him.

have known Kate for the last five months, but they didn't know the real

her because she was a sleeping princess.

David looked at her with a complicated expression. He barely blinked

because he was scared, so terrified that she might fade into the air, and

couldn't do anything like he failed to do anything five months ago.

door, he fell into deep thought, Kate was not feeling well, so in this

state, he couldn't take her inside the living room, and the second option

was impossible, he wouldn't put her down from his arms.

Kate could see the reluctance in his eyes; she didn't know whether to

laugh or cry; her husband was in trouble.

“It's okay, I can sit on the chair for a while, you cook,” she indicated, but

David's face darkened even more. “No,” he refused. Neither of them

wasn't satisfying for him.

Kate turned her head and looked at the three fools “any of you know

how to cook? She asked them.

Aiden nodded; his assistant can cook well, “then cook for us, my darling

is busy, he can't bear to part with me, not he will let me sit on a chair,

so any of you should cook something. For me.”

David's face was a little better. At least he wouldn't have to go away

from her, her warm body was a relief to his heart, and he was not

feeling any pain in his heart like he always felt.

Aiden looked at his assistant like he was the savior of them; he felt

better than anyone, at least he could finally show his skill in front of

Master Xiver.

If he could give a better impression in front of Mrs. Xiver, his future will

be brighter than now.

“What would you like to eat, Mrs. Xiver? Aiden’s assistant asked Kate;

David glared at him “cook chicken soup for now,” David ordered. He

hates it when another man tries to talk to her.

He hates it even more, when they dare to look at her; his

possessiveness increases after she wakes up from her coma; now, he

feels he wants to save every breath she takes and lets out.

Aiden’s assistant nodded and entered the Kitchen; he cooked the soup

according to David's instruction. When the soup was finally ready, he

served the soup on the table; David sat on the couch, Kate on his lap,

and fed her the soup; everyone was eating food while feeding his life.

After David finished feeding her, Kate felt sleepy; she fell asleep while

her husband gently stroked her head; she was feeling too good, when

she fell asleep, she didn’t notice.

David wanted to leave the living room and go to their bedroom because

he wanted to let Kate sleep in peace, but Aiden stopped him. “The

second brother, I wanted to talk to you about something” he lowered his

head in guilt; he was preparing for the worst, but who knew such a

miracle was going to happen here.

David looked at him; his eyes were full of doubts “what have you done?

It seems more like a statement; Aiden took a step back and didn’t dare

to look at David, “I called 1st brother and Robert.” he finally splashed

out the truth he was trying to hide.
