Chapter 590 - A husband's promise...!!!

"Master, this is impossible" Rebel refused to believe this, but Oscar

stopped him.

"He is alive, Rebel; he is playing with us from behind the scene" Oscar

laughed like a maniac.

Color vanished from Rebel's face, and he couldn't even dare to say his

master was wrong because once they plus everything together, he

knew his master wouldn't just say something he was unsure about.

“Then what about the video footage?" Rebel did not expect this result,

so he wasn't ready to hear this at all.

"He knew something before he entered the M country, but what?"

Oscar murmured in his heart, and he couldn't find a person who was

daring enough to betray him.

Rebel couldn't find anyone because M country was old master Welsh's

terrorism; no one would dare to go against him, let alone Blood king.

But they didn't know someone else long ago overturned their game; not

father was looking at something repeatedly.

She leaned only to see her father staring at her mother's photo. Kate

wanted to laugh because she thought her father was missing her

mother since he secretly watched her mother's pictures.

"Dad, are you missing your mother so badly?" She teased her father;

her words brought him back to his senses when Kate saw the sadness

in his eyes, the words she was about to say stuck in her throat.

Her father's eyes had the same sadness as when her mother fainted;

she was shocked when she realized this; she put down the teacup and

looked at her father seriously.

"Father, is my mother alright? Tell me the truth, why I feel you're hiding

something from me." she stared deeply into his eyes as if she was

seeing through his soul.

Nate was speechless; he didn't even realize his daughter sat beside

him until she spoke out; yeah, he missed his wife crazily; how could he

not? That woman was his lifeline; it's been months since he had seen

her and felt her being with him.

But looking at his daughter's face, he knew his emotion sold him out.

“Nothing, princess." He tried to avoid this matter.

Suddenly Kate heard Daniel's cry and reluctantly left to check on him.

Adam saw Nate's expression "Uncle, did something happen?"

Unfortunately, he didn't hear anything from David since David didn't

have the time to discuss this matter with them.

So he was unaware of this matter like Nate and others, but who can

they blame? David also didn't expect something like this, but he was

happy.

Nate looked at Adam; he understood David didn't tell any of them yet.

"Nothing; since you're going back with them, be alert; I don't think

Oscar Astor will let it go so soon." Nate changed the subject since he

decided to believe his son-in-law; he wanted to do it.

He knows David's character since he said this was for everyone's

happiness; he believed David; David would not do anything like this if

this matter were not anything serious.

After an hour, David came back; He saw Kate was not in the living

room, so he didn't look at the people in the living room and directly

walked into the baby's room.

Kate bathed Daniel and put on his clothes.

She smelled Daniel teasingly. "Hmm, my baby smells good; guess

where we're going?" Kate talked to him as if he would understand

everything she said.

Daniel brust a few saliva bubbles and makes some noise, “uh,

baaaaa."

Kate laughed. "Oh, you know, we're going home to meet your brother

and sister; our Daniel misses brother and sister; mommy misses them

so much,” Kate spoke her heart.

Her three children were her life rope; she couldn't help but miss them

crazily; only a mother would understand her heart.

Suddenly a pair of hands hugged her from behind; Kate didn't need to

turn.

"Darling, you're back." She smiled wide and whispered sweetly.

Hearing her call him like this, the emptiness he felt earlier after he left

filled with happiness and love; being loved by this little bunny was the

greatest blessing in his life.

"Wifey." David kissed her hair, but it was not enough; he pulled her face

upward and kissed her lips. "I missed you," David said sweetly, his

smile filling Kate's heart with sweetness.

"Darling, we missed you, isn't that right? Baby."

Kate looked at Daniel when the energetic little boy saw his daddy; he

bubbled a few words even more excitedly as if he was asking his daddy

where he was and why he hadn't seen his daddy after he woke up from

his sleep.

David laughed when the mother and son looked at him so adorably;

David let go of Kate and sat back; he pulled Kate in his arms while

carrying Daniel on the other “son, did you miss daddy?" He asked the

little boy.

Daniel became restless in David's arms; he kept bubbling his saliva

nonstop and touching David's face excitedly.

When Kate saw David laughing when his son spit all over his face, she

couldn't help but laugh even more loudly.

"Our son is punishing dad for leaving him for so long." The little boy sat

on his father's stomach and played with his father's long finger without

caring why his mother was laughing at him.

David kissed Kate's forehead "Wifey, we'll leave after lunch; since we're

leaving them behind, we should serve them lunch as a reward." David

hugged Kate tightly.

He was making up for the time he was away from her; even for a

second, he didn't want to go out of her reach.

Kate leaned on his chest, kept listening to his clam heartbeats, and

played with his shirt button; the mother and son duo was obsessed with

his shirt button.

"Hmm, did you change your shirt?" Kate asked when she saw the man

change the shirt; even though the shirt was the same, the button

wasn't.

When David heard her question, he nodded, "Hmm, the shirt got a little

dirty, so I changed it." David didn't think she would even notice such

small details.

When he dealt with Isaac Smith, blood splattered on his shirt, so he

freshened up and changed into the new shirt he had in the car.

Kate didn't ask anything else because she was no child, he wouldn't

change his clothes outside the home without any solid reason, and

somehow, she knew he had to deal with someone.

Kate raised her head and looked into his eyes, but she didn't say

anything, just smiled; she leaned and kissed his lips.

This was silent support she wanted to give him; no matter what he did,

she wouldn't ask; just this was the way for her to let him know

everything was okay as long as he was okay.

The world doesn't matter to her, yeah, she was selfish, but she was

happy to be selfish in his love.

David caressed her cheek and bit her left cheek "Wifey, this time, I'll not

give anyone a chance to get close to our family; this is a husband's

promise to his wife, a father's promise to his children's mother.” David

said firmly.

Kate felt his promise with her heart.
