“Good job, Honey, how did you manage?” Qin Chu was in awe of Huo Mian’s wits, and the fact that she got a sample from Jing De without anyone noticing, even him.

Once they have proof, they will be able to explain to Yang Meirong and Jing Zhixin that this person was not Jing De.

“You’re kidding me, right? Of course I miss you!” Huo Mian scolded Lu Yan, but the corners of her mouth lifted into a big smile.

“I miss you so much too! How about this, I’ll come visit you when you’re about to pop.”

“Why not? Are you worried that I’ll mooch off you? I don’t eat that much… just some lobster, shark fin, and king crab per day, that’s all I need,” Lu Yan joked.
