Sarah's POV

I never thought she would hurt me like this. I told her everything about my Mama but she used it against me. I feel numb and I don't know what to feel. I entered my house and I saw my dad sitting on the couch. "Hey Muffin---- what happened?" He was worried after seeing my face. I opened my mouth to tell him something but I started to cry.

He quickly rushed to me and hugged me tightly. "Let it go honey, cry till you feel better" He whispered to me. I started to hyperventilate. "Breathe Muffin, try to calm down." After a few minutes, I calm down and ask him "Papa, am I a bad daughter until Mama leaves us alone?" He looks surprised with my question. "Why are you suddenly asking this type of question? You're not a bad daughter,Sarah. In fact you're an angel. Your Mama loves you to the moon and back. You're her everything " He told me. "Did someone say something bad to you, Honey?" He asked sternly.

I shook my head "No Papa, it's just I was thinking that why Mama needs to leaves so soon. I thought it was my fault." I lied to him. "Mama didn't leave you because you're bad, she leaves because God loves your Mama so much that he wants his daughter to be with him. She will always be with you, she's watching you from up there, okay " I nodded with teary eyes. He hug me again "I love you Muffin" "I love you too Papa".

The next day

I park my car at the school's parking lot. "Hey bitchy face" I guess you all know who loves to call me with that name, Yeah it's none other than Anna. "Hey wait why are you alone, where's the other dumbass?" I asked her. "He said he's sick but I don't believe him. I think He went for a date with a guy who's in a drama group" she shrugged. I laughed at her until I heard a voice. "Good morning girls " it's Diana. "Good morning Ma'am" Anna wish her. Diana nod at her and look at me expectantly. I turn towards another side . She sigh and say " have a nice day girls " and she walked away .

But then I turn towards Anna to see her looking at me with a frown. "What" "Is there something going on with you and Mrs Hudson because I can feel some unresolved tension between you both " She whispered to me. "It's nothing, stop imagining" "You should know that out of all people, you can't lie to me,Sarah. If you don't want to tell me, it's okay." She softly said. I nodded my head and walked with her to the class that I'm dreading to enter.

And there she was standing and looking at me. I tried not to look at her but I can feel her stare. My mind was blank throughout the class. I didn't realise the class was finished until Anna shake my arm. "What are you daydreaming about, let's go " she said. Before we went out, Diana called my name "Sarah, can I talk to you alone?" I look at Anna,she understands and get out of the classroom. Diana went and lock the door.

"What do you want now? Are you trying to hurt me more?" I sarcastically asked her. I didn't get any response for a while , I turned to look at her to see that she was crying silently. Even though I'm mad at her, that doesn't mean I want her to be sad. I went towards her "Why are you crying? Are you okay? Did anything happened?" I shoot question by question to her. "I'm sorry for hurting you, I shouldn't said that and I'm really ashamed of myself for that. I'm always being unfair to you but I really love you Sweetheart."

I freeze at my place after she confessed her feelings. But I stand my ground to let her know that this time I was seriously hurt by her words. After she saw my face "I didn't expect you to forgive me immediately, I know this time I fucked up big time but let me prove to you that I won't hurt you again. Let me love you. This is what you said to me when I didn't return your feelings. And now I'm asking you to let me love you and prove to you that I won't let you down anymore " I looked down and take a deep breath. And I look up to see her face. "Well, I'm giving you a second chance. If you still hurt me, then we're not meant for each other " she smile widely and nod her head " I promise ". I nod at my head and say "I should go now,bye " before I get out of the classroom, she pull me towards her and kiss my forehead "I love you " and she let me go. I walk towards the door and stop before looking at her. "Did you forget anything?" She ask me. I nod my head "Yeah, I forgot to tell you that I love you too" she look stunned but she recover quickly and and smile at me.

I smile back at her and went out of the classroom. I hope I didn't make a mistake by giving her a second chance
