The child survived, also Nina, but time isn't powerful enough to wake

them up.

David didn’t know God would put them through such a long wait, so

long that months would pass away, yet the sleeping beauty did not

even wake up for once.

Five months passed quickly, yet many things happened during these

five months,

After Nina committed suicide, Alina Martin was found on a quiet road in

torn clothes, in an unbearable state; some people sent her to the

hospital; when old master Martin found out about this, his first thought

was on David; he thought David did this since David was searching for

Alina Martin so madly.

He tried to find David Xiver even tried to find David arrogantly, in the

way he failed to see David, so he used his strength in the army to

surrender Starlight and force David to come out.

“Master, he is crossing the line too much and saying he won't leave the

company until you meet him.”

Alex looked at the stubborn old man; even though old master Martin

threatened to tell him where his master was, Alex was not even afraid

of the old man from Black Dragon. Would he even care about this old

man who just lost a little of the respect left for him?

After what his granddaughter did to Nina, Alex found him hateful; this

old man's courage is what spoiled Alina Martin so that she dared to do

this kind of heinous thing toward Nina, which angered Alex, so no

matter what Old Master Martin did, could not change his mind, so in the

end, the old master went hunger strike on Starlight.

So helpless, he could do nothing and call David; David looked at Nina,

whose eyes were closed, and her little swollen pregnant belly reminded

wanted to rip apart David's chest to see what kind of monster David

was.

After discovering what happened to his granddaughter, he felt his heart

shiver with fear; only David Xiver could be so cruel to his

granddaughter, even if she did something out of the line; David's

revenge was out of this world.

He sent his granddaughter to such a place when the doctor examined

her; they said only one word.

“If you want to save her, we must cut off her uterus.” These words were

like thunder in his ear, yet he had no choice but to sign these papers to

save his only granddaughter; only he knew what that meant to him.

Alina was his sole heir, yet now she had no future ahead of her.

“She paid for what she did to my precious sister.” David had never

revealed Nina's identity to anyone but did not want to hide the truth

now.

“What do you mean, sister?” old master Martin seemed shocked when

he found out. Then he remembered it seemed David's father had

another child before he left. Suddenly these words were like thunder,

old master Martin thought he couldn't forgive David for doing this to his

granddaughter for another woman.

“The girl your granddaughter wanted to ruin is my biological sister, so

you don't need to come here and vent your anger; I'm still not done with

your granddaughter yet,

Because whatever happened to her is not what I'm doing, but next,

what will happen to her will be my work of art.” David's words pierce

through Old Master Martin's mind.

Old Master Martin felt he had never been so wrong about his judgment

in his entire life like this, so all along, he just helped his granddaughter

to harm an innocent soul who was nothing but David Xiver's precious

sister; this made him feel dizzy, he couldn't think straight for a moment.

Sensing that he was feeling shocked, David spoke again, “I have once

forgiven her because of you, but she came to M country again and

made my sister hate herself to the point that she is now sleeping

without any bother of the world,

So remember, if my sister doesn't wake up, your granddaughter will

sleep with my sister forever soon.” David's threat made old Master

Martin shiver.

He was afraid because he knew David would never lie, yet his truth

was like poison in old Master Martin's heart.

“David, what will make you forgive her since she harmed your sister? I'll

do anything, just spare her life, she is ruined, she lost everything, now

what do you want? She loved you too much; forgive her this once,

please, for this old man’s sake.”

Old Master Martin knew how cruel it would be once David Xiver came

to get revenge because this man never had a kind word in his

dictionary.

Even his granddaughter committed something like this; he could not

bear to let her lose her life; she was everything and everything in his

life; he had to lose so many people in his life; he ended some, and

some completed by heaven's will.

“Huh, old master Martin, aren't you taking my sister's life too lightly

compared to your granddaughter?” David's sarcastic words made the

old master frown in fear.

He stayed silent; he didn't mean that, but in the end, his words meaning

was something like this, if someone did this to his granddaughter, he

would have done everything in his power to destroy that person,

other person to forgive his granddaughter. It was such ironic words to

hear, but what could he do? He has no way but to ask for forgiveness.

“David, I'm begging you, even though you didn’t do anything to her,

now that someone did this to her, please think about this as her karma

and forgive her; how about I give you information that you wanted for

years or shares in Martin International,

Alina Martin still has something against my sister” David no longer lets

Mike looked at his brother. “Huh, messing with David Xiver's sister; this

Martin family sure has guts, now bear the consequences.” Mike was

done by David Xiver?” someone who was never bothered by his

brother's nonsense news suddenly spoke up.

Mike raised his eyes and looked at his brother, who looked at him like

he wanted to eat him alive, but Mike didn’t bother; his question

confused him.

"Of course, isn't it obvious who would do this? After what that woman

did to his sister, he will take revenge, so I guessed it was David Xiver;

otherwise, who could be so cruel toward another woman like Alina

Martin? After all, Martin's family has as her backup.”

Mike knew about everything and everyone since he was the real
