David's men instead of Orion Astor, appeared with Adam and Liam,

including Robert and Aiden.

That night, back in David and Kate's bedroom, David tore Kate's

clothes and buried himself in her without warning.

Kate hugged his body and kissed Adam's Apple when she felt he was

not in himself. “Darling.” She called him sweet.

David raised his eyes and looked into her eyes. “Wifey.” he groaned

when he felt squeezed tightly.

David became wild, Kate wanted to calm him down, but she got excited

with him, and they both drowned in passion.

After a long time, David pulled out from her, got off the bed, and went to

the bathroom; he returned with a washcloth and wiped her body; after a

while, he returned.

Kate raised her hands and called him to her chest; David laid down, put

his head on her chest, and listened to her heartbeat, like calming music

in his ears.

Kate caressed his hair and said instead of asking, “Darling, don’t

overthink, our son has us; even if we can't change his fate, we will

protect him from the world when he needs us; just leave it to fate.” Kate

patted his back.

David just nodded, saying nothing, and hugged her.

He heard Kate's voice again “darling, what did you do today?” she

wanted to know.

“I send someone back to their original place. From now on, I want to

see happiness in your eyes, not fear, so I ended everything once and

for all,”

He explained that he didn’t need to tell what he did because he knew

his wife's brain worked faster than his words.

Kate just sighed and hugged him tightly. Then, after a long time, when

Kate fell asleep, David got out of bed again and went to the nursery

quietly; he closed their bedroom door, fearing Kate would wake up.

The moment he left the bedroom, Kate opened her eyes, she knew her

man was worried, and he would not sleep in peace.

So she pretends to fall asleep to give him a chance to calm his heart,

but she believes in the present instead of the future, and she believes

that her husband, for their son, would go to the end of the world to

David went to the nursery and looked at his sleeping children; he took

Kate to take this heavy responsibility; he would shoulder it for her and

their son.

Kate hugged his waist and rubbed her head on his chest. They heard a

crying sound. Kate raised her head from her husband's chest and

glared at the person angrily. It was none other than her daughter.

This girl became a daddy lover and always wanted her dad to herself,

so whenever Kate hugged David, she would throw a tantrum and flare

up until David carried her.

Kate finally believed that a daughter was her father’s past life lover, and

her daughter proved it with action.

David looked at his daughter and then at his wife; both stared at each

other like they were challenging who would win. Then, finally, David

sighed; his daughter threw her head backward and cried, seeing her

father had no intention of carrying him.

Kate was speechless when David carried her and hugged her, and

coaxed her, she couldn't vent her anger, so she left the father and

daughter to show affection and went to the bride and groom, where

they were drinking.

Ashley saw Kate approaching them, so she laughed. “Haha, haha, It

seems your daughter once again snatched your darling from you.” she

teased Kate.

When Kate saw their playful expression, she flared up. “Ashely, I'm

waiting for your little one. Did you ask your doctor about the gender

since it's almost eight months?” Kate asked back with a glare.

Ashley closed her mouth because the moment Kate mentioned it, she

knew her situation would be no better than Kate's; it would be worse

because of how Robert behaved.

She believed once her child left her womb, this damn man would care

about the child more than her; thinking this, she turned to Robert, who

felt a cold stare behind his back.

So he turned and saw she was giving him weird and angry stares; he

playfully.

Kate pouted innocently; who told this pregnant woman to tease her?

She knocked her back, and David sighed helplessly, but the love in his

eyes told her that even if she killed someone to flirt, it would be okay.

Kate hugged him back and stared at her daughter to tease her, but her

daughter just put her head on David's shoulder and laughed; Kate was

speechless once again; this girl was such a teaser.

Poor Robert later had a hard night without even doing anything.
