He couldn’t sleep after Xixi fell asleep. He was wide awake with bright eyes.

“Are you going to drink with me?” Rick laughed.

“Of course. We’ll celebrate that you became a father today.” Rick couldn’t see any unusual look on Qin Chu’s face.

“Fine. I’ll take your offer. Shall we drink at the rooftop?” Rick pointed at the top of the building.

“No. It’s cold out there. I’ll take you to one place.”

Rick followed Qin Chu as the latter walked familiarly from the ward area of the OB-GYN department to the neurological department building through the walkway between the two buildings. At the end of the fifth floor was a cozy-looking office.

Qin Chu stopped at the door and took out a key.

He unlocked the door and walked in while a familiar feeling rose from his heart.

Rick froze for a moment and then said with sudden understanding, “Is this… Huo Mian’s office?”
