Chapter 1525
Love After Marriage: Mr. Lancaster's Hidden Wife
Chapter 1525
The rooms were already booked for the two families.
Each family had their own suite.
To everyoneâs surprise, even when they were about to go back to their respective rooms, Caprice refused to be separated from
Liam.
Liam stared at her, but she remained clingy and she stared at her father with a pleading gaze.
Sherry pursed her lips helplessly.
Both Sylvia and Odell tried their best in holding back their laughter.
Sylvia then said, âMaster Stockton, why donât Sherry and | stay with the kids for the night? You and Odell can take the other
suite.â
Each suite had multiple rooms, so it was more than enough.
âGreat!â Sherry cried in delight.
John glanced at her.
Odell also frowned. âSylvia, Isabel and Flint are naughty. You canât possibly take care
of them together by yourselves.â
Sherry intervened and said, âDonât worry, Iâm with her!â
Isabel then said, âChubby Flint is the naughty one, not me! Besides, itâs been a while since | slept with Mommy!â
âYeah! Every time | sneak into your room, | see you hugging Mommy on the bed! Itâs our turn today!â
Odellâs expression turned grim as he stared at the boy.
When Flint immediately hid behind Sylvia, Sherry and Queenie tried their best to hold their laughter back.
Sylvia blushed. She awkwardly cleared her throat and looked at Odell, âSherry and | can look after them. You guys donât need to
worry.â She sounded gentle but indubitable.
Odell pursed his lips and decided to accept the suggestion.
As she patted Capriceâs head, Sherry then said, âAlright, let's go to our room!â
The girl smiled at her mother but followed Liam instead.
Sherry carried Flint and followed the little couple to the room.
Queenie and Isabel walked side by side, with Sylvia behind them.
The women and kids soon disappeared beyond the door, leaving the two men behind in the quiet corridor.
John and Odell exchanged a quick look.
John said with a smile, âI didnât expect you to listen to your wife this much, Master
Carter.â
Odell curved his lips. âHappy wife, happy life. Donât you know that?â
John was slightly taken aback. He smiled and countered, âWhere did you hear that
from?â
âIf you are asking such a question, it means that you are not that happy now.â
âHaha...â Johnâs laughter sounded stiff.
The suite that Sylvia and Sherry took had three separate bedrooms.
The kids were already tired after playing outside for the whole day.
Flint crashed on the couch and fell asleep soon after he came in. Isabel said she wanted to sleep with her mother but ultimately
went into the room with Queenie.
Caprice remained clingy to Liam, and no matter what Sherry said, the girl refused to
leave him.
Therefore, the little couple took one of the rooms for themselves.
Sylvia then carried the sleeping Flint to Liam and Capriceâs room to settle him down while she and Sherry took the last room for
themselves. She wanted to chat with Sherry.
Sherry knew what her friend wanted to talk about too, so she cleaned up and waited
for her on the bed.
Sylvia looked at her. âTell me how you ended up as the enigma behind the Sagers.â
Sherry chuckled. âIt all started when Caprice was taken away from me. | left
Glenchester and...â
She spoke in detail and even shared about the difficulties she ran into in Coastrock
City.
Sylvia listened to Sherryâs story carefully.
Later that night, an untimely commotion outside the room caught Sherryâs attention. Startled, she got out of bed and went to the
door.
