" Lucious Althelstan is known to be very naughty and mischievous. Spoiled to rotten by his brothers and have a very carefree life i n short he is a free spirit and really adored freedom" Lee explained while the emperor just take a sip.

"What are you trying to imply?"

Lee sighed and said "He is not for the role of being your empress"

The emperor just take a glance at him. They both currently in the study room of the emperor working, both of them should be resting and sleeping but due to the emperors demand to finish all of the documents they are still working. Lee is supposed to go in Althesltan tomorrow but the tomorrow become five hours away.

" I'm not trying to interfere with your decision but are you really sure?" occasionally if both of them are alone they address each other normally so this behavior become somewhat normal to both of them. Lee is a little older to the emperor and become his aid since he is still a child so basically they are both childhood friends.

"He is smart and talented"

"But it is not enough being an empress have its own priorities would you strip his own freedom?" The emperor suddenly stop from what he was doing and slightly clench to the paper he was holding.

"Lee sometimes I don't like your straightforwardness"

" forgive me i just don't want you to regret your decision later " Lee become even more concerned to the emperor he is indeed worried because being the aid of the emperor for so many years now he witnessed how hard it is bearing the responsibilities of the whole nation. After researching the character of Lucious he immediately learned that making Lucious the empress would really benefit the whole nation and the emperor itself because he is a prodigy but based on his character it would be really hard to confine him in the palace.

Lucious Althestan is like a free spirit, he likes doing nothing yet he is really talented in terms of academics and fighting and he have a really strong personality a character  that an empress should possess but binding him in the palace for empress responsibilities means he could no longer do whatever he wants to do.

It sadden him to think that a cheerful eyes of Lucious could become lifeless because of the choices and things he could do to protect the country that is how heavy the responsibilities of being an empress is.

" I understand what you are trying to say, but this is the only way that I think that I could have him. You said it, he is too fond of his freedom which also become the reason why I can't have him "

"you ... you really take a liking to him huh" Lee can't believe what he have heard for years being with this lifeless emperor of his this is the first time he heard him say such selfish words.

The emperor just smiled lightly and continue his work when suddenly the window slowly opened both lee and the emperor didn't take a glance at it but it slowly showed a person face covered with black clothing.

"Lucious Althestan is planning to leave, a carriage have been prepared for his departure" Thus the window slowly closed.

The emperor's movement stop completely and he sighed yet a slight smile slowly creeped  on his lips.

"I can't believe that you even use your shadows to follow him" Lee said while standing up while the emperor did the same.

"Ready my carriage were going to Althelstan Household"

Lulu and the emperor is now inside the carriage going to the palace and Lulu have this really annoyed face while looking outside and the emperor is just in front of him looking at his every move.

"are you not going to ask me anything?" the emperor finally broke the silence. Lulu just look at him while clenching his teeth he felt that he could no longer contain his anger towards this emperor, he came to conclusion that if the emperor really wants him then he'll give himself in a very unpleasant way.He thought that maybe when he showed him a very bad attitude just maybe, the emperor change his mind and give him back to his family.

"your majesty, this is the second time we've met. Pardon my rudeness but I just know your name, your greatness but I don't really know who you are, personally. Why me? " Lulu asked. He looked at the emperor with his big doe eyes. It's full of curiosity, he wants to know why, why him? He doesn't want to degrade himself but he is a good for nothing, he's lazy and he just want to fool around all day long doing nothing. In short he just have the beauty and maybe a slight brain though he just use it sometimes when he needs to escape.

The emperor carefully observe the person in front of him and he can't help but to felt the warm sensation in his chest, when this particular person moved and look at him with his crumpled face his chest tightened but when lulu started to talk with his natural cherry colored lips he gave up. He is so mesmerized by this beauty and he knows he is done for.

On the others hand lulu is still waiting for the response but the emperor just look at him emotionless, stoned face and he starting to feel annoyed even more.

Lulu gave and and just look outside when the emperor started to talk.

" I take a liking to you " The emperor said but it didn't moved Lulu's heart, he is not surprise or shock to the revelation.

" you're so beautiful that I want to owned you " yet again this didn't make Lulu's heart flatter to the compliment. He is so immune to this kind of compliment everyday because he grow up being adored by many people especially from his family he became accustomed to it that it no longer make him feel happy.

" okay " He unmusedly respond.

After awhile they finally arrived at the palace, The sun have risen enveloping the whole palace with clear sun light. The first one to go down is the emperor but instead of walking he looked back and offered his hand to Lucious it was witnessed by everyone in the sideline they are all lined up as a respect of welcoming the emperor and his new concubine.

The other concubine of the emperor suddenly look at each other, they are beyond shock because none of them were personally escorted by the emperor nor none of them were supported by him.

Lulu looked at the emperor's waiting hand for him to accept it but he just glanced at it and pretend that he didn't saw it.

I'm not that weak I can handle myself

This action of his was not seen, thankfully because it could be interpreted as a sign of disrespect for the emperor, the emperor just overlooked at it but when lulu finally go down from the carriage he held his hand. Lulu struggled and tried to shake it off but the hand of the emperor is firm.

Both of them walk in the middle until they reached the throne, he made lulu sit beside him where the empress is supposed to sit and this even shocked everyone even the ministers and the politicians under  him. While Lulu doesn't have a clue on what is happening.

"All hail to the emperor of our Nation, Live long your majesty" They all unisonly praise him.

One of the concubine of the emperor that act as the head of it respectfully stand up and kneel in front of the throne.

"We welcome the new concubine of the Emperor" The emperor just look at her but as of lulu he was taken aback by her beauty, Even though in this nation both men and women could bear a child Lucious is still a man.

Lucious is supposed to go down and be guided by this beauty so without being told his eyes is totally locked on the beauty in front of him and unconsciously stand up and ready to walk towards the kneeling beauty when a hand suddenly hold his wrist.

The emperor look at the woman, with an unidentified emotion in his eyes. He felt beyond annoyed because he could clearly see what lulu is thinking. He is so transparent that he felt annoyed.

"Lucious Althestan won't stay in the Harem"The emperor announced.

"But I want to be in there, I want to be surrounded by beautiful women like her!" Lulu accidentally said that it was clearly heard by all of the people.

The woman in front blushed because it's been awhile when he heard someone complimented her. This even more made the emperor angry. Jealousy rises up even more and the emotionless face of the emperor showed an emotion for the first time, his forehead knelt.

"Lucious is the candidate for the Empress, he have his own Palace especially prepared by the Emperor" Everyone is no longer surprise by this revelation because by just the gesture of the emperor they have the hint that the Emperor finally choose his empress.

After this announcement the emperor dismissed them all, and the first one to leave are the ministers and lastly the concubines but before the woman who kneel in front stand up Lucious hurriedly walk in front of her and offer his hand.

"senior! senior let me help you stand up" The woman stared at him and accepted his hand this made lucious happy.

"you're really beautiful senior do you know that? can I call you senior or should I call you big sister? can I visit you sometimes? I'm new and lonely can we be friends? I have many interesting stories should we chat sometimes? Your hair is really long and shiny, my hair is long and curly but when it is rainy it becomes even more curly that it is hard to brush it" and so lucious become very excited, too excited to be exact his eyes become cheerful and too cheerful that it displease the emperor itself.

" oh my ... " The woman doesn't know how to respond to lucious but before he could utter a word the emperor suddenly showed up beside lucious and pull him back toward him.

The woman is flabbergasted and kneel immediately because the look that the emperor giving her is so scary that made her shiver in fear. "Forgive me your highness"

" What is your name again woman?" The emperor asked

"Hilda your highness the second daughter of Ferid, King of Bial Country. "

" Is that so? know your limit do not casually approach the empress in line"

Hilda bow even more and again asked for more forgiveness to the emperor which make lucious even more angry.

" Your highness you shouldn't treat her like that, I'm the one who approach her"  The emperor look at him with clench teeth.

" You should also act accordingly you are soon to be married to me. You'll bear my child and you shall submit yourself to me"

Lulu just made a disgusting face and it is not seen by the emperor because he was facing his back.
