Chapter 350 * Not every happiness lasts long *

David looked at her sweaty face and smiled; love for her covered his

eyes to the heart. No matter in which position or how he looked at her,

his heart fills with love.

Even sometimes, David gets tension at work; his world still feels filled

with stars. Her being in her life is the most beautiful dream and reality

he ever could think of.

She suddenly moved and tried to sleep on her belly, but David hurriedly

caught her. There was no way he would let her sleep on her stomach.

It's dangerous for their baby.

David pulled his pillow and straightened her sleeping posture, and put

the pillow behind her waist so that she could sleep more comfortably.

These days even though she jumps up to his body, she can't sleep on

top of his body.

sleep like she used to sleep, so David only hugged her to sleep.

David walked off the bed and entered the bathroom. He took a quick

shower. These days, Kate's nose is very sensitive. She always

complains when she smells something she doesn't like.

That's why David always checks everything around her before anything

reaches near her, and he is also careful with cleanliness.

David wet a soft towel and went back to the bedroom. David raised her

legs to clean her body. She always complains if he lets her sleep

without cleaning her.

David wiped her lower body carefully. He was like she would melt if he

dared to use much strength.

His phone vibrated on the side table, and David let it ring. He first

cleaned her and then put a long nightdress on her.

David tucked her inside the blanket and got off the bed with his phone.

He went to the balcony; he kept the door open, keeping his eyes on

her. He called back on the number.

“What happened? David asked his men.

“Master, they tried to get inside the top floor but failed, but one of his

men changed into a woman's dress and tried it again,” Max reported;

he barely could stop laughing when he saw Antony’s man trying to get

inside the top floor in a woman's outfit.

“Don’t let them succeed until tomorrow morning. Keep a close eye on

them,” David coldly said.

“Okay, master,” Max respectfully answered his master. David hung up

the call. He went back to the bedroom and got on the bed. He laid next

to her; Kate was in a deep sleep.

David raised his hand to touch her lips. Suddenly, Kate opened her

mouth and bit his finger. She bit quite hard. He frowned, but let her be.

He didn’t dare to disturb her in her sleep.

He knew she was eating in her sleep. He smiled, this glutton of his

even wanting to eat in her sleep.

David carefully took out his finger, her teeth mark printed like a tattoo

on his hand. He hugged her gently, thinking about the upcoming

morning. He felt peace in his heart.

David also fell asleep a while later. Both of them are sleeping

peacefully, keeping a beautiful dream in their heart. A lifetime’s

happiness is waiting for them. But not every happiness lasts long; also,

sorrow is a part of every happiness. Everyone has to pay the price of

every happiness.

The next morning, David was the first One to wake up. He slept for

three hours, but it was enough for him to feel refreshed.

He looked at Kate, who was sleeping like she didn’t sleep for years.

She looked in a deep sleep. He checked the time, and it’s already 7:30

am, so he decided to let her sleep for a while.

In the meantime, he went downstairs. People were already running

around doing their work, and finally, the castle looked like a wedding

venue.

His men, Liam and Alex, decorated the stage, checking everything;

Adam was nowhere to be seen, so the spoiled brat was sleeping

soundly in his room before 10 am. There is no way he’s going to wake

up.

David wanted to arrange the wedding stage outside, but the weather

was too hot, so he told people to arrange it inside the castle hall room.

Everything was normal. Only one thing surprised David.

Mrs. Allen was helping Ashley and Nina pick flowers to make a bridal

bouquet for Kate, and Mr. Allen was sitting next to her to guard her.

David smirked, looking at his master. Mr. Allen was like a miserable

mother who was worried about her child. After he left A country, he

never let her leave a step away from his eyes.

His master is very cunning, even though Mr. Allen donated all of his

business for his daughter's sake. But he still kept his trump card in his

hand, waiting to use it on the people who ruined his happy family.

He always guarded her as if it scared him that someone would take

advantage of his wife's mental health.

“Master, good morning,” Alex said cheerfully; his voice was like he ate

honey, he was in a good mood.

“Good morning. Where is our young master, Adam? David mocked

indirectly, Liam burst into laughter; only David could say this.

“He’s still sleeping like a frog” Liam went to his room earlier, but that

damn sticky lazy boy locked his room from inside; he knew they were

going to jump inside his room to disturb his sleep.

“Yeah, what can he do other than sleep? David snorted, but he was

also in a good mood, so he let it go.

“Brother, where is my sister-in-law, still sleeping? Rose, who came out

of her room just now, asked. She looked around, but no one saw Kate.
