Kelly walked all the way to the room.

As soon as Kelly reached the corridor, she saw Cyril standing at the door.

Kelly’s face turned pale. “Ian asked you to stop me.”

Cyril refused. “Mr. Walter has something on now. How about talking to him later, Mrs. Walter?”

This was the dining hall, and there was no one inside.

Kelly walked quietly to the living room. Just as she reached the door, she heard Ian’s deep voice. “Yes, don’t worry. I’m fine.”

Ian seemed to be in a good mood and his tone was smiling.
