"what happened?" Lee asked with an authoritative voice.

All the staff in the kitchen including from the lower to higher positions are all in kneeled position. Lee is asking them what happened and why they are chasing Lucious, the future empress. All of the staff are trembling in fear and cold sweat are slowly covering their body. The person with the highest position who is the main facilitator in the foods of the the imperial palace stood up.

"Mr. Lee it actually started when someone saw his highness under the table where the bread are placed" He explained that made Lee's right eyebrow arch.

" do you not all recognized your future Empress? "  Lee asked.

" We sincerely apologize Mr. Lee, your highness and most especially to our Future Empress Lucious Athelstan "

Lee let out a sigh and faced the emperor, he wants to ask him about what he wants to happen to the staff but it looks like the Emperor is completely occupied and his decision making at the moment is greatly affected by the man who is currently  laying on his arms.

With an annoyed faced Lucious is looking elsewhere while the Emperor is taking a great interest in looking at him intently, though it is not shown in his expressionless face but when you look directly at his eyes it's full of admiration, care and heart shaped (?)

Lee is about to dismiss the staff and talk about the issue in another time to the Emperor when Lucious said something.

" Mr.Lee It is all my fault, they are just doing their job. " Lucious said while trying to go down in the Emperor's arm.

" I understand but the decision about this matter is not on me your highness but to the Emperor " Lee explained.

Lucious stopped struggling and looked at the Emperor with an annoyed face. "Can you let me down first? your highness"

The emperor hesitated at first but when Lucious eyes gets bigger as if he was threatening him, the Emperor's imaginary dog ears descend and he slowly put Lucious down.

His highness is a Dog!  The people around simultaneously thought.

As soon as Lucious stand on his own he winced in pain which the Emperor immediately comply by supporting him at his back.

"Are you alright?" The Emperor asked worriedly.

"Should I call a doctor your highness?"  Lee asked but  as soon as he saw Lucious foot that is slowly turning purple he immediately ordered someone to call a doctor.

" I'm alright but could you pardon these people your highness " Lucious asked sincerely because his conscience wouldn't  take it if something happened to the people because of his mischievousness.

"okay" The emperor immediately said while still looking worried to Lucious.

The staff of the kitchen immediately let a sigh of relief when suddenly the Emperor lifted Lucious which made the little one gasped of shock and about to protest when the Emperor said something.

" But you have to stay in my room for the time being until your foot is cured "

" What? No! " Lucious protested.

"Then should I lock them all? " The emperor said, he really doesn't want to make Lucious choose but escaping for a second time he thinks that it is alright to punish him a little bit. He just really want to give a little lesson his cute little future Empress but taking this as an opportunity for himself is not bad also. It's like taking two birds with one stone.

Lucious slowly looked at the staff of the kitchen they are all looking at him with puppy dog eyes as if begging him to spare them from the punishment.

Why do people here looks like a dog?!

" N-No " He quietly said that made the Emperor smiled.

This was all witnessed by the people around them which they all concluded that the Emperor is indeed completely smitten and the rumor about the future Empress having a strong character is true.

Later that day Lucious was indeed put in the Emperor's chamber, he was examined by the Imperial Palace doctor, the very person who is incharge of the Emperor's health.

" His highness foor is just slightly fractured, not too serious so it could take 1-2 weeks to completely heal. I suggest that his highness avoid doing extreme physical activities " The doctored advised and soon after he leaves.

At the moment inside the Emperor's chamber, the two are alone. Lucious is currently sitting in the Emperor's bed while his back is at the headboard trying to adjust the position of his foot while the Emperor is trying to help him to find a comfortable position. After finally adjusting his position he let out a sigh of relief when the emperor Spoke.

" Are you tired? "

" not really "

"Then do you want to eat something? sweets? bread? "

" maybe later " Lucious answered while slowly roaming his eyes around the room because he can't help notice the unique design of the room and the bed is more fluff and comfortable than his bed which made his body slowly lulling to sleepiness.

" Can i sleep? "  Lucious asked which made the Emperor smiled because of how fast Lucious can feel comfortable in his bed that also made him a little worried. It could mean that Lucious is not seeing him as his potential lover, he felt that he really doesn't care about him. It's really saddening that's why he would do anything to make him fall in love to him.

The emperor didn't answered him instead he help him to adjust his position by holding his back and putting his other arm below Lucious knees which made their face too much closer. After sometime when they finally realized their position, they looked at each other's eyes. For the Nth time the emperor is again captivated by Lucious eyes as if slowly asking him to look more deeper and to move more closer.

On the other hand, It is really rare for Lucious to feel the way he is feeling right now. His heart is beating abnormally fast while the warm feeling in his face is slowly spreading. This is the first time he saw the Emperor's face more clearly and this is also the first time he saw his eyes directly looking at him. Even him can't deny the emotion on the Emperor's eyes, it's full of tenderness, care and adoration which is the very reason why he suddenly became to nervous and a little bit scared.

I didn't know, does he always look at me like this? as if ...  as if he wants me all for himself?

Lucious is still unknowingly observing the Emperor's eyes when suddenly and slowly both of their faces is getting closer to the point that they can feel each other's  breath.

When finally the two lips touch,  a sudden smack was heard.

Its was Edel, Lucious pet, a chameleon and an interrupter.
