The shadow moved from the window and walked toward Lila to take the

call; when he took the phone, his secretary left the room quietly.

“speak,” a deep voice rang out from the phone; the voice was so icy

that it was enough to freeze anyone in 0-degree temperature in ice.

“Brother, Master Xiver..."” before he could finish his word, someone

snatched his phone away; Mike looked at the hand and frowned, even

though he wanted to say something.

But he couldn't bring himself to take the phone back from master Xiver,

Ace looked outside the window, even though all he could see was

darkness. He never opened the window curtain because he hates

lights. He likes to live in darkness because the darkness is the only

thing that makes him feel alive.

David fisted his hand and opened his mouth to curse, but Derek

coughed lightly to remind him that they were there to make a deal, not

to spoil the chance.

David took a deep breath. “I'm not here to waste my time; why not give

me what I want? In return, I'll give you the thing you have been

searching for for years

yet couldn't get it because someone is pulling a string behind you?”

David murmured with a burst of low laughter, but his seriousness

couldn't be taken lightly.

On the other side, Ace paused on his track, the hand in his hand

clenched as if he was strangling someone hard; Ace's eyes dimmed

with a dangerous light. “What do you mean? He suddenly blurted out.

there, so why pretend not to know about it? I know what you want,

“If you agree to give me what I want, send the things where I need it,

and I think you know where to send it right after all this is the trump

card you wanted to use it against me” David's each word like a sharp

arrow and hit it on the eyes.

“I want to see how he will get it now,” David warned Mike and left the

villa in anger.

After David left, Mike called his brother, “brother, what did you say to

that monster? Do you know how hard he had kicked me just now? Mike

complained to his brother.

Ace snorted, “you're so weak; what does it have to do anything with

me? Ace's words were like salt on Mike's wound; he had never seen
