Chapter 1156
Powerful Papa with Triplet Babies
Chapter 1156
Perhaps, at least, she knew that Anthony was not the person that wanted to murder her.
The helicopter was much faster than the car. After some ten minutes, it arrived at the rooftop of the
hospital. Anthony carried Anne and left the helicopter straight to the emergency department.
Anne was beaten up for over twenty minutes, but she did not have signs of bone fractures.
She knew that if she did not protect her belly back then, she would have all her rib bones snapped
by now.
She felt a little pathetic when Kathryn was treating her wounds on her.
She was even experienced in being beaten up now.
Her lips curved up in a super slight manner, but Anthony still noticed it.
His dark and deep eyes looked at her as if they were trying to dig more from her.
However, there were not many emotions after that small curve on her lips.
Kathryn treated the wounds on her face, then covered them in gauze and said, â Nothing serious. I
suggest I go to the Royal Mansion when the medicine needs to be changed so that you don't have
to be admitted to the hospital.â
Then, she turned and left.
When she reached the door, she motioned to one of the bodyguards, and the bodyguard walked
somewhere further from the door of the ward.
Kathryn said, âPlease inform Mr. Marwood when you can that the scars on Mrs. Marwood's face will
be permanent. The wounds are too deep.â
The bodyguard was stunned, then nodded.
Kathryn could not help but sigh.
After the wounds formed scabs, perhaps she could go for surgery. Kathryn was not even sure if she
could return to how she looked.
Anne was really unfortunate. Kathryn was always caught off guard by her cases whenever she visited
the hospital.
Would Anthony keep a woman with a scarred face next to him?
After Kathryn left, Anne lay in bed and looked at the bright window, emotionless.
In fact, the sky was starting to turn dark.
She looked at the clock. It only took a while for Anthony to find her.
She could have died under Lilianâs gunpoint any later.
âWhere are the kids?" Anne asked.
âThey're fine. They're at the Royal Mansion. Do you wish to go home?â Anthony said.
âYes, Dr. Brown had already mentioned she could go to the Royal Mansion to help me with
changing the medicine.â She touched the edges of the gauze and asked, âI canât change them
myself, can 1?"
She knew that she had stitches on her face, and the anesthesia was still working,
and that was why she did not feel the pain.
She must have been heavily injured. That was why she had to be stitched.
Would she be permanently scarred?
Anthony did not give her extra time to ponder about it, nor did he answer her
question, but he carried her up and left the hospital.
"Mama!"
âIs Mama coming back?â
"Mama!"
The three kids immediately sprinted outside as soon as they heard the car. They ran down the stairs
and sped to the car.
The Rolls Loyce stopped, and the three kids stood there, their big eyes looking intensely at the car,
full of anticipation and nervousness.
Papa would rescue Mama and return, right?
The car door opened, and they saw Papa coming out of it. Papa's tall figure blocked
most of the-light from inside the car, and they could not see clearly.
When he moved away, he reached down to help the person from inside.
Anne disembarked from the car.
The triplets cheered delightfully, âMama!â
"Mama!"
"Mama!"
They hopped right onto her.
Anne fell backward slightly when they jumped forward. If Anthony had not caught her, she would
have already fallen to the ground.
