Chapter 46 -

"Brother Theo, please pinch me; I think I'm seeing things," Mike said as

he looked like he had witnessed a horror scene.

While Theo was not in the best mood, "I think I have spent too much

time in my lab that I feel like the world has changed greatly before me."

Theo, a great doctor, felt like he had lost his mind.

Mike wanted to smack his head, but since the man was his respected

second brother, he decided not to do that, and he was his brother's only

hope in this world to survive.

"Second brother Theo, I think my brother has lost his mind; he dared to

mess with David Xiver's sister. He once messed up, and now he is

doing it again,

If anyone, especially Adam Richard, saw this, he would flip down the

entire mansion to vent his anger, and who knows what he would report

to Master Xiver."

Mike looked extremely angry at his brother's action, but deep down, he

felt his brother was behaving like a man who fell for a girl for the first

time.

"Do you think I can't see? But what can we do? Since he decided to do

it, he has already decided; can you change it? I can't.”

Theo looked defeated; he saw through Ace's intention, but he didn't

expect him to act so quickly.

"Second brother Theo, why not just check on my brother? I'm sure he

will drop his stupid acts

"Do you think he will listen to you or me even if I tell him? Instead, if we

go and ruin what he is doing, I'm sure he will feed us to pigs. Do you

think that will be honorable for us?"

Theo was very much attached to his life, yet to achieve his goal, how

could he even dare to think of dying right now?

Mike's face twisted. This second of him had a wild imagination, but he

was sure about one thing: they shouldn't mess with his brother right

now, even though he had no idea what his brother was thinking,

Nina helped Ace to his room. She stood before his door and looked

very reluctant to enter, but the man weakly whimpered, and she had no

choice but to twist the doorknob and open the door for him.

She walked inside with the man and helped him to the bed. "Mr Welsh,

please rest here; I'll send Doctor Theo to you shortly.”

Saying this, she didn't even stay for a second and almost ran away

from there; her responsibility was to send the man to his room for rest,

and she did it, so she had nothing to do there anymore.

Her soul was already hanging in her throat; if possible, she didn't want

to stay around this man for a second.

Theo and Mike were still there when they saw Nina run out of the room

and walk toward the room where they kept Noah.

They looked at each other with a confused expression; Miss Xiver

looked like she was escaping from a monster; did their brother have

done something to Miss Xiver?

This thought alone frightened them to the core.
