Chapter 546 - An eternal fate...?!!
CEO Husband's Crazy Love For His Little Wife
Kate looked fierce. Others would think she was baffling, but only Rebel
knew she was not.
But he was afraid because David Xiver was dead, he wanted to tell her
the husband she was so proud of left this world, so how could he
come?
But remembering the warning, he shut his mouth and left from there;
Kate sneered; she hated their so-called cowardly attitude.
That man, who was watching her on the large screen, threw the remote
control on the screen, and the screen broke. He fisted his hand; he was
not a coward; he was not.
He chanted this in his heart, but the more he said this, the more he felt
humiliated.
He couldn't bear it anymore and stood up furiously. "Since you want to
meet me, you will, but donât blame me for being heartless; you broke
your promise first,â he shouted to an unknown shadow.
Rebel appeared, and when he saw the broken room, he sighed. He
wanted to say something, but the man stopped.
âCall doctor San to complete the mission; I donât want to wait anymore
and take her to the greenhouse.â The masked man said without any
expression on his face.
When Rebel heard, he was in shock. "Master, what do you mean? Do
you...? He couldn't imagine the scene.
But, yeah, donât waste your time; now we don't have time to waste;
since Nate Allen went back to his family, that means he knows
something; otherwise, he wouldn't go back to the place,
tell him if he wants to keep his position, he needs to handle Nate Allen.
Otherwise, he will be in trouble, and this matter would drag other
people into this mess.â the masked man left saying this.
Rebel looked at his master leaving shadow; he sighed; it seemed some
things were bound to take place ahead of time.
Kate looked at the maid. âI saved you; if you are loyal to me, I'll save
you and bring you out of here with me,
but if you dare to betray me, I don't mind killing you with my bare hand,â
she whispered in the maid's ear.
When the maid heard what she said, hair all over her body stood to the
end; she felt every word held a different power. But she knew the
woman in front of her was no ordinary woman.
âMiss Allen, what do you mean? She fearfully asked.
Kate found out a person might be watching every moment of her every
movement because she had seen Rebel subconsciously peeking
toward the corner of the room as if he was afraid something would
happen when she told him to call her Mrs.words Xiver.
But she was not afraid. She understood one thing after so long.
Someone was after her and wanted her to give up before coming in
front of her, but she would not give that person that chance.
She leaned over and whispered once again, âWait for my order, don't
ask too many questions, since I saved you today,
It would be best if you were grateful to me. If you work for me, I'll give
you the life of freedom where no one will master, and no one will be
enslaved.â
Kate asked; the girl was in her early twenties; how much she had seen
the world, people like her craved happiness and freedom; Kate saw the
fear of death in her eyes. And the people who have a fear of death,
That means they have someone to protect, someone to be alive for;
like her, she was afraid of death; David would stop breathing if she
died. For him and her children.
She would keep breathing, even if it were so painful that her heart
would bleed every second.
âMiss Allen.â the girl was afraid, but her words lightened a shattered
hope in her heart; she had a 12 years old sister who was blind; without
her, no one would be there to protect her,
Without her, that sister would die alone. Her sister has heart disease,
and that's why she came to that mansion to work to earn money for her
sister's operation.
âMrs. Xiver for you,â Kate said.
The maid looked stunned; Kate smiled. âI'm Kate David Xiver, and
you?â Kate felt so alive when she pronounced this name after so long;
she felt her heart start beating with this name.
The maid stammered, âMrs. Xiver, I, I.. I'm Cali.â the girl said in fear.
Kate smiled. âCali, nice name. Kate felt happy when Cali called her
Mrs. Xiver; yeah, that's her identity, even though her name was Grace
Allen.
She had no memory, yet with Kate, David Xiver has her life tied down,
and she loves the connection with David.
But the peaceful moment didn't last long when Kate saw people burst
into her room and bow, âMiss Allen, come with us.â They said; Kate
frowned.
She didnât know the introduction to understand who they were; they
looked like killers without a second thought.
âWhy would 1? She didnât back down just because they looked scary.
Rebel, who stood out of the door, heard her; he felt a headache; he
knew she would not come with them without a mess. When she saw
him, she looked at him like he was disgusting.
He could only digest helplessly. âMiss Allen, please come with us; we
have to use force if you donât come with us,â he said sternly.
This time, Kate didnât dare to look at them lightly. âI donât want to go.â
she stubbornly refused.
When Rebel saw she was earnest, he was behind the woman who
came with them âgrab her.â he ordered.
Kate's eyes widened, and she stepped back when she saw scary
women walking toward her; Kate walked around, but soon there was
the wall behind her; she hugged Daniel in her arms and grabbed the
vase from the table and threw it at them.
The hit was quite hard, but the two women dodged it quickly and were
about to grab her, but Kate stopped them. "Stop, I'll walk on my own,â
she yelled, and Rebel raised his hand and told them back away.
Kate was not afraid of those people, but if they dragged her, Daniel
would be traumatized; she didnât want that.
She didnât dare to give him to anyone else because she was afraid they
would snatch him away from her once again. She doesn't trust anyone,
not even the maid she just talked to a while ago.
âPlease, this way.â Rebel gestured his hand; Kate walked in the
direction but didn't forget to look at Rebel disdainfully.
Daniel was calm like water; he didnât even look afraid of those people;
he was staring around him curiously; he knew his mother was with him,
and he was not scared.
Kate's hand was clenched into a fist; she looked peaceful, but in her
heart, she was not calm at all; she was afraid, felt an ominous feeling in
her heart.
But she had to keep her calm because of Daniel; she wanted her son to
see her strength, not weakness because he was David Xiver's son, and
this identity doesn't allow him to be a weak child.
Rebel stopped before a large door, Kate stopped after him, and Rabel
looked behind him. âMiss Allen, leave young master Daniel here to me
and go inside; you will get your answer.â
Rebel raised his hand to take Daniel from Kate, but she took a step
back and looked at Rebel's disdainful gaze. Her eyes were cold, and
hatred boiled in her heart like lava.
âdonât mess with me. My son will be with me; take it or leave it. I'm
going back with my son.â She was not a fool; one lesson was enough
for her; she would never leave her children to anyone else because
they wanted to.
Rebel could only give up when he saw her determined expression.
"Okay, as you wish," he said.
Rebel pushed open the door and stepped aside. "Please enter,â he said
as he made way for her to enter.
Kate took a deep breath and walked into a world where grief and pain
were waiting for her like an eternal fate and desperate struggle.
