Little Bean always talked much more than Pudding.

For the sisters’ comfort, Su Yu didn’t drive the fancy racecar but a new Audi A8L.

Under their classmates’ envious eyes, the twins got into the car…

Su Yu even prepared vanilla ice cream for them on the backseat.

Seeing the ice cream, Little Bean’s eyes almost popped out.

“Wow. You even got us ice cream. Handsome Su, I’ll give you 32 likes.”

“Your mommy doesn’t allow you to eat it, so I give you a treat occasionally,” driving the car, Su Yu said with a chuckle.

“But Mommy goes easy on us and let’s us eat ice cream now.” Little Bean mumbled.

“Oh? Impossible… Your mommy is very stubborn and always tells us with her medical knowledge that we can’t eat this and we can’t eat that; she always babbles how junk food is not healthy, etc.” Su Yu didn’t believe her.

Pudding said, “It’s true. Handsome Su, Mommy doesn’t forbid us from eating ice cream anymore.”

“She’s so good?”

“I don’t know. Anyway, she seems… different from before.” Pudding sounded worried.

“Don’t worry. Your mommy is low in spirits. We must give her time to get out of it.”

Su Yu attributed all of Huo Mian’s strange behavior to her low spirits.

He chatted with the kids happily until they reached the Su Family’s house.

It was a rare occasion that Su Yu’s father and grandfather were both at home. The kids filled the house with laughter, making it livelier even than in the South Hill Manor.

Qin Chu didn’t tell others about Bella’s wound and hospitalization.

He was afraid they might misspeak accidently and cause more trouble for her.

After hearing Su Yu’s recount of that day’s events, Qin Chu had deduced that the fake Huo Mian was the golden-masked woman. He was trying his best to keep others away from this extremely dangerous woman.

So, the twins didn’t know that their aunt had become vegetative; they enjoyed their supper happily in the Su Family’s house.

During the supper, Mrs. Su pulled her son to one side and asked, “Yu, I want to talk to you about something.”

“Go ahead, Mom.”

“Do you know the young boss of Chuangsheng Technologies?”

“Xia Guangyu? Yeah. He was my classmate in high school.”

“Right, Xia Guangyu. His mother is a friend of mine and asked me to introduce a girlfriend to him…”

“So…?” Su Yu looked at his mother.

“I think Yao is a good candidate.”

“You want to introduce Han Yueyao to him?” Su Yu asked.

“Yeah. You’re Yao’s boss. I’ll ask her if you agree.”

“Fine. I have no problem with it if she agrees.”

Su Yu agreed without hesitation.

His response wasn’t what Mrs. Su had hoped for.

She didn’t truly want to introduce the guy to Han Yueyao; she just wanted to see jealousy on her son’s face.

But he didn’t show any signs of jealousy…

“Why did you agree so readily?” Mrs. Su was not pleased.

“What do you want? You’d be happy if I disagreed?” Su Yu chuckled.

“Yu, didn’t you feel… displeased when I said I’d introduce a guy to Yao?”

Not able to disguise her intention, she asked her son directly.

“Mom, this is a weird question… Why should I feel displeased?” Su Yu looked innocent.
