya?" I asked him, confused by his expression. He showed me his tie once again, gesturing for me to tie it for him. Despite feeling elated, I took the task seriously and focused intently on knotting his tie. It was a challenging task for me as I hadn't tied a tie since my 10th standard.
After struggling for more than 15 minutes, I finally managed to knot it, although it wasn't perfect. I was just satisfied that I had accomplished the task. I beamed at Aahan, proud of my work.
As Aahan leaned towards me, his deep voice sent shivers down my spine. I found myself lost in his mesmerizing gaze as he placed my hands on his chest. I could feel his heartbeat racing, and his words melted my heart.
"This is because of you," he whispered, and I felt my cheeks flush.
But as I regained my senses, I quickly withdrew my hands and stammered, "I-I didn't do anything, I swear!"
Aaan burst into laughter, finding my reaction amusing. I tried to escape his grip on my waist, but he held me firmly. I glared at him in annoyance, but he just smiled back at me.
As Aahan began to sing, I couldn't help but giggle at his choice of song.
aa jaa main huun pyaar teraa
Allaah allaah inkaar teraa
oO aa jaa, aah aah aa jaa, aa e e aa jaa
he starts to hug me as i pushed his hands away suddenly he started tickling me, I was filled with uncontrollable laughter. I tried to run away, but he chased me around the room. Eventually, I grabbed a pillow, and he did the same. We playfully whacked each other with the pillows until we were both exhausted.
Finally, we collapsed onto the bed, panting and breathless. My stomach was aching from all the laughter, and I couldn't stop grinning. I felt Aahan's body beside me, and I turned to look at him. He looked back at me, and our eyes locked in an intense moment of connection.
Without realizing it, his hand had found its way to my waist. I felt a jolt of electricity shoot through my body at his touch. I looked away, suddenly feeling shy and unsure.
I stood up from the bed and tried to sound casual, but my voice betrayed my nervousness. "ky- kya we have to go somewhere so chalo" I asked, looking at him with a slight smile.
He reached out his hand and took mine with a sudden jolt, causing me to fall onto his chest. My nose hit his chest, and I let out a small gasp of pain. As I raised my head to look at him, I felt a sense of deja vu wash over me.
But this time, there was something different in the air. There was a magnetic pull between us that was hard to ignore. As he held me close, I could feel my heart racing in my chest. I looked up at him, and our eyes locked in a gaze that felt like it could last forever.
Your nose is still as red as it was that day, free blush huh?" he teased, a playful smile on his face. I couldn't help but laugh, hitting his chest lightly as I remembered the taunt I had thrown at him before.
"Hey, let me go!" I protested, trying to wiggle free from his strong grip around my waist. But he just grinned at me, refusing to let me go.
After a few minutes of struggling, I gave up and he released me, calling me his 'little kitten'. He told me we were going to visit my new college, but I didn't want to leave his embrace just yet.
With a mischievous glint in his eyes, he whispered in my ear, "You know, this position isn't so bad either."
Blushing furiously, I pushed away from him and ran towards the closet, feeling his eyes on me as I tried to compose myself.
after we both drive towards my new college and i was so excited for that he hold my hand and kept it on gear with his i was just looking at him he have a unreadable face for now he as not smiling but i was more than happy that he is with me. as we reached the college some people were already on the gate as they were waiting for someone i just shrugged with unintresting look . as we park our car there is someone who came towad us and do a little hand shake with aahan i was looking at them with a clear doubt that person moves towards me and respectfully raise his hand towards me and i shake it with a small smile still confuse then he starts to greet me" hi mrs. oberoi" i just nod with a smile . aahan said knowing that i am confuse " he is the principe of this college" and hold my hand guiding me with him as he was talking with that man i think he was guiding us towards his office
after reaching his office we fill some formalities and they told me i can start the college after 3 weeks as there were some work which is yet to be fulfilled. but it was fishy like 3 weeks is such a long time but i just shrugged that thought and we exited from his office . It was 3 in noon and without going home aahan made us drive towards the mall . it was so huge and so beautiful
"hum yaha ,hum ghar nahi jaa rhiya?" i asked him in response he just give me a small and told me
"jaan today i have lots of suprise for you , so are you ready?" i just nooded my head in clear excitment knowing i was in good mood he just kissed me beside my mouth which made me shocked as i didn't expect this.
"jaan muh toh bnd kar lo" he said with a smirk and i just punched his biseps lightly with a blush on my cheeks
After searching throughout the mall, we finally spotted a shop with an adorable collection of couple's clothing. Without hesitation, I grabbed Aahan's arm and led him towards the store. From the outside, we could see the window displays featuring matching outfits and coordinating accessories that would be perfect for us to wear together. Excitement bubbled up inside me as we stepped inside the shop.
AUTHOR POV
As they entered the shopping center, Srishti's eyes widened in wonder. It was like stepping into a whole new world, with couples walking hand in hand, twirling around in their new outfits, and whispering sweet nothings into each other's ears. Aahan watched her with a clear, happy expression on his face, grateful that she was willing to give their marriage a chance.
The shop they stumbled upon had a vast selection of cute and trendy couple's clothing. The interior was adorned with twinkling fairy lights and lush green plants, creating a cozy and romantic ambiance.
The clothes themselves were a mix of casual and formal wear, with styles ranging from chic and sophisticated to fun and quirky. They found matching t-shirts with cute graphics and slogans, comfy hoodies, trendy jackets, and even formal wear like blazers and dresses that complemented each other perfectly.
The shop also had a variety of accessories like hats, scarves, belts, and bags that would complete our looks. They was particularly drawn to a set of matching bracelets with our initials engraved on them. .
As they browsed the racks of clothing, Aahan couldn't help but notice a stunning dress that he knew would look incredible on Srishti. With a smile on his face, he handed it to her, watching as her eyes lit up with excitement.
Srishti had already picked out a few dresses, but she still needed Aahan's measurements for some of them. After checking the sizes and quality of the clothes, she handed them to Aahan, who was happy to purchase them for her.
As they walked through the shopping center, they stumbled upon a booth with a sign that read "Couple Photo Gallery." Srishti's eyes widened with excitement, and she pulled Aahan towards the booth with lot of energy . Aahan followed her like a lost puppy, unable to resist her infectious excitement.
As they entered the small room, Srishti's eyes lit up with excitement as she saw the various filters and backgrounds on the monitor. Aahan was just standing there, admiring Srishti's enthusiasm. She was already striking cute poses with one eye closed towards the camera. Aahan also attempted to copy her, but his pose turned out to be too funny. Srishti burst out laughing which made aahan blush and the click sound was heard as the picture was already clicked.
Srishti had set the timer and had already taken two embarrassing pictures of Aahan. She was elated with her little victory dance in her mind when Aahan suddenly held her arm and spun her around forcefully. Now, they were standing face to face, their breaths touching each other's faces, and a click sound was heard as Aahan took a picture of them. Aahan leaned in, Srishti's heart started to race. She felt his warm breath on her lips before his lips gently touched hers in a sweet and tender kiss. It was just a peek, but it felt like time had stopped for Srishti.
After Aahan released Srishti's waist, she was still in a daze, and Aahan chuckled at her expression. She came back to reality and looked at Aahan, who already had a smirk on his face. He said with a wink, "So, I already have an effect on you." This made Srishti blush, and she tried to leave the room. Aahan didn't stop her, but he took their photos from the booth and jogged towards Srishti, who was standing at the main gate of the shop.
He held her hand and said, "Let's go, my love. We have many more memories to make." till now srishti was blusing mess as she just nodded
After leaving the mall, Aahan took Srishti with him on a surprise journey outside the city. Srishti was filled with excitement and curiosity, bombarding Aahan with questions about their destination, but he just smiled mysteriously, keeping her in suspense.
After an hour of driving, Aahan took Srishti to a secluded beach outside the city. As they stepped out of the car and Srishti looked around, she was mesmerized by the serene beauty of the place. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore, the salty air, and the sight of the vast ocean filled her with joy. It was as if time had stopped and the only thing that mattered was the two of them being together in that moment.
Srishti looked at Aahan, and he was already looking at her with a broad smile on his face. He took her hand in his and led her towards the beach. As they walked barefoot on the sand, Srishti felt a sense of calm wash over her, and she knew that this moment was special.
As they walked on the warm sand, Aahan's heart was racing with nervousness. He had already expressed his love for Srishti before, but he couldn't help but say it again. "Srishti, I know I've said this before, but I need to tell you again. I love you, and I know what love means. The word 'love' holds so much importance, and I want to spend my life with you. Will you give me a chance?"
Srishti noticed Aahan's nervousness, and her heart melted at his vulnerability. She gently squeezed his hand with a reassuring smile. "You don't have to be nervous, Aahan. I understand that love is not just a feeling, but a commitment. It's a heavy word that holds so much importance and sincerity. I don't want to give you any false hopes and then break them. But I am willing to try."
Srishti looked into Aahan's eyes and made a promise. "I promise you, Aahan, that I will give this marriage a real chance. I won't rush into it blindly, but I will give us the opportunity to see where this goes. And I have to say, I already have a pretty cute husband, so why not? I know I'll fall in love with you in no time." She added the last line with a playful smile, hoping to ease Aahan's nervousness.
"Haan to jaan ab kyun nahi?" Aahan said with a smirk. In response, Srishti just gave him a kiss on the cheek and started to run away from him. After coming out of his shock state, Aahan also ran after her and their laughter could be heard on the beach.
As they were running, a person was clicking their photo from a little far away with a small smile on his face. "Ishu, you look so beautiful when you laugh," the person muttered. Just then, a man put his hand on the photographer's shoulder, causing him to turn around to see who it was.
The photographer was a handsome man with grey eyes that could knock anyone down. His hair was flowing in the breeze, making him even more handsome. He smiled as he realized whose hand it was. "Rohit, kya hua?" the photographer asked the person who was still holding his shoulder.
"Harsh, tu yaha bhi usko dekhne aaya hai? Aur ye photo phir se? Bhai pura room bhara hua hai tera, ab toh bas kar, shadi ho chuki hai uski," Rohit replied. In response, Harsh just gave him a small sad smile and continued to stare at Aahan and Srishti, who were now in each other's arms, looking at the sunset
ek trafa hi sahi pyaar pyaar hai
ushe hai ya nahi
mujhe beshumar hai
He muttered to himself with a small smile on his face, but his heart was heavy with sadness as he faded away from the beach after seeing her one more time. He was happy for her, knowing that his true love was out there with someone. That's all love is - being happy for the other person, even if it breaks your heart to do so. He couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as he walked away, wishing that he could be the one to make her laugh and hold her in his arms. But he knew that it wasn't meant to be, and so he silently prayed for her happiness with someone else and disappeared into the distance.
-------------------------â¡-----------------------
Love, once such a beautiful and meaningful word, seems to have lost its special place in today's world. People casually throw around this word without truly understanding its depth and significance. It is disheartening to see that even when someone professes their love, it fails to evoke any emotions or stir any excitement. The magic and goosebumps that were once associated with hearing those three words have faded away. It's a sad reality that in today's world, love has become the most casually used and easy-going expression.
