Nine felt creepy at first glance, and her first impression of this place

was that she didn’t know why, but she didn't like it; she never wanted

darkness, which might be the reason.

Ace Welsh glanced at her face, which clearly showed the emotions she

was trying her best from the people around her; he sneered. Does she

think his villa was worth her brother's mansion?

He sneered in his heart, just thinking what her mind; his mood turned

sour; he had never felt so small in front of anyone, even though his villa

barely lacked anything,

He was the one who built it personally; even though his villa looked

ancient, he was a designer; he liked darkness because he had never

once had a lightness in his life.

But these two villas had different charms in different ways; one was full

of life, and one was full of mystery.

Ace didn’t wait for Nina because he felt if he stopped a second more,

he would lose his mind; he had never lost control over his mind,

yet this woman had just appeared for the second time in his life. Yet he

didn’t even remember how often he had lost control and felt frustrated.

Nina stared at his back because she felt even though she didn't

remember him, she did remember his back somewhere in her memory.

Her thoughts were interrupted by Adam, who followed her behind.

“Don’t worry, we're here with you; once Noah gets better, we'll return

home.” Adam comforted Nina, thinking she was afraid of Ace Welsh.

“Brother, when did Noah wake up? Is he okay? How long is his

treatment going to continue? Well, will it hurt him?” Nina wanted to ask

them when she saw them, but the situation was not in her favor, so she

had to wait.

Adam and Aiden’s faces darkened, but they hid it under their

expression. “don’t worry, our Noah is a brave boy; he will fight against

luck and get well soon.”

Their answers didn’t help her. Instead, Nina panicked, which means

they also didn’t have the answers; before she could ponder on her

thoughts much, she heard little footsteps,

Earlier, Ace carried Noah in his arms. He thought his mom would follow

him, but she didn’t, so when he turned and didn't notice his mother, he

ran back outside on his little feet.

“Mommy.” Noah sounded anxious; he thought his mother had left him,

so he ran. Since he was still weak, he almost tripped and fell when a

pair of hands grabbed him; it was his mother.

“Son, why are you running around?” Nina got a little anxious; her son

was sick and hurt his knees; what if he fell again? Her heart was in

pain.

“Mommy, why are you standing here? You didn't follow Noah.” Noah

complained in a cute voice; he looked noxious when he hadn't seen his

mother earlier.

Nina felt sadness from his words; her son became insecure in these

few days. Nina kneeled in front of him and carried her in her embrace

“Son, I was just checking around; where will I go? I'll go wherever you

are, okay?" Nina tried to give him a reassuring smile.

“Okay, mommy.” Noah grinned as he was happy to hear this from his

mommy; he was a little afraid his mommy would go without him again;

he felt so scared without his mommy. Buddy also didn’t come to meet

him.

Ace followed his son back since he was in a sour mood; when he saw

the woman wasn't following him, his son ran back outside to see his

mother; he looked at the mother and son duo with an envious look.

He didn’t know what he was so envious of, but there was a longing

feeling in his eyes as if he were expecting something from this scene.

When he returned to his senses, he wanted to punch his brain; what

was he thinking?
