Chapter 1088

"An outing!” The triplets hopped up and down.

Anne was the one who requested the helicopter, as she did not want to be on the road for hours,

and the triplets were begging to travel on a helicopter.

Once they were on the helicopter, the triplets pressed their faces against the glass windows and

batted their big eyes.

“It's so high!”

“The house looks so tiny! I can't see the cars anymore!”

"We are flying!"

Helicopters were different from planes and felt more exposed.

When the helicopter tilted to the side, the three screamed and squeaked in excitement, not feeling

afraid at all.

Though Anne could not see, she could picture their happy faces and no longer felt as nervous about

traveling on the helicopter.

Anthony had been staring at Anne the entire time, studying her expression intently.

Forty minutes later, the helicopter landed at the mansion, where Cory, Corentin and Ashlynn were

already waiting by the door.

Anne had been to the Lloyd family's chateau before and despite the extravagant interior, it was just

like any other mansion she had seen.

Who would have thought that the Lloyd Family had been running illegal businesses with this place

as a base?

“Anne!” Ashlynn was pleased to see her.

Anne was shocked for a moment, as she knew that the Lloyd Family had not accepted Ashlynn as

their own and no one knew about the fact that Ashlynn and Corentin had already gotten married.

She would not have known either had Ashlynn not told her ahead of time, naturally, Ashlynn had no

intention of accepting Corentin as her partner either, and was more than happy to keep their

marriage in the dark.

“Ashlynn.” Anne smiled.

Ashlynn glanced at Anne's eyes and her heart sank at the realization that Anne's vision had not

recovered yet.

However, they all had a pleasant day ahead and she decided not to drown herself in sorrow.

"Great-Aunt! Great-Uncle! Great-Grandpa!” The triplets greeted the others without having their

parents remind them.

Cory and Corentin walked closer and Cory scanned the children gently. “Was traveling on a

helicopter fun?”

“It was!”

"Good. Great-Grandpa is going to have a helicopter made specifically for you three. That way, you

can travel to wherever you want,” Cory said.

Anne gaped and thought to herself, “A helicopter as a gift? Is that the standard of gifts for children

nowadays?’,

“They are still too young. That would be too expensive as a gift.” Anthony narrowed his eyes with

the intention to refuse the gift.

“Not only do they belong to the Marwood Family, but they belong to the Lloyd Family as well. We

don't have to draw such a clear line between us,” Cory said.

“Let's go inside,” Corentin reminded

Anthony helped Anne toward the door and reminded, “There are stairs. Two of them.”

The triplets grabbed Anne's cane from the bodyguard’s hands and followed their parents.

Amused, Ashlynn could barely contain the urge to squeeze them.

“They look like three penguin babies. How can they be so cute?’ She thought.

The group entered the living room and Bianca walked out of the kitchen. “Anthony, here you are.”

Anne jolted in shock, and Anthony who had his arm around her body sensed it; his expression

instantly darkened.

Bianca ignored the dark look on his face and approached them. “Anthony, Anne. I came here last

night to visit Grandpa and he told me that you guys are coming today. What a coincidence! This is

going to be one big family gathering.”
