Su Yu gave Pudding a thumbs up. “Good girl.”

“I plan to maintain my figure in about twenty years…” Little Bean cut in matter-of-factly.

“Come on, don’t sigh… Only if I’m chubbier will you appear to be the skinnier one… When we meet cute guys in the future, you can take your pick first, and I’ll settle with the less handsome one,” Little Bean offered generously.

“Thanks, but no thanks.” Pudding went back to playing on her phone after rolling her eyes at her twin sister.

Su Yu sat down behind his desk and went back to work while Pudding played with her phone and Little Bean enjoyed her macaron. An, on the other hand, waited quietly by the door.

The four of them didn’t say anything to each other, but the atmosphere was as harmonious as could be.

At about 11:30 AM, Su Yu looked down at his watch and stopped what he was doing. “Are you two hungry? What do you feel like eating?”

“I want soybean paste soup, kimchi, and Korean-style sushi,” Pudding put down her phone and answered in all seriousness.

“I agree!” Little Bean nodded almost immediately; she never argued against food.

“Deal, I’ll take you guys to a nearby Korean restaurant. Let’s go.” Su Yu responded excitedly as ushered Pudding and Little Bean towards the door of his office.

Before they even left, Jian Tong pushed open Su Yu’s office door. She was wearing a long leather jacket and a pair of sunglasses. With a big smile, she greeted the twins, “Pudding, Little Bean, when did you guys come?”

“A long time ago…” Pudding replied distantly.

“I was doing a commercial in the studio and had no idea… Why didn’t you tell me? I could’ve prepared some gifts for you two!”

“We’re going out for lunch, did you need something?” Su Yu looked up and asked without much interest.

“Oh, I wanted to ask you if you wanted to have lunch together, President Su. I wanted to talk to you about work, how about we chat over lunch?” Jian Tong tried to use work as an excuse to ask Su Yu out.

However, Pudding snapped back before Su Yu could respond, “Handsome Su has his own life, he’s busy enough every day, can’t you let him enjoy lunch in peace? Talk to him after lunch, he needs to be able to eat without thinking about work.”
