“I’ve got to go.”

“I can’t. I have something to do. You and Tang Chuan must get prepared for the trip.”

Then he walked out.

When Tang Chuan came down with the tea, Qin Chu was gone.

“Honey, where’s my brother-in-law?”

“He left.”

“Damn… He left? Then why did I make the damned tea?” Tang Chuan felt he had gotten busy for nothing.

Qin Ning usually called him Tang Xiaochuan, so he was a bit surprised that Qin Ning called him “husband” and “my dear”.
