Everyone got busy with Noah; Aiden always carried first aid in his car,

so it was nothing new; he

“Take him to the car; I'll just bandage his wound and put medicine at

home,”

Aiden ordered, and when Adam wanted to take Noah from Nina, Noah

raised his small, chubby hand toward Ace, shocking everyone; Nina felt

like thunder hit her. She looked like someone had thrown her out of the

world; what does this mean?

Why was Noah looking at Ace Welsh? Has Noah accepted Ace

already? How was this possible? Noah had never asked for Daddy, so

why did Noah look so close to this man? Her heart shook with fear; she

couldn't hide her nervousness when Ace Welsh raised his hands and

took Noah from her.

Ace saw her shocked expression and sneered inside; why did this

woman look so astonished? Was it wrong that his son got close to him?

Or she was shocked that his son had already accepted him as his

daddy,

But in both matters, this woman didn't look pleased; she felt like she

had lost her soul. An unknown emotion rose in his heart; he gritted his

teeth and told himself to ignore the woman.

Ace carried Noah as if he were caring for his life's most precious

treasure and took him to the car. Aiden and Adam followed them, and

their men also followed them; since their masters didn't say anything

about the man, they didn't stop him; they just followed their masters to

the car since it was their duty to protect their masters.

But only noticed once the man was gone. Aiden walked a few steps

and stopped to look behind to see the man; he felt a little odd; there

was no turn or any hidden spot; since the man came straight, he

should've noticed Noah, so how was this possible for him to bump on

Noah,

Allen suspiciously looked around because he felt he had seen this man

somewhere. Still, he can't remember, but let the man leave until they

were sure the man was not someone they knew was wrong, but what

could he do?

The man long left after he bandaged Noah's wound; since it was a

slight scratch, he just wiped it off and put on a small bandage.

When Aiden was disinfecting the wound, Nina's tears kept falling. Why

was God so cruel to this little soul? It seemed he was sent to this world

to suffer, but why does her son have to suffer so much?

Seeing her crying silently, Ace's face hardened. She was crying so hard

it was a small wound; even his son was not crying; she was making a

small river already with her tears.

Noah's small heart ached to see his mother crying so hard, but he

bravely raised his hand to stop her tears,

year-old is stronger and braver than you; after all, not everyone has

strong genes like my son.” Ace's remark made everyone speechless;

Adam cursed Ace Welsh in a thousand ways in his heart; this man was

getting on his nerves.

If not, their sister gave birth to Noah after suffering so much; where

would he get this son whom he claimed to have strong genes? This

man was pure shameless; if not this girl, would his son fall from the

sky?

Nina cringed when she heard his words; these were the first words she

had heard from this man since she came here. She finally raised her

head and looked into his eyes.

“He is my son, and you're not his mother.”

Nina would never have thought she could even look into this man's

eyes and reprimand him as she did; she was truly speechless by her

braveness.

Adam cheered from the side when he saw Nina didn’t hold back and

fight back; he was thankful to the woman of David Xiver; since she

came into their lives, she changed many things and taught the girls of

their family not to stay quiet when someone looks at them.

The look on Ace's face darkened, but he had no words to refute her

words; damn it, this woman might look like a little bunny to bully, but

she sure has claws.

“Don’t scold Mommy.” Noah understood that his daddy scolded his

mommy when he saw the dark expression on his mother’s face. His

mommy was getting angry, and she did it when someone scolded her.

Uncle never scolded Mommy, so why was Daddy scolding Daddy?

Noah's little mind wondered; Noah's stern voice picked on Ace's heart;

his son looked at him angrily as he defended the woman before them.

He didn’t know if he should laugh or be upset; his son was protecting a

foolish woman, but he stayed silent,

“I'm not scolding Mommy.” He denied it; he didn’t want his son to think

badly about him.

“Everyone can go back to their car,” Ace ordered when he felt the

atmosphere was odd; he didn’t want to upset his son.

Aiden and Adam looked at each other. “Nina, come with us.” they

looked at them and ordered; Nina looked at her and then at Adam.

“Noah, come to mommy; mommy is going with buddy.” She said to her

son, ignoring the cold glare from the man because she had already felt

it.

Noah looked reluctantly at his mommy as if his eyes were telling him he

wanted to stay with his daddy; even though he didn’t call this man his

daddy yet, he hoped to stay close to him because he felt strangely

attached to Ace; also his daddy treats him like buddy treats little

brothers.

Nina's heart was a little heavy when she saw the reluctant expression

on her son's face.

It's been just a few days, and her son has already gotten close to this

man. Her heart was a little upset. Her son wants the man she hates the

most.

In the end, Nina had no other way but to follow Noah to Ace's car.

Adam wanted to stop them, but Aiden stopped them. “Let him be; Noah

needs both of them right now; if we interfere too much, the boy will be

sad.” Aiden was the one with more thought than Adam.

Adam was hot-tempered, while Aiden was calm and peaceful; he

always thought ahead of himself; he, Damien, and David had

experienced the worst of their life, and life taught them not to make any

decision based on mind regarding family.

He could tell Noah likes Ace, so they should bond. After all, Aiden could

tell the little boy had too many buried emotions in his heart, which was

very harmful. These emotions will harm him while growing up.

Aiden pulled Adam away and let them get in the car.

Outside the car, Noah was sitting between Nina and Ace. He held his

parents’ hands on his lap and smiled as if he won the world’s most

precious prize.

“Mommy, where are the babies? They didn't come with you?” Noah

missed the babies terribly.

Nina's voice shook. “Son, babies aren't out of home, right? They will

get sick; that's why mommy came alone.” Nina lied.

“Oh, I know, Daddy said; mommy went home to rest; mommy, when will

we go home? Baby Noah is okay; when can I see the babies?” Noah

asked as he looked adorably at his mother.

Nina was out of words. Yeah, her son was okay, but for now, she was

already heartbroken seeing her son whose face had barely any color;

after all, her son was in a coma, and it seemed he had woken up a

while ago.

“Baby, We'll stay here for a while, then we.....” Nina wanted to give a

reason so that her son could understand her.

“Baby, don’t you want daddy anymore?" Suddenly, a voice interrupted

them; Nina's face turned pale. She turned her head and stared at the

man with a shocked expression.

This man sounded so clingy.
