Chapter 643 -

CEO Husband's Crazy Love For His Little Wife

The older woman looked at the man and then at the girl; she raised her

hands; Kate grabbed her hands, and old madam Allen pulled Kate near

her and cried bitterly.

“You're my Grace.” she felt like a dream. She had never dreamt she

would see her granddaughter, whom they declared dead many years

ago.

Madam Allen grabbed Kate's hand as if she was the last ray of her life

and couldn't but sob bitterly; seeing her like that, Kate felt a feeling

spread in her heart, so this was people called blood tie, no matter what

they would feel the bond once they soften their hearts.

“Grandma, don't cry; everything has passed; now you just need to get

well soon.” Kate patted madam Allen's hand and wiped off her tears.

But 15 years of emotions was something she couldn't show, finally

coming out after a long old madam Allen quilted down and looked at

Kate “Nate, didn’t I say our Grace would be the most beautiful princess

in the world when she was young, see, did I say anything wrong?”

The old madam adored this granddaughter more than her life. So when

she came to this world, the old madam said this girl would be most

people's heartthrob.

Nate nodded, yeah, his mother said she would be someone's

heartthrob, but at that time, Nate was upset; he wanted to keep his

princess to himself, but who knew everything would change?

He couldn't help but look at his son-in-law resentfully, David felt a

piercing gaze on him, but he didn’t care and just smiled.

“No, grandma didn't say anything wrong; my wife is my heartthrob,”

David said proudly; he looked at Kate gently and affectionately as if her

beauty caged his eyes and heart.

IThe old madam only then noticed the man holding her and turned her

head to look at David “you're?” She didn’t know David, but she could

tell this man had a special relationship with her granddaughter.

“Grandma, He is David Xiver, My husband.” my darling, Kate's smile

was like a blooming flower. It was enough to show how much this man

meant to her; when grandma heard, she looked at David deeply as if

trying to find any infarction.

But the man was the best creation of perfection from head to toe; how

could she find anything imperfect in him?

Finally, a smile bloomed on old madam Allen's face “so you're my

grandson-in-law. It seems my granddaughter found a prince charming

for herself.

Thank god he didn't cheat her fate regarding her love life.” Old madam

Allen heard about Kate's marriage and her children.

“No, my fate bloomed when she came into my life; God didn’t cheat me

and gave him her as my life.” David's every expression and word told

old madam this man treasures her granddaughter as his own life.

“Thank you.” Old madam Allen let go of Kate and grabbed David's

hands. She was thankful to this man after knowing how much her

granddaughter meant to him.

“No need to thank me, grandma; without her, there wouldn't be me, so I

am thankful for you giving birth to my father in law if you there wasn't

any Nate Allen, there wouldn't be Grace Allen, so if the person

deserves the most recognition, it is you; thank you for giving birth to my

father-in-law.”

David killed two birds with one hit; he didn't forget to show her she was

the bravest woman for giving birth and fighting against the world while

saying she did the right thing.

Old madam Allen teared up; she didn’t hear this from anyone; this was

a heaviness in her heart, and by David's words, she finally let go of that

feeling.

“Thank you, grandson-in-law.” Old madam looked at me with an

overwhelmed feeling. David wiped off her tears.

“Don't let the world decide what is good for you; just let the world know

you're selfish when it comes to your life because if you don't care, no

one will care about it for you.”

He knew divorcing old master Allen would blow society's narrow-

minded thoughts.

But it was her life, so who would decide it for her?

Old madam Allen understood what David meant; she sobbed between

her laughter, yeah, she was selfish, but her selfishness came too late,

and she has no regrets.

Old madam Allen adored her grandson-in-law more than her son and

granddaughter by the first meeting.

Nate couldn't help but sneer; his son-in-law was too cunning, and his

mother was on his side already; Kate looked at her darling; she couldn't

help but fall in love with this man with every passing second.

The more she looked at him, the more love burned her heart for him.

Still, this burning was an obsession to her; she couldn't help but want to

burn her heart even more for him.

“Grace...” Old madam Allen called Kate, but Kate said something.

“Grandma, I'm Kate David Xiver, and I hope you will call me by this

name because I don’t have any memories of being Grace Allen, so I

decided to leave it behind as the best memories in my loved one.

But I don’t want to embrace that name. So let the past Grace be a

beautiful princess still living in her castle. I have my castle with my

husband now; I don't need the past anymore.”

Kate cleared this matter, she had thought about it since she has no

memories or feels anything about her past, so she decided to leave it

as it was.

She doesn't feel like being Grace Allen anymore because she was

happiest being Kate David Xiver and only wanted this identity in her life

till death.

David looked at his wife like a proud and lovesick husband, she poured

light onto his world without any misgivings, yet slowly she became the

light of his light, without him not wanting his life anymore.

Feeling the familiar feeling, Kate raised her head and saw he was

looking at her with a smile that warmed her heart.

She smiled back like a girl who just fell in love and looked at her man

shyly.

Old madam Allen looked at the girl in front of her; she felt something.

Their Grace was not the little princess anymore; she had become a

queen who accepted reality and became brave.

“Okay, Kate then, I heard you two have three little princes and

princesses; almighty didn’t cheat you dearly; I'm proud of you; our little

princess now is the mother of three angels.”

Old madam Allen stroked Kate's head and smiled gently; she felt pride

for her granddaughter.

She could guess how much pain and suffering her granddaughter had

to endure now the person she was.

It seemed her granddaughter had a destiny like her; it was just her

soulmate who left her when she was happy, leaving her face to the

world, while Kate found her soulmate after all the pain.

“Yeah, grandma, do you want to see them?” Kate got excited when she

talked about her children; she was a mother whose soul was on her

children.

Old madam Allen nodded excitedly; Kate took out her phone from her

bag and showed a video of three little angles where they were playing

lying on their belly and then turned back to their back and giggled,

looking at their dad.

Old madam Allen touched the little angels through the phone screen as

if she was trying to connect the little angles “they are so beautiful.

They were the world’s most beautiful children she had ever seen, even

more beautiful than her son.

“Yeah, they are; I have never seen any babies more beautiful than

Devin, Destiny, and Daniel,” Kate announced as if she wanted to shout

out in front of the world. David helplessly smiled, his wife had thought

so,

but he couldn't blame his wife for saying this; he even had the same

thought; even Nate shook his head; his grandchildren were too cute to

compare to anyone in this world.

The old madam felt excited to meet them in person, but since old

madam Allen couldn't go out from the hospital until the doctor ended

the dose of her treatment, Kate said she would bring them to meet her,

but old madam Allen refused

“I don't need it; this is a hospital; it's not a good place for the children.”

So old madam Allen rejected them.

David interfered. “It's okay; grandma will move into the South mansion

with us after two days; she can meet them soon.” David knew how

much the older woman wanted to meet the children.

“Can 1?” Old madam was shocked to hear this from her grandson-in-

law.

“Yes, you can, grandma, so you must get well soon. Otherwise, the

doctors will keep you here.” Kate teased her grandma.

They chatted for a while. Then, since it was already evening, the nurse

came with another medicine. Madam Allen had a painful operation, so

she needed to take sleeping pills to sleep.

She needed peaceful sleep to recover soon. So after putting her to

sleep, Nate left with Kate and David. He arranged for two professional

women to care for his mother at night.

Also, she would not wake up till tomorrow morning because of the

sleeping medicine effect.

After they left the hospital, Kate was already dead tired. She wanted to

rest in the car, so David called his men and let him drive the car while

he put his wife on his lap to sleep until they got home.

Nate sat in the front seat and looked at his daughter through the mirror;

his forehead throbbed with annoyance. Is his daughter a doll or small

like Destiny that he had put her in his embrace and put her to sleep?

This son-in-law has no shame even in front of his father-in-law; Kate

didn't care about the entire world, let alone her father; she hugged

David's neck, put her head on his chest, and fell asleep.

“Why haven't you taken action yet?” Nate changed the subject since he

couldn't stop his shameless son-in-law, so when he was confirmed,

Kate dozed off; he asked in a low voice.

“Because I have something to find out about,” David answered almost

in a whisper.

“You know, after your last attack, you know his strength weakened; why

are you giving him time to recover?” Nate wanted to ask something

else, but he stopped only in line.

“Dad, stop worrying about what you shouldn't.” David didn’t want his

father-in-law to get involved in this matter at all because this matter was

something. The fewer people get involved, the better.

“But he is walking through a storm around Kate and my grandchildren.

How could I not worry about this? David kidnapped her, and we almost

lost Kate. Are you trying to mess with me right now?” Nate was getting

angry at David's thought.

David's forehead wrinkled as he scorned. “Father-in-law, do you think I

did not suffer enough when he took Kate away? You might be used to

losing your loved one, not me, but when he took her, he took my life.

Unlike you, I'm not so forgiving to the people who dared to think about

taking my life, nor did I learn to escape facing my situation; since he

gave me 1% of pain, I'll give him the same pain in 100 folds.

so don't overthink nonsense in your head; he might not be someone he

is showing, something going behind the darkness; I need to find it,

so until then, stop thinking; when the time comes, I'll tell you what

happened, not now, end of the discussion.” David said through his

gritted teeth as he looked into the mirror.
